Look, we've all heard the reputation Jiffy Lube has when it comes to car maintenance. But I cannot stress enough how different this location is compared to any other location I've been to. The prices are great and while I love that, they aren't the main factor in what keeps me returning and willing to have them work on my car... It's the service. Everytime I've brought my car in, the mechanics are so incredibly transparent, honest and give off a trustworthy vibe. None of them give off an impression of dread to be working that day or that they are seeking to find issues with the vehicle to upcharge me. Today, the mechanics were Degan, Stephan, Woody, and Johnny. Good guys. Gave off a great vibe and we're incredibly honest during the diagnostic. I actually came in after shopping around at the local mechanic shops around here and all of them overcharged me and tried to upsell me on fixes I didn't need. Not these guys. These are genuine car guys who give off an air of passion for their work and appreciate to be doing what they're doing. I WILL absolutely be back to get some work done. Thanks read more

I feel like this location is cursed. This is the closest location to my home but I am done. Over the years I've had ruined batteries, air cleaners not installed properly causing further damage and for my older car, not the proper tools to finish adding fluid to my transfer case. The last tire rotation resulted in wheel covers not reinstalled properly and broken lug nut covers not mentioned or replaced. I will say that after I complained they made it right, but after so many issues I now go elsewhere. You should too. read more

Rudest service men I've ever had the displeasure of speaking too. They did not wash our windshield or clean the interior of the car, like every other location does, after paying over $200. Drove up, employee was glaring at me through the garage window like, "how dare you come and get work done...". I didn't see the exit only sign and he rudely pointed to come around back. Roll my window down and he glares at me saying without hesitation, "your car requires the synthetic oil and it's $67" I know my car doesn't. It's got 68K miles on it. I said no I'll just do conventional. He said no. I said I'll pass and I found another Jiffy Lube that had zero attitude. Seriously? What's with the attitude? Really bugs me when businesses claim they are impacted by a pandemic and treat people this way. Your customer service SUUCKS.... Why be rude? Why? Seriously what's the deal? It's 8am on a Saturday morning. If you don't like going to work then get a new job. You chose to go in and you choose to have a crappy attitude and your choosing to turn customers away. I was just at this location and the service was fantastic. The gentlemen were very professional and patient with me. I'm grateful for their quick and reliable service. However, I truly appreciate that they didn't try to push any additional services. No scare tactics here, just information. The guys adjusted the tire pressure, topped off fluids, checked the engine, checked the wiper blades, replaced the full synthetic oil/ new filter, vacuumed, and cleaned my windows. All in under 15 minutes. As of now all looks good. Also, the lobby and the shop were clean and organized, which is a plus is my book. read more

Not sure why this place has bad reviews but I've been here a few times now and I get great customer service! The wait room is clean and has coffee and popcorn! I was going to a different oil change place before and they were ok but when I started to come to this Jiffy Lube, they were able to tell me more vital maintenance I needed such as spark plugs and transfer case fluid. If I still continued to go to that other place, my car probably wouldn't be running right now. read more

I've been coming here for all of my oil changes. The last time I was in they told me I was missing two cabin air filters from my vehicle. I reminded them that the previous time I was there they almost forgot to put my main air filter back in, and that their employees probably neglected to put them back after checking them. The manager almost accused me of lying (like I would even know how to remove those filters). Because I had some prior service done at the dealership, the manager suggested the dealership took out the filters. I told him I would provide the receipt from the dealership to prove their work occurred PRIOR to the last oil change, and that his staff would have realized the filters were missing at that time had they been, but he declined to look at my paperwork. I still have it available. Eventually, he rudely agreed to replace them. He told me he didn't have any in stock and said he would get some in and call me. He verified my phone number with me and said the filters would be there in about a week. He never called back. I will never go back. I hope the loss of my business was worth their failure to make right for their mistake. Bad enough the filters were missing, but to break a promise to a customer after the error was caught is inexcusable. read more

I only give one star because I cannot give them zero to post. This location is rude and the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Josh was rude and not willing to explain the services. I showed up today and asked what were the differences for the different oil services. He said they were closing in 20 minutes and had two cars ahead and if I didn't know which service, then I should come back another day. I told him before I let them do the service, I needed to know the differences. He was so rude that I told him that if he didn't want my business than I would have no problem going to another provider and I would never return. Do not go to this business. They are horrible, rude and didn't seem as if they know what they are doing. read more

Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever received for an oil change. They really take the vehicle inspection part of their service seriously. They found a a frayed serpentine belt that was close to breaking on my daughter's vehicle. They showed the condition of the belt still in place and what a new belt should look like. They didn't try to oversell anything during the service and even pointed me to an on line coupon that I used for a discount. The team that worked on my vehicle where great Ambassadors for Jiffy Lube. From now on I'm driving across town for this Jiffy Lube to take care of all my vehicles. read more

Jiffy Lube® Service Center #2541 1484 S WEIDEMAN AVE BOISE , ID 83709-1450 US Location would not honor $25.99 signiture service coupon stating that my vehicle "probably" took 6 quarts. I know it doesn't, as it is a 1999 dodge Durango. I was afraid they would overfill my oil just to make some extra money, so I drove down the road to fast eddys, and paid $15 more just to know that their techs were doing the right thing for their customers. It's sad that A) the jiffy lube tech is either being told to tell people their cars are 6 quart capacity to either avoid accepting the coupon, or make extra revenue, or B) is either to lazy or to stupid to look up the fluid capacity before quoting a price. It's also sad that your google ad campaign on google maps is what made me stop at your Buisness, then you can't follow through on the service sad. Best of luck in the future read more

The worst customer service ever!!!!! Will never come back. They tried to explain the services they provide (with attitude) while tires are being put on around us, and could NOT hear him. He got frustrated with me because I asked him nicely to repeat himself due to the loud noise. He would't even take me into the waiting room to talk to me. RUDE!!!! Also what regular oil change does't include checking all the fluids. $10 more to check them, they were already more expensive then the place down the street. Too bad the other place was too busy today....wonder why?! Just incase anyone wants to know which Jiffy Lube I went to is is the one on Broadway in Boise, Idaho. Stay Away!!! read more
