I was put off 3 weeks to correct the brake job perormed by this shop. When finally completed, I asked questions, just to be informed, as to what went wrong, what type pads and rotors were used. Apparently, Mark took my questions offensively and became agitated, rude, and threatening. This man is arrogant, domineering, cocky, demeaning, degrading and on and on. No woman should ever be talked to in the manner he talked/screamed at me. Please read other reviews that mention this type of behavior and be cautious and leary of bringing your vehicle to this shop for repairs.
