Called this Jiffy Lube about a coolant exchange and was quoted $89,95. The next day I stopped there. There were no customers and the guys who did the work were in the parking lot tinkering with their own cars at about 2pm. I went inside, the guy ignored me, a woman got off the phone looked up and said what do you want. A coolant exchange, she said you mean a flush, I said no just an exchange. She said they are the same, they are not. How much, now the price changed to $120. The waiting room was dirty, the staff not at all friendly and I don't do bait and switch. I left. read more

Uber and Lyft drivers, this is the place to go for your inspection! I recently went in and was told $40 pass or fail. Much to my surprise, the only thing they check are tire tread and mileage! Everything up and down the list was marked "Pass" even without having to check anything. I was really impressed how they were even able to get the thickness of my brake pads without even checking those! I was even more amazed at how each of my tires have the exact same tread depth. Took my car in to get an oil change not only does it smell like burning oil two weeks into it but they put the drain plug into my oil pan so tight that I can't get it out I'm gonna have to take it to a mechanic and if they can't get it out I'm gonna have to pay them to pull my engine and replace my oil pan and fight for the them to reimburse me read more

This place is a joke and a total scam. I got the basic oil change and even had a coupon for $12 off and it still cost me over $100! The two idiots doing the work were acting like 5 year old boys running snd jumping all around the shop yelling out football plays. IMO they were both high af. They do not discuss pricing but instead tell you to go inside to handle payment. No prices or services listed anywhere. Nobody in the office to ask either. I'm not convinced they even changed the oil or the filter - I'll be checking when I get home. They claim to have topped off fluids etc. but I watched them through the office window and I assure you nothing was checked, let alone topped off. I asked for the owner or manager and idiot #1 said oh he doesn't come in to the shop cuz he has to take care of his kids. Idiot #2 just stood behind him terrified to make eye contact. I went in to the Jiffy Lube on Iliff in Aurora Colorado on 6/15/2018. I arrived at Jiffy Lube at 2:00pm and checked out at 5:19pm. Not only did the entire transaction take over 3 hours, but they didn't complete all of the maintenance I asked for. When I arrived I told the receiving mechanic that I need an oil change and a tire rotation. He told me that it wouldn't be a problem and asked me to wait in the lobby. I sat in the lobby for over an hour before we finally asked how long it would be. The staff was hesitant to give a direct answer and instead said: "there are about 8 cars in line and it should take 15 minutes per car". Not a single car had left in the entire hour I had been there and I had no idea where I was in the queue. My vehicle finally made it up for inspection at about 4 pm. The technician went over the recommendations with me and we agreed upon the services that needed to be conducted. I was told that my vehicle would be done in 15-20 minutes. They pulled it out of the bay at about 4:45. As the technicians were pulling the next vehicle into the bay I could hear arguing. It turned out that they did not rotate my tires. They went back outside and backed my truck back into the bay. I could hear the tires squeal as they attempted to back the truck in. Once in the bay the team tried to lift it and failed. I saw the back end of my truck raise up as front tires remained on the ground. The team dropped my truck, pulled out of the back, and then brought it back in nose first. They attempted to lift the truck again, and this time the aft end remained on the ground. The truck was also crooked on the lift. I will be inspecting my truck to ensure that they did not do any damage, but I digress. During this entire event, I could hear the crew arguing about why they couldn't lift it, and blaming each other for the slow pace of work. It was extremely unprofessional. As I peered through the window from the customer service area, one of the technicians gave me a thumbs up...I still have no idea what he meant by that. Is it ok to him that the service took so long? Is he happy that they didn't flip my truck? Perhaps he's just trying to let me know that they didn't do any permanent damage. Whatever the case, they continued to struggle with lifting my truck for about ten minutes. At that point,​ the sales rep called me forward and told me that they could not rotate my tires. I found this suspect because there was a heavier truck than mine on a life and being serviced in the very next bay. We settled the bill and went outside so that he could show me all of the caps and oil levels. I was not offered any discounts, explanation, or other actions to atone for such a horrible experience at this location. Never again. read more

Edit: they did call me and say they were sorry about the price confusion. They ended up helping me with the price I thought it would be about and offered for me to come back and get a new sticker with the proper 5k mileage. Went and asked if I needed to buy the Groupon to get the deal and they said no. I told them I wanted to put the sticker for 5k miles and they asked me if I wanted to do the high mileage oil change and they said it would be the same price as the normal conventional oil change. On Groupon it had the pice as $26.99 and after they did the oil change they said that it would be $58.12. That's not the same price as the normal conventional oil change price from Groupon. Maybe it's the normal pice but NOT the price I was expecting or wanting to pay. I was expecting it to be the same price as the discounted one. By the time I had to pay and they gave me the price the oil change had been done already so I did not have a choice. Verify price before or better yet go somewhere else! Also... I requested 5k miles.... for the sticker they only put 3750 miles on it. That's 1250 miles shorter! You charge me more for a higher oil as you say it will last me longer and then don't even put the correct miles on my sticker!!!! That's some crappy busyness right there!!!! read more

I've been to this location once before, and wasn't impressed. Returned today out of convenience. Mistake. There were 2 vehicles in the bay when I arrived. After 45 minutes they're finally starting with my vehicle. I realize now one of the 2 vehicles ahead of me belongs to the shop Manager and had 3 employees working on it while customers waited. I'm a Jiffy Lube girl and every location seems to serve me just fine. I find Jiffy Lube helpful for an oil change, tire rotation, the occasional air filter change, and other miscellaneous maintenance items. This location served me perfectly during the week after work. Little to no wait with excellent customer service. He went over all my fluid levels, tire pressure, and also told me the services that are still needed on my car based on my current mileage. Once finished, paying is a breeze and then they show me what they did under my front hood before I leave. I'm a happy camper and will always think of Jiffy Lube as a reliable place to have the normal services done. read more

The service at the location was great. They take care of the customer very well and actually show you what services they did by walking around the vehicle with you once the work is complete. Nice for peace of mind. However, for what you get for the price, Jiffy Lube is not my cup o tea. Got the standard oil change (comes with only a couple points of inspection and topping off of some fluids), got a discount, and it was still $41.00. Time to go back to Midas where I could get all this and more (including tire rotation) for less. Update 24 hrs later: They forgot to reset my maintenance indicator (indicating a need for an oil change) on my dash. Now I'll have to make a special trip in just to have that indicator turned off. :-/ read more

This location is only interested in upselling products. I would think my car was falling apart. Which, it is not. They also told me my brand new battery was in need of replacement and would not hold a charge. Less than a month old. I got a 2nd opinion someplace else and it tested perfect health. They try to upsell wipers, filters and all of their other products like everything on my car is in need of repair. My car is fine. Just please change my oil. That's what I came in for. My 87 yr. Old Mother and Niece took a 2008 Nissan Altima in for a routine oil change and got charged $139.00! They said the oil was dirty and sludge and needed a $70 engine cleaner! Add $35 air filter and $8 coolant + $40 oil change. The had a $20 coupon too. Please stay away from this Jiffy Lube! No wonder the place was completely empty @ 4:45 on a Monday! read more

Jiffy Lube on Iliff - what has happened to you? I have been going to this location for years. I've never had to wait more than 20-30 minutes tops. Last oil change took over 2.5 hours with minimal cars in the bay. So I thought, they were just having a bad day. I went back today for an oil change. Only two cars in the bay and it still took over 2 hours, and they didn't even bother to vacuum it out or clean the windows like they used to. I guess the techs were too busy on their phones. Then the guy tells me about their top-off service, I'm like, Dude - I'm not waiting for 2 hours for a top-off. I don't know what has happened to this location, but I won't be going back. read more

As a woman, I have experienced many auto shops that treat me like I'm an idiot who couldn't possibly know anything about cars and attempt to take advantage of me by trying to push and/or overcharge me for unnecessary repairs, so I'm always skeptical when trying a new shop. I was pleasantly surprised that all 4 gentlemen that I interacted with were extremely friendly, respectful, courteous and treated me like I was their daughter/sister. They recommended I replace my cabin filter and air filter, gave me the prices and politely asked if I wanted them to change it, and when I declined there was no pushing or change in attitude- VERY IMPRESSIVE. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews, a lot for wait times. If you listen to their advice on downtime's you won't wait long at all, I was in and out in 14 min today... 14! They check all fluids, walk you out and show you/talk about the work they just did, and shoot the sh*t with you while you wait.
