It was very difficult for him to provide an itemized receipt and took him many days over email to add up the numbers to make up what would entail the cost totaling to $1,000. There are a few good workers like Ben and Derrick but I've seen a coworker put the wrong oil in customers vehicles and I've even seen someone mix oils as well as not putting enough oil in.
