I have a 2017 Toyota. Never taken it anywhere else except jiffy lube. Get my oil changes, tire rotations, air filter changes and batteries with them . My husband recently died due to heart attack. The weather was in the 60's last night and tire pressure light came on. Husband usually takes care of this but he is not here now. Drove over 30 miles to this location to see if they would add air. I was refused first I was told sensor not working and that my tires did not look flat. Then just that it was their policy not to check the tire pressure and advised me to go across the street to a tire store. I just spent over 200.00 on my last oil change at this dunn ave location and can promise that I will never return. Wow. Jiffy lube what happened to you???? Hope it was worth it. I will never go back here. I take very good care of my 1995 Toyota Camry Wagon. She had a new alternator and new serpentine belt last year via Pep Boys. I came in for routine oil change. Their check list says my serpentine is "okay." Yet I was verbally told "oh it is cracked. We can do that work for you." I said "no thank you. Pep Boys did the work and I will take it back there." They also marked my check engine light as being off. It's been on for a year along with my airbag light. But their check list said everything okay. I drove to Pep Boys and they looked at my car and said there is nothing wrong. These guys are only after my money. And it doesn't take three of you to look over my car and do an oil change. Update - I did contact jiffy lube at the email Given to me in response to my review and NO ONE contacted me with a response. I will never go back nor do I recommend. Oh and by the way, my car is still working just fine and I didn't do all the work this jiffy lube told me I needed. read more

From the gentleman who took my car and did the oil change, wrote up my ticket to the young woman who checked me out. She was a sweetheart! What a treat to get in my car to find it had been vacuumed! Slow. Went for a quick oil change because my usual place couldn't get me in. This is a drive up place that specializes in quick oil changes. Slow. They generally place a floor mat down to keep oil:grease off your carpeted floor mats and place a plastic cover over your steering wheel for same reason. Then, at least they used to, vacuum mats after all is said and done. Always was a nice touch. Not any more. Yes they placed those items, but no vacuum and I had to remove said items before I could leave. They had multiple bays and only one customer. He looked like he had been there a while and it took a long time for my service. Then they couldn't figure out the billing. I have a fleet car and that is a recommended shop. I ended up having to call fleet management and telling Jiffy Lube how to bill it in their system. This of course added time and frustration. Finally get finished and get out of there and a few miles down the road my car's "Oil change needed" light comes on. They didn't reset it when they changed the oil. Very aggravating to say the least. What should have been an easy 10 minute drive up oil change ended up being an aggravating time consuming hassle. Not recommended. read more

We arrived at 12:30 ,, the manager seemed very nice and knowledgeable( we have a brand new car that reached 6,000 miles ) .... we didn't get out of there until 2pm ....called jiffy lube because it should be done in a jiffy...the worker who drove my car out if the bay put a dirty used paper between him and my tan , brand new seat ...not cool and after all that time they did not vacuum the back ...this manager likes to talk ALOT ...he is pleasant ,but he is running his mouth instead of being efficient ... read more

The staff was not knowledgable about my Toyota 4 runner, not to mention when it was time to leave, the guy started to drive my car off without closing the undercarraige back up, and ripped it off backwards. No "I'm sorry", no explanation, just complete carlessness. I will not be back, and that is very unfortunate because I live nearby. On Sunday, December 1st 2019, I went in to have my fluids checked. When I pulled up, a man (NOT in uniform) guided us to drive into the bay (employees are not supposed to allow customers to do so). He began checking fluids & such, while not saying a word to us about what's going on with the service. He drained transmission fluid, shut the hood, & guided out the bay & we left. On our way home, our truck started making a strange sound so we pulled over & the truck shut off. We tried to crank it back up & has no luck. We ended up having to tow our truck home & it's completely broken down. I immediately called the manager of the store who gave me wrong information to get in touch with the DM's & was extremely unprofessional & rude. I got in touch with a DM who said there's nothing they can do bc the employee supposedly did his job how he was supposed to. If I go get my vehicle serviced, I expect to have professional employees that have follow the rules & guidelines to their jobs so I can trust them to do their job correctly. As a former Jiffy Lube employee, I noticed the mistakes that were being made & it instantly brought me discomfort. I expected the higher ups to be more helpful, but I was wrong about that too. Moral of the story, I definitely DO NOT recommend this Jiffy Lube. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. These rednecks refused me service because I had a trailer on my vehicle. When I told them I would drop the trailer they told me they don't have anywhere for me to drop it so I'm "s o l". There was no one at the store all bays open and I'm refused business? Seems like jiffy lube is keeping a company open that not only gives them a bad reputation but is eating away funds. Close this sh*t hole down and make sure people like that never again have the chance to work where they have to deal with customers. read more
