I can't recommend these guys enough.. not only do you not have to get out of your car at all but they work quickly and efficiently :-) if you've got a problem with your car, even if you don't know what it is thinking about it for you. You pull right in & there's a pit right underneath so they can service your car for whatever needs you may have. Don't go there spread theworld.I went to get an oil change as normal and during so the technician told me that he will l check the air condition filter for me, He opened my glove box and took out the lock caps and checked my air condition filter during so some how he had lost the cap to lock the glove box and when telling him so he said that is was not a big deal and did not offer me a replacement or any discount for the inconvenience. So I went in for an oil change knowing I was gonna pay a bit for disposal, recycle fee etc. but I came out with what drives like a new truck! And fast! Maybe not 5, but I'm sure less than 10! It was crazy expensive, but I guess you pay for the convenience. I was about due for an oil change and didn't have time to schedule one with my normal mechanic. I came in on a Saturday and was probably there a total of 20 minutes. My mechanic typically takes an hour or more, even with an appointment. My air filter definitely had to be changed too. They showed me the old one and then showed me the new one prior to installing it, so I knew they weren't just putting the old one back in. They suggested a new rear wiper, but for the price they quoted me, I was able to buy three online and I can replace them myself. Thanks for the heads up though. I went here for the first time recently and was amazed at the efficiency. The staff works in pairs and trios, follows a specific protocol for ensuring all parts of the oil change are followed, and I was really in and out in only a few minutes! The price is super reasonable, no upcharge for the quick service. There was also no attempt to pressure me for extra services or expensive oil. I knew I needed a new air filter but they did not have mine in stock. Alas, they offered to install when I purchased one for no charge at a later time. Me and my husband came to this location an hour before closing for a simple oil change. After sitting there waiting for the mechanic, he proceeded to tell us we had a massive oil leak and that he could not do the oil change. So we left and drove home where we had the car parked all night. We checked to see and there was absolutely no signs of an oil leak. We called to speak to the mechanic over the phone and he change the story saying there were only a few drops of oil on the intake. So obviously the technician lied to us.
