When my daughter bought her new car, she naturally started coming here as well because of that same positive experience. A couple of years ago, the location became a Strickland Brothers franchise, but the same manager was still there, and that's what mattered to us. The service and professionalism we valued remained consistent. Yesterday, all of that changed. The usual manager was not there, and instead the person who claimed to be in charge was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I won't get into the details of our exchange, but the young man's tone was confrontational and completely unprofessional. It actually hurts me to write this review because I value the places I frequent and I am a loyal customer. This was my "for sure" place -- the place where I knew I would get results, great service, and leave satisfied. Unfortunately, that trust is now gone, and I will be looking for a new place to service my car. It's disappointing that a place we trusted for years could lose a loyal customer because of one unprofessional employee. It matters

Had to use bolt extractor and a heat gun with a 24" breaker bar to remove drain plug. The oil filter (cartridge type) was twisted and partially collapsed. It was the cheapest Chinese filter. An actual Jeep/Mopar filter is only $6.99. I'm not sure the oil was even changed looking at that drain plug. Never going back there.

On September 10th at approximately 4:40 pm, the employee working behind the counter (male, approx. 5'0 - 5'3" in height) was extremely rude, dismissive, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I came in as a paying customer with legitimate questions about my vehicle and was treated like I was an inconvenience for having the audacity to ask him. This wasn't simply someone having a bad day. This appeared to be a bad attitude on a full-time basis. What really stood out was that the other employees apologized to me for his behavior. They were courteous, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. One employee ultimately stepped in, answered my questions, and made sure I was safely back on the road. That employee deserves recognition for providing the customer service that should have been there from the beginning. Unfortunately, the interaction was bad enough that I would have zero confidence allowing this particular employee to work on my vehicle. When a customer's concern shifts from "Can you fix my car?" to "Do I even trust this person with my car?"--management has a problem. Car-X management: please investigate this employee's conduct and speak with the coworkers who witnessed the interaction. Their reactions suggested this may not have been an isolated incident. I'm not looking for a generic "We're sorry you had this experience" response. I'm asking management to address the behavior. Your good employees are doing their part. Now make sure everyone representing your brand understands that customers deserve basic courtesy and respect. To the gentleman behind the counter: customers aren't interruptions, annoyances, or inconveniences. They're the reason you're behind that counter in the first place. If helping customers is that irritating, perhaps customer service isn't the right assignment.
