She tried again "they're buy one, get one for a dollar!" I declined again, and heard her whisper "dang it," and she looked genuinely sad... I asked if she got a kickback or something for selling candy, and she explained that the employees bonuses are based solely on how many candy bars they push, and further explained that they get a monthly "quota" they must meet as a team, and if the quota isn't met no one gets the monthly bonus, no matter how many items an individual team member sells. How much of a bonus, you may ask? $50/per employee. And the monthly candy quota? 14,000 candy bars. FOURTEEN THOUSAND. No one should be made to beg for a bonus which is essentially what this money-grubbing Corporation is forcing their employees to do. (I bought 4 candy bars.) Do better, Speedway.

There is a small parking area next door behind the McDonald's restaurant. Otherwise, this Speedway store is small, but efficient. I found the staff to be cheerful and pleasant. The convenience store inside has much of the same offerings as other Speedways. Speaking of restaurants, in addition to the McDonald's, there are quite a few fast food joints in the immediate area. Today's diesel price was lower than most prices I see posted throughout Michigan. Don't forget to use your Speedy Rewards card here!

Ever notice they are always hiring..... well let me tell you why I come to the gas station regularly for the last couple years at evening/ night and the store has had some really good workers. They are friendly and sociable and do their job well. And then they quit, often . They are overworked on thirds from second shift doing nothing. Whenever they need help with cashier issues the manager never answers her phone. We've sat in line while one employee couldn't get access to the cash register and the manager kept sending the phone calls to voicemail until one of us called her from a number she didn't know . Guy 1: quit because he had another job and couldn't work over his hours and Sara didn't show up to replace him for work. Guy 2 : frustrated that Sara asked him to cover a shift and she didn't show up to replace him. Guy 3: Sarah showed up drunk with a friend to the gas station after he got stuck working a second and third shift. Girl 1 : was pregnant and needed coverage for a few different shifts she was sick during and Sarah didn't answer her phone but showed up later drunk and ignored her. One of the customer went to meijer and got her some meds to help out . Also reported issues to Ryan who ignored the whole situation. Girl 2 : hours weren't correct for her check and Sara refused to fix them because the employee called her out for not showing up to train a new employee . Girl 3: too many hours and being left on multiple shifts because of no shows and Sara not answering the phone . Guy 4: luckily had previous training because no one showed up to help train him on thirds . He quit Becuase anytime he needed help he couldn't get it from her. This continues on so every couple weeks there are new employees . You'd think corporate would be concerned enough to audit and check in with all the people who quit but nothing . I'm impressed that after all that no one sees a pattern of bad management . Oh well, at the new gas station will look better than it'll be managed . Yep

unlike the last person who reviewed them, i don't know their personal life. all i know is that i…read morehave been going to this gas station since i was little. it's right next to the freeway, which is always helpful. after work, i've gotten off the freeway and grabbed some candy and a redbull (anytime between 10-11pm). i haven't put gas there at night, just because i've never had to. i've always been nice to the workers there and vise versa because everyone has something going on in there life. i've always had great service there, nothing to complain about. oh! and a bonus, they just remodeled and there is so much more lighting and it is larger:)

Some parts were done pretty good. But the windows and the touch screen on the dash, still only half wiped down. I addressed the windshield and touch screen before they started. Also All up in the wheel wells all muddy still. I was told that the package had under body flush. Was thinking about getting the full detail done but kinda scared. Car is a 23 not that dirty. Would have thought it would have come out better. Also big streaks on the dash like cleaner that wasn't wiped off.

I always love Quality Car Wash, the North side location did not disappoint. I don't get my car…read morewashed often, but when I do I get the Works, which includes undercarriage and tires. I love the way the car looks afterwards, no soap or wax left behind and service is always friendly. There are options for monthly memberships, but I haven't gotten one since I get my car washed maybe once every few months, more often in winter for salt. Will definitely consider one though when I use my car more for travel. The free vacuums are a huge bonus. You can access those before or after your wash and there are packages where you can get the wipes for the dash and windows also for DIY detailing. Now I just wish there was one closer to Allegan so I could go more often, not just when I'm in Holland!
