Took my car here for a check engine light after pep boys told me a solenoid needed to be replaced and they couldnt do it. The owner Chris re-diagnosed the the problem and agreed a solenoid needed to be replaced. He charged me almost $800 dollars and when I picked the car up the check engine light was still on and I now had a completely flat tire. Chris tried to tell me the tire was probably already leaking before I dropped it off despite me having driven hundreds of miles with no issues over the last several weeks. We then discovered there was a nail now in the tire that one of his employees had driven over in their parking lot. They patched the tire and told me they would fix the problem. Chris calls me 2 days later saying now he thinks its just the wiring but it will cost another $600 dollars to fix. He stated its not his fault he didnt fix the problem correctly the first time since "I told him to fix the solenoid" even though he called me and said he diagnosed that as the problem as well. He finally fixed a wiring issue after a week of working on the car and charged an additional $600 because he could figure out the problem the first time. The professional thing to do would have been to correctly diagnose and fix the problem the first time like a competent mechanic instead of becoming defensive and blaming the customer and the charging them twice for your own incompetence. If I could give 0 stars I would TLDR: I asked this guy to fix a check engine light. He couldnt figure out the problem, blamed me, popped one of my tires and charged me twice. I will never go back. Please do not waste your money here.

I paid $1600 for the service. About a week later, the front tire on the passenger side falls off my car (due to improperly installed lug nuts) while it's in motion. This caused extensive damage that ended up totaling my car. The company accepted full liability, but once they learned that the damage would cost more to fix than the value of my car, they were no longer willing to fix it. The claims department offered a settlement for what they deemed to be the value of the car. Although, I was financing the vehicle, so I could not accept it. Aside from the eventual conclusion of the car being deemed a total loss, I had to deal with a tow truck driver threatening to impound my car due to not being paid by Firestone. I also had to deal with Enterprise Rental Car threatening to charge my debit card since they hadn't been paid either. Both situations took emotional distress and anger on my part to resolve. The accident happened in October of 2025 and my car wasn't fully evaluated and totaled out until February of 2026. This was a long, drawn out, tragedy that I was made to pay out of pocket for due to the circumstances. Go ANYWHERE else!

My wife received a phone call telling her that she needed new tires. She told the shop employee that he would have to discuss it with me. He then tried to sell me new tires. He said that they were down to the wear indicator. I told him that I would check the condition of the tires and purchase some when needed. I would shop around for the best value. He interrupted me and said, "WE HAVE TIRES HERE." Duh!!! The name Firestone Tires would have given me that clue!!) My response was "I know, but I will shop around," and I thanked him for the advice. He then said, "NEVER MIND" and hung up the phone. He must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed this morning!!!! When we picked up the car, the invoice said, "THE CUSTOMER DECLINED TO EVEN TALK ABOUT PRICING OF TIRES." He needs to understand that I wasn't obligated to discuss pricing. We discussed the need for tires, and I told him that I would shop around if I needed some. I was going to give them a good rating, based on the completion of the oil change, but downgraded it to 1 star based on the unprofessional employee behavior. Brian needs more training!!!! From the minute I walked in, I could see this was a serious shop! They put all my info in their system and the computer will automatically send me a text when it's time for service and it calbrates it's notifications when it understands it's waiting too long or not long enough It learns to adjust. Work I needed was carefully explained especially when there is a cheaper route that they didn't recommend, and I was explained why the more expensive route was best and offered ways to complete the work over time, at my own pace if I didn't want to spend that much at once. I don't know much about rotors and even after just 1 visit, I had no doubt that what he was recommending was for value over cost and without hesitation, I went with their recommendations. That is what Ilike best! service is fast, and they are all super friendly and courteous and the prices are correct.
