It has been a year now and I think I'm going to put it back like it was. I thought it would maybe help with fuel economy but didn't seem to. I will update my review after they do this. Update: Went in and had my muffler reinstalled. I drove about 80 miles round trip to get here. When I got there they were extremely busy. I noticed that everyone was dropping their vehicles off. I was unable to do that because of the distance I drove. They got me in pretty quickly. I walked to a restaurant while work was being done. They called about 4 time to make sure everything was right. They did a great job again! If I have any exhaust work done, it will be here. Give these folks a try. You won't be disappointed!

They do their "free…read moreinspection" and tell me I need over $3,000 worth of work done and make me feel pressured to get it done right away. One of the things was a possible coolant leak. I didn't have the money to get everything done right then but I had the $100 to have them do the diagnostic check for the coolant leak. They come back saying no coolant leak, you were just low so we topped you off. Said I needed control arms and wanted $1,300 for that and when I said I didn't have the money and it would have to wait, the guy made the comment "well, good luck. Hope you can avoid those pot holes." Luckily I waited and got a second opinion from another shop. The other shop looked at my car/test drove it and asked why I felt I needed to bring my car in for these things and I told them Elvis Auto Service told me I had all these things wrong with it. This other shop said there's nothing wrong with my car. I didn't feel right leaving Elvis Auto and I knew I needed a second opinion. They were just a little too pushy about things. Never hurts to get a second opinion.

Then the worker said that I had to get the premium because they have my Oil in that teir. They didn't check any of the things in the premium package, and they didn't even give me a sticker for my mileage to get it changed next. Is this normal for your company? It seems like a scam. If I'm paying for a service I expect it to be done throughly. The guy didnt even put down the correct mileage I had, and I had to make sure he wrote it down.. On their website I paid for a full service after being told to go buy my own oil, and then being told I had to pay 100$ for the other. No sticker, NOTHING checked. Nothing filled not even the tires or anything checked. This is false advertising and I don't feel comfortable coming to this establishment. I. No tire pressure, no washer fluid, didnt even check my lights. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and being told lies because I am a woman. I know what goes into an oil change and the men there trying to tell me I needed "Buick oil" and it needed to be order is not correct, any person with basic knowledge of Cars knows Buick doesn't even make oil.
