Returning customer. Hands down most professional jiffy lube/ oil change shop I've ever been to.

We were just at this jiffy lube and we had been waiting in the line for over 20 minutes with our 5 month old baby and when it was our turn to get our oil change the person comes up to us and says sorry their mechanic just left and she couldn't run the shop by herself. We drove 30 minutes here and waited another 25. She should have just told us when we pulled up we wouldn't be able to be helped instead of having us sit there with our baby waiting. Poorly handled situation that could have been avoided. read more

First time customer, long time wonderer. I needed an oil change on my newly purchased used truck or at least that is what my truck told me. So I took a chance - usually I'd do this but this was a first for me - and I gave them a try A-mazing! Didn't even have to get out of the car. The service manager addressed my needs, and Leroy rocked it with speedy, high quality service. I'm grateful, even though I was somewhat surprised by the price...but again, my truck required way more oil than I expected. Disposal fees and tax; well, they add up. refuse to honor a quote they made Saturday Jan 31 2025 and also refuse to do work in quote on February 3, 2025. Work was placed on schedule on February 2, 2025. Manager refused to do anything to correct issue. Only excuse was mechanic didn't want to do the job. read more

Giving a 5 across the board!!! I was a walk in w/ no appointment. They weren't busy so I got right in, even if they were busy, they go so fast I highly doubt you'd be waiting long. Customer service is by far the best I have gotten at a car service business, which includes at the actual dealerships. Trust me, skip the dealerships! The price was adequate & the best part is it was super fast, they checked my air filter as well & you get to stay in your car! In & out in just a few minutes! read more

The guys were quick, professional and helpful. It was my first oil change on my new Honda SVU. They recommended synthetic oil which is more expensive but better for new cars and engines. It cost 85 dollars for my oil change. I thought that was expensive. I guess the range is 25-100 depending on the type of oil, car model and car mileage. They did not try to upsell me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. read more

Ladies!!! I called these guys in tears and he just said " I know what's wrong, come in". In that "I know", a weight lifted from my chest and I knew he heard me and he would help me. When I tell you within 10 munites these guys had my car fixed like new and all, ALL, my liquids topped off. I asked them with tears how much and they told me and my son to have a great day. For no charge they saved my car and left it better than I could've hoped, even wiped it down. If you are a lady and you just need someone to listen and help, just call. Went for an oil change. Most staff were wearing masks for COVID protection, but not all. Took under 10 minutes for car in front of me to be done and pull into one of their three service bays. Staff was courteous and professional. I listened to Howard call out what he was doing to someone under the car in the lower bay, making sure each step was completed along the way. He showed the owner the dipstick indicating it was filled with new oil and then had the lower bay confirm this too; very thorough. My tech wasn't quite that thorough; never saw the dipstick and no confirmation. They aren't handing out receipts due to COVID right now; they'll email it. Make sure they get your email correct or you won't get it. After two hours I had to call back for mine since someone typed my email wrong. Overall good service and staff was professional. And although he didn't do much on my service today, Howard W. seemed great, knowledgeable and very professional. read more

I would just like to applaud this Jiffy Lube and all of their honesty, reliable and helpfulness. I travel a lot for work and Brad said that he would love to take a look and see what I absolutely needed and recommended for my car. He showed me all the parts, how they check and walked me through what was the most important that needed to be done today and what I should be aware of as I add more mileage on my car. Howard was very nice, friendly, cool, and very knowledgeable. He even showed the crew that was there how to do a Transmission Fluid Exchange. The crew was also friendly and nice when they spoke to me and needed me to answer questions they had about my truck. Howard and crew did an overall great job, and it was a great experience. I found the air conditioning vents they put in your vehicle to keep you cool to be very cool and neat. I will be coming back if and when other services are need for my truck. One bay open, 2 cars ahead of me, I finally get into the bay and they are out of the oil filter for the vehicle, they had to call a auto parts store and now I'm waiting 20 minutes for them to deliver the filter. Jiffy Lube is always a great last minute choice when I need an oil change. I went here before Christmas when I was planning a road trip to Massachusetts from Charleston the NEXT DAY!! The guys working were so kind and friendly. I had found a coupon online which is always great and there always seems to be one. They accepted it no problem and showed me my filter that clearly also needed to be changed but also found me a coupon to help out! I had needed to put air in my tires and when I asked they easily did that for me too. My car was low on break fluid and that was one thing that they did not supply for you but when I asked which toe I needed to buy they told me and even showed me exactly where to put it and fill it to. I would definitely recommend stopping in here they were all very kind and got everything done in a very short time! read more

Took my car in for a standard oil change on a Friday. When I got it back, car was shaky and felt different and couldn't keep up on the hey. Couldn't go over 40 Miles / hr. I took it back to the shop the next morning, explained what was happening and they said that they fixed it and topped off my oil since the oil had leaked out. Same thing happened again after I left the shop a second time, car was no different. Finally had to pay to take it to licensed body shop that Monday, who told me that I had no oil left in the car bc the oil filter was not installed properly ( not once but twice now). I had to file a claim with the company and was refunded the oil change and body shop bill. Platinum automotive in North Charleston cleaned everything up and were wonderful to deal with. read more

Girlfriend came home from this jiffy lube and was very upset how she was treated. After being mocked by grown men for asking a simple question if she pull around to have her oil changed. They did not know she could over hear them insulting behind her back, very unprofessional and would not recommend. read more
