He acted as if I was trying to steal an oil change from him. My boss asked that I make sure they put a sticker on the window as he said he didn't receive one on the last trip there. I cant imagine acting this way when the oil change business seems to be pretty competitive.

Hands down best customer service and car care I have ever had!…read more My car began having issues as I was out of town. Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! We are beyond thankful for the customer service, attention to detail, communication and reliability! We plan to be back!

Ok so I took my truck in for a coolant flush and diagnostics and told them it was going to need stand pipes and dummy plugs minimum.Few days later they said ok I need oil cooler that will fix it I said great I PAID THEM ALMOST 7000.00!Then go to pick up my truck it still won't start hot turns out it needs stand pipes and dummy plugs which if you remember itold them it needed when I took it in to them.Since I already paid them to change an oil cooler wich by the way they charged me as much as a complete rebuild at any other shop I was against taking my truck back into them I forgot to mention this is my dailey driver I drove the truck to their shop.Manager calls me since I left terrible google review says he don't want like the truck leaving unfixed made me think awesome maybe this place is ok after all.Boy was I wrong I drove my truck into their shop few days later I'm told truck is done go to pick it up which is understatement.Hopped in my truck tried to drive it barely made it to their shop few street terrible grinding actually made it to parking lot straight across the street I'd say what maybe twenty feet wheel bearing completely gone!Get out to see what's wrong jump out look at my truck and every bit of my coolant is pouring out of my engine compartment! They say they did nothing wrong apparently it's normal to take a truck to a shop drive it there mind you I always thought you would pay 7000.00 pretty good chance you'd get to drive the vehicle home I had to have my truck towed home from their shop had to have the repairs made that the shop did to my vehicle they completely say that they did nothing wrong. So if anyone actually reads reviews make your own decision but make sure you read the bad reviews I will from now on believe that...If this review saves one person from falling victim to this repair shop it was worth it..I pray no other person ever gets ripped off by this place again.Pick a different place any place. Thanks for reading and good luck on your shop search this place isn't what anyone is looking for in a repair facility.......I wish they had negative stars this place deserves --7000

First time using this location and was a little disappointed. I waited nearly a week for a return…read morecall from the manager or owner which I was told to expect. Anyway, I usually go to a neighboring oil change express in Sand Springs but they were closed Monday so I decided to give these guys a try. I was given a cost considerably higher than what I was used to for an equal quality service and I mentioned this to one of the techs on duty. I decided it was too expensive and drove off to find another only to not even make it out of the parking lot and I decided to just bite the bullet and save the time. When I went back the same tech told me in a very rude way it would be the price he had mentioned and I said that's fine I just need it done. I didn't argue about the price or ask for a discount. I did find a coupon and asked the owner inside if he would honor it and he gladly did so and had a great attitude about it. My issue is with the two techs who performed the work. When it was time to pay I asked if they checked the air filter. He said "No, since you complained about the cost we didn't do any pulls," which the other tech told me he meant he didn't do the actual service that I agreed to pay for. I also asked if they topped off the other fluids and he said no. I asked the other tech if it was part of the normal service and he said yes, those should have been checked as well. He told me to pull back up and he would top off the wiper fluid. I thanked him for doing that and he just walked away. I again said thank you and he continued ti ignore me. Terrible attitude! He didn't even offer to complete the service by checking the air filter or any other items that he had already told me were part of the usual service for which I had already paid. I really hate that the first visit went this way but it's no way to build a relationship with customers. Guess I'll be waiting until my usual place is open on Tuesdays west of town.

This place has just gone downhill. Overcharge every time and they hit you with "my boss will come…read moretalk to you about prices" next thing you know there is no conversation and you're paying 90 for a regular oil change. I could do it myself and I've never done it before in my life. They were disrespectful to a family member of mine too and it is safe to say we will NOT be coming here again. Sorry not sorry, do better little boys.

They fixed everything same-day; I dropped off at 9:30 and they had it ready for me at 5:30. The customer service was impeccable. After a brief check of my car, the mechanic sat down with me and explained what he thought the problems were, how he was going to fix them, and what the cost would be. There were no surprise fees or extra costs, and they called me before tackling the larger problem to make sure I was okay with the cost and actions. Some mechanics will dismiss the concerns of a young woman, but the staff here listened to what I thought might be going on and included that in the diagnostic tests. They also laid out options for me instead of saying "you need this today and we're going to do it and no we won't tell you why." I needed new tires and they found a suitable set at a great price (while still being good tires). Same thing with the oil options. I didn't feel like they were trying to make a sale or a commission. I was extremely pleased that the parts that needed to be replaced were sourced during the same day. They even found lug nuts that matched the car's manufacturer. Overall, they did a great job, and I'm going to make them my first choice for repairs.
