I said Id like to get an oil change. He told me it will be a 3 hour wait. I said ok. He looked at the "receptionist and called out her name. She, only then, looked up and asked for my car keys. So here I wait, aggitated already, at being ignored, writing this review. So far, I guess customer service isnt their priority. They told everyone that came after me about the 2 to 4 hour wait. The regular oil change is $20. Is the wait and the treatment of disdain to a paying customer worth it? No. Next time I will go elsewhere.

What's damaged, I don't know, do I need a new bumper because something got damaged behind it, again, no clue. I came across Carrectly, was impressed by the reviews, also was impressed by the pics of Dixon P's bumper repair. So I sent an email requesting a quote for the repair. Oliver replied fast with an accurate quote and information. He also answer all questions I had. I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! How much time is wasted on dropping off your vehicle? With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. I'm proud to be seen with my vehicle again, instead of walking away quickly. You know how it is when you ride looks trashed. So glad I made this choice.

I had my vehicle towed there due to a battery failure. I asked them to assess for other needs. They came back with a quote hundreds of dollars more than other places are now telling me but the worst is that they tried to give only a 3 month warranty on new parts and labor. Parts that typically come with a 12-24 month manufacturer's warranty. They want to proudly display a piece of paper on the office wall citing they are a minority owned business but they are predatory. I wasted an entire day and money on having my vehicle towed to them plus the $80 for diagnostics because they are a auto repair business that lied to me when I questioned them about offering a 3 month warranty. The receptionist said she was told to tell me that 'IL state law allows them to reduce warranty' . A place like this has no business operating in any of the 50 contingent states as FEDERAL LAW does not allow a repair shop to modify the manufacturer's warranty. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which applies in all 50 states including Illinois, a manufacturer cannot void or reduce their parts warranty simply because an independent shop (rather than a dealership) performed the installation. This is a federal consumer protection law and it is very clear on this point. Unfortunately for them they documented this revised warranty on the invoice emailed to me and even getting the invoice was a trial. The receptionist tried to have me 'come in to get it' but I refused as I had already been there to talk with the mechanic when my vehicle was dropped off. I insisted the it be emailed and it eventually was. Don't waste your time with these predators. No one has time for games and scams. I would never trust my vehicle repair to them and hope they are not preying on the surrounding community and college population in the area. Just disgusting.
