My friend had driven up from Calgary and was in the middle of a road trip where her front bumper had become unbracketed/was dragging on the ground. They helped us free of charge and popped it back into place! We were very thankful as she needed to drive back to Calgary and a quick fix like this helped her get home. This is mostly a comment on that staff. They were friendly and helpful. Without them she may not have been able to get back on the road. I can't tell you how grateful I am that they spotted this! They then helped me pick a new set of front tires and I will be back on Monday to have them installed as they need to bring them in. I have been going to them for a few years and have always found them to be honest and helpful and as a single female apprentice their help, which is offered without pressuring me and backed up by their knowledge. Today I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I asked if they could pour the rest in the jug I have in my car. She turned around and said well you should've said something earlier. She then proceeded to put all her weight on my power tailgate to close it instead of using the button and when I said something about her to use the button, she just walked away and left it half open. It didn't damage my tailgate, but I'm pretty sure that's not good to put your weight on somebody's tailgate like that. Also found the price compared to other companies like lube city or Midas are very high. I paid $140 for a synthetic oil change.

I've gone in a few times and been turned away as my oil wasn't dirty enough to change just yet ( a dealership would never - which is why i never go there). Obviously I was freaking out and stressed so I called Jiffy to see if they could take a look and Jason answered the phone and gave me a very enthusiastic, " Of course we can!" and I just about cried hahahaha aaaaahh this might seem like a small gesture of service, but to have someone answer the phone and greet you with authentic care is unparalleled customer service. I hate bait and switch companies and I forever will never go ti this specific location because they do try to scam you. I had my oil changed there a few times and twice they destroyed the oil plug requiring me to get a new one. Bc it's impossible to get off! I also asked Midas last week to provide copies of my previous invoices but did not receive them. My understanding is that any applicable brake warranty would cover parts only, leaving me responsible for the labour charges. Given my previous experience and the lack of follow-up, I have decided to have the brake repairs completed elsewhere. I am sharing this update so other customers can make an informed decision based on my experience.
