Wonderful Experience this time around!! This was my second trip to the Howell location my first experience was shall I say, Below par. This time around I was greeted right away all of the employees were very knowledgable and helpful. The manager, Lawrence brought me out into the shop area to take my information and go over my vehicle with me. He was so polite and charming. He took the time to explain each screen in detail, instead of blowing through it like it was a race. He answered all my questions in detail, And in a way I could understand, (Which is wonderful since I am automotive-ly challenged hahah). I didn't feel like I was being "Sold" Or having things pushed on me in anyway. So in all It was a GREAT experience. Lawrence, And his crew at the Howell Jiffy Lube get 5 stars from me. very friendly and professional staff whom were very welcoming! What I liked the most is I went in just for an simple oil change and as most places do they check of the basics of your car. belts,fluid levels,filters etc. but even more importantly unlike most although there were certain things that were recommend be done whether or not they were a near have to be done or not there was no pressure or pushing into doing anything of which preferred not to get done and I was very satisfied with that as there is nothing I hate more than being pushed into having things done to my car especially when half the time it's not even truly really needed. overall it was a great first time experience and I look forward to returning. Stopped in the Howell Jiffy Lube at 6:54p and their closing time is 7:00p. No problem, the whole team was very polite and professional and efficient and quick. While I wouldn't recommend everybody stop into any business at the last minutes, I am so appreciative that the Howell team helped me, as well as not making me feel like a jerk for coming in so late. I work late, and so this was the earliest I could arrive today. Their 5-star treatment of me and my car means I will be a regular here because I drive so much for work, and can't afford to be without my car anytime from 9a-5p. We always enjoying going to Jiffy Lube of Freehold, New Jersey. From the time you drive up at Jiffy, a representative quickly approach your car, open the door and very courteous; ask for service you need done and escort you into the office/waiting area. Coffee, tea, cookies are offered. It is a bit pricey than others but the quick service, courteous manner and just making you feel welcome is something that my family enjoys. The employees there are like a NASCAR pit crew everyone has a job and everyone does their job very well. I take my vehicles there all of the time even though I'm perfectly capable of changing my oil on my own it just doesn't make sense because their prices are reasonable and I've never waited long enough to even notice that I'm waiting. Very polite and prices are very good. I always have my oil changes there and today had my front brakes done. They were $50 cheaper than Ford or 2 other service centers in the area and I didnt need an appointment. When I was leaving the manager noticed that I had 2 rear brake light bulbs that were out and called me back. He changed the bulbs and didnt charge me. My only thing is that they gave me 10% off for brakes and there is a 15% off for brakes on their website. I think it was an honest mistake. read more

Stopped in on a Friday morning 1-13-17. Friday the 13th. No back luck here! Staff was friendly. Service was fast because most people were at work, lucky me, day off. They are always so quick and thorough. They check everything and remind you of work that needs to be done. Even if it's work they don't do. My last visit they said everything was fine. Air filter, fluids, breaks etc. that never happens. Someone always try's to get that extra dollar. But these people didn't. Will use them again as I have been for over ten years. read more

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I only got an oil change and had two filters replaced. It was slooooooowwww but service was good. I will return. Like other reviewers, along with the oil change they topped off the fluids, vacuumed the floors, and put air in the tires. Every time I use this location, the employees are courteous and respectful of my needs and wishes. They never leave my car a mess and remember to reset my oil gage(others have not). It's also great that they open your door for you and give you a free carwash! read more
