    Nothing to see here. Jiffy Lube can't find an oil leak. Must be my rear main seal.

    I exclusively get my vehicle serviced from Jiffy Lube due to the close proximity to my house. Fairly quick. Not the cheapest but understandable. My last visit has cost them a customer and hopefully anyone who reads this review will reconsider as well. I received a full front rear differential and engine oil change on or about 9/4. Recently, I noticed oil on my garage mats. I took it back to Jiffy Lube to see, if nothing else, where it was coming from: After 10 minutes inspecting my Jeep they said "we couldn't find anything. Maybe it's your rear main seal." I immediately leave and take it to the dealer. They put it up on the rack and notice the photos I've taken. A prolonged leak coming from my oil filter seal. Where could Jiffy Lube techs possibly been looking to miss this obvious amount of oil. I'm beyond done with Jiffy Lube and their inability to do the ONE thing they're expected to do. Understand fluids and change oil.

    Is it asking too much that you post accurate business hours on your website? This was at 2:00 on Dec 24th. I called around to a couple of other JL's. All the phones just rang endlessly.

    Came here for the first time. Saw mixed reviews on here but decided to stop by anyway. I called ahead to ask how busy they are. Guy was friendly on the phone and said there are 4 ahead with 2 bays open and each car takes 15-20 min. Got there 10 min later to find that information was accurate and there was 3 cars in the line. I joined the line and walked inside. As my car came in I approached the garage to watch and ensure they did an honest job. One of the techs then closed the garage door on me. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because it's 45 degrees outside, but it's a weird coincidence that they were doing work on the cars with the bays open and suddenly got cold when I was watching. Anyway as I watched the service, I noticed oil guzzling from 10 different places below the engine block. After that was done I saw two guys trying to figure out the oil filter. To their credit saturns put the oil filter accessible from the top of the engine and it's a pain to get out. Either the pan was still full of oil or they were just very sloppy with the removal of the filter because it poured all over the front frame. They installed a new mighty oil filter. The tech Kendall approached me to select my service. He mentioned that the prior service had received blended oil and suggested that again (this is my father in laws car so I wasn't aware of what oil was in it) I'm ok with this conversation up UNTIL THIS POINT! He then selects the blended oil package ($71.99) prior to my agreement. I asked him for the conventional oil change instead ($41.99) and if you're watching this jiffy lube management THIS IS WHY PEOPLE DONT TRUST YOU!!!! He states to me that the car "requires the synthetic blended oil" I asked him to show me where it says that. He fumbled through a few proprietary jiffy lube order screens before finally submitting that he "doesn't see that." PREDATORY TACTICS, UPSELLING, and LIES! I told him I wanted a conventional oil change, he then starts asking about my filters and wipers and all the other add ons.... which I get it, you make more money selling those things and techs are encouraged to sell more and get commissions or bonuses based on add ons. I actually heard them shouting in the garage "Add-on bay 2" so I'm sure it's logged because the boss was in there. So finally he finished his sales speech and I reply "Just the conventional" They finished the oil change and I left. I pulled over a few miles away to check. The oil filter is new and the oil was changed and was at the proper level. 2 STARS is all you're getting. The wait was good, the job got done; but you're more concerned with deceiving me on what my car "NEEDS" than actually doing a clean filter removal. Photos attached of the spill and the owners manual outlining what oil my car needs. I won't be back, but unfortunately this deception and up-selling along with a lackluster quality job is the norm in this industry and not the exception. This is why I usually change my own oil....Because the convenience of the quick change gets destroyed by this crap they pull. Oh and if the manager/owner of jiffy lube replies please spare me with that standard response of "oh we are sorry you had a bad experience please send us a private message" If you want to correct this, reply to the world what you'll do to correct this and be specific. And no I don't want a refund or a coupon.

    So when i got there a girl greeted me at my car and she was very serious. She was talking about the special they offered.... i told her i just wanted a regular oil change and my car took regular oil... She stopped me and said let me finish we will check what kind of oil. So that seemed a little rude. But she was just doing her job. I just feel like she was very very serious about it and not warming. But she was nice. The service was semi quick. I waited about 30 minutes. It was busy and they said it would be about that time. So before they did anything the tech calls me over and talks about what i need. I told him i just want regular oil he said i should use the premium kind. He has to call his manager over to over ride it.. wasnt a fan of that but once again just doing his job and he was nice. We chatted a bit. They did a great job vacuuming and cleaning the windows and my car did run better after that. I wouls reccomend going there to anyone considering i just moved here and am new to the area.

    Take my 1995 here for regular maintenance, they always gets the job done right!! Never taking my car anywhere else for oil changes ect.

    Some issues regarding my visit…read more 1. Service time for a four tire road force balance was 2+ hours. This is more than double what it should take. I was charged extra also because they had to work a little harder to get the lug nuts off. 2. After getting service, the vehicle ride is almost identical to what is was before. No mention of anything to me regarding what they did or did not do. I had to rush out due to another engagement I had to get to. 3. I have D rated tires and after consulting BF Goodrich, I set the tires to 52 psi all the way around. They inflated my tires to the pressure noted on the car door plaque for E rated tires (60 psi front and 75psi rear)- pressures read 60 left front, 63 right front, 70 left rear and 75 right rear. 4. Lastly, the inspection report they do for free noted the tire pressure on both the fronts was 60 before and after, and 75 before and after, which is not correct based on what I brought in and what I noted while driving away. Everything else was checked green. Makes me wonder if an inspection was really performed. All that said, Ean and the rest who were working the service desk were very polite. I'm not sure what service was done, and had it been done correctly, I would have noticed a difference - value wasn't worth the result.
