Amazing service, quick and always helpful. Love that I can get my car wash, cleaned and serviced all in the same spot.

Alex helped me out & was great! I was in desperate need of an oil change and new wipers. He was honest and didn't push any products or services I didn't need. The whole team worked fast and my car was ready before I was! read more

Tyler was quite helpful for all of our service needs. He explained what was needed prior to completing these services and had us in and out quickly. He estimated a timeframe needed and got our services completed in half the time. Great work! read more

Great service and knowledgeable technician staff! Alex took care of us and made sure we were well informed of the services performed!

Air filter was not put in properly. Opened the hood, and found a granola bar inside. The technician must have dropped it and missed it. Do not recommend. read more

Ben O was very helpful and did a great job! Very prompt and courteous service. Give that dude a raise!

Great customer service. Everything was taken care of that needed to be done. Good value

So brought one car here for a coolant flush...next thing I know need to replace coolant sensors... Next care brought for an oil change, they stripped my drain plug and said I need a new one now...additionally they may have knocked a sensor loose or did more damage to my motor, while spilling oil on the belt or loosening it up..car now squeals and May have block damage read more

Manager was so helpful to add oil to my vehicle and even drove it thru the car wash for me! Thank you!

I had been avoiding getting my oil changed for way too long - I stopped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service and speediness. My filters were gross, and those were replaced too. They utilize local automotive stores to get items quickly that they might not have in stock, so you are not stuck waiting days or weeks for items. It was very much an in-and-out process and I highly recommend! Special shout out to Jose, Dustin, and Marty!! read more

Very helpful technicians! Came in with low tires and filled them up for me. Very great service

Been to several jiffy lubes over the years, but this particular one, I'd say is the best, went in for oil change and the 4 man crew went above and beyond on the service and for that, I will be a regular customer. Highly recommend read more

Pulled in at the wrong time about 3 pm so it was kinda busy. They told us it would be 45min. OK, I'll wait. It is 97 degrees out so I'll shut off my car and wait in the lobby. Then they tell me can't wait in the lobby because of covid????? No employee is wearing a mask! So they would rather have people wait in their cars running the air-conditioning for 45 minutes. Mask requirements have been lifted for a while, why not just be honest and say "we do not offer a lobby anymore" Then after the 45 minutes, they asked if I could back up and let another car go in front of me, " her husband is waiting for her" is what they said. OK, I have been here just as long. So after years of going there with multiple cars in the family, we will not be back. read more

came in for an oil change & the experience was efficient, with kind and courteous service & communication. -We highly recommend the crew: DUSTIN F., JOSE L. & DEMITRIUS F!! read more

Do NOT go to this Jiffy Lube. The manager was so unprofessional. They put the wrong oil in my car. 3 weeks later my engine seized up and it had to be replaced $7000. I urge you to only go to your dealership! They don't charge you nearly what jiffy lube does. Their prices are so inflated for not what they are telling you are getting. Jiffy lube only care about costing you money and not giving you what your car is supposed to have! read more

My wife and I needed a oil change really badly and We though of this place because it's next to my job. The oil change was $53.00 and they told us the air filter needed to be replace and they told us it was $64.00 and he said it use to be $10.00 and he said the company changed it. I recommend that people stay away from this place because they are jacking up prices for things that are just $10.00 to make a high profit. read more

I know getting an oil change can be intimidating because they ask you all these questions you don't know, but everyone who works here is so nice! Dustin was very helpful and did not push me to purchase anything other than what I came there for. I also went on a Saturday early afternoon and it only took about 10 minutes! Amazing. read more

Never open no response no one gives a care about the customer there!! Signs posted open until 6 it was 5:15 one day and 4:45 another and they were already closed!! Fix the hours or just shut the doors and go out of business read more

I waited no time at all. Everyone was friendly and I was able to get them to apply an online coupon too. Just don't expect this chain to be CHEAP. It is a quick service and the pricing is reflected accordingly. During COVID they just have you sit in the vehicle during the service. read more

Ive been a customer here on and off for 5 yrs. The prices go up very consistently with no extra value. After an $85 oil change today, i went across the street to auto zone and bought new air filters. I declined the air filter service at jiffy but asked if they would shake out the leafs before reinstalling. When i got home and pulled the old cabin filter out it was still full of leafs and dirt. Very poor customer service, very high prices...wont EVER go back. Its absolutely insane a service business reinstalled it like this. read more

I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Service was great. Both Demitrius and Dustin were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and overall gentlemen. Thank yo! read more

Went for an oil change. They filled my car with half oil for around $75 and never told me. Utter scam, avoid this jiffylube at all costs.

I will never go back again. The manager Distin is so rude to customers and his employees. I went in for a simple oil change and the guys were taking care of my car. He talks down to the guys I actually felt bad and wanted to say something to him but he actually scared me. When my car was done he said it's done rang me and never said thank you or have a good day. He just walked away. The kid that worked on my car I think his name was Jason or Justin. He was very nice. Even called me ma'am and you don't hear that much. read more

On a road trip and needed my car checked out. They were super helpful and got me back on the road. Thank you!

I do not recommend. I've been here twice. The first time they reset all of my settings on my car and it was a pain to get it all set back up the way I liked it. Last time I was there they broke a lamp that was in my front seat trying to get the air filter out so they could sell me a new air filter. They attempt to charge for all kinds of fluids and upsell the crap out of you. Never going back. read more

Rude customer service. Supposed to open at 8, nobody showed up til 815. I guess employees don't care to be on time anymore! The guy I dealt with had a horrible attitude. Won't come here again. read more

I had my car serviced here. It was way past due. Natalie talked through all the recommended services, provided the cost up front, and was able to answer all of my questions. Dustin did a great job of explaining the headlight treatment that I had done. I'm happy to have found a place close to home that I can trust. Thank you for everything! read more

Went in for an oil change, was quick and service was friendly. Overall good experience.

Car wash is affordable and works great. However, the attendants they hire for lining up each car into the car wash, do a sad job. They cram the cars way too close together. Always fearful that something will go wrong and either we will hit the car in front of us or the car behind us will crash into us. read more

I don't know, maybe I'm not discerning enough when it comes to these kinds of places, but I've never had a bad experience here. In fact, the staff is very friendly, and they work reasonably quickly given how busy they often are. When you arrive, they walk you inside and actually hold the door for you, rather than just pointing toward the waiting area, like most places do. Inside, you have about as nice of a waiting area as you can ask for. It's big and clean, which is rare in the oil change business. As for the service, I've always found it to be just fine. I've never had issues with any of the work that they have done, and as for those who complain about "upselling," find me an oil change place that doesn't suggest a thing or two when you take your car in. It's part of a multi point inspection, they are likely to find things that need attention. And I'd rather know than not have them say anything, and find bigger problems in my car down the road. If you can't handle having someone suggest things, learn to do this stuff yourself. read more

I was quite impressed with my visit here and will definitely be returning. I always thought that Jiffy Lube would be expensive, but it was really fairly priced and I got a lot of services done while my oil was being changed. You definitely feel pampered. And the coffee was awesome! Highly recommend! read more

I popped in for a standard oil change and left a happy customer. As soon as I walked through the door, I was promptly greeted with a warm, friendly smile and lead into the waiting area. The service was immediate, the staff attentive, informative and very welcoming. Staff seemed genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service from the minute you walk through the doors until the job is finished. Happily, my total wait time was no more than 10 minutes and once done, one of the workers ran ahead just to hold the door open for me as I got into my car. They even set up an email reminder so I know when to go in for my next oil change. Highly recommend and I will most definitely be a return customer! Nice job guys :) read more

Dustin, Anton, and the rest of the crew here are decent and polite guys. I had to switch over my summer tires to winter and during the oil change they discovered a nail in one of the winter tires. A local tire place wouldn't patch the tire if the tire wasn't on the car so the crew here put my winters on and then I had the flat fixed. Dustin (the mgr) realized the hassle I was going through and extended some real courtesy to me. Even when they realized they had my directional winters tires on backwards, they reinstalled them without any irritation or hassle. They also let me mark the summer tires so I know the rotation pattern next Spring. All in all a very good experience. read more

Was kind of disappointed after I paid nearly $80 for an oil change today. Definately will not be returning any time soon due to these high pricings. An oil change should definately not be $80. read more

Not my first time here but was told I needed two License plate bulbs at $16 a piece and that my antifreeze was empty in my reserve. I told them I would take care of that myself. I went and bought the bulbs and antifreeze and found that my bulbs were working and antifreeze was already at fill line. I can't believe they want to do work that wasn't required. I called the Manager and told him and he said he goes by what technicians tell him. What a ripoff if you trust everything they tell you. Won't ever go here again. JWM read more

Yelp should allow negative stars . I took my daughters car for an oil change one month ago . Since the oil change her car has been leaking oil all over the driveway and garage . The car didn't have any leaks prior to the oil change . I returned to tell them something was wrong with the filter and the " manager " assured me it wasn't the filter they installed . I took it upon myself to buy a replacement filter from auto zone and found that the filter they installed wasn't even the correct one . I returned to jiffy lube and After I explained to the manager that he installed the wrong one he argued with me . Insisting that I was wrong even though the cross reference numbers were stamped on the oil filter and didn't match my vehicle . Don't waste your time or money at JIFFY LUB. Most dealerships give competitive prices and you can have peace of mind that the job is being done correctly . Poor customer service as well . THEY JUST DON'T KNOW WHEN TO ADMIT THEY ARE WRONG! I guess adding to this joke might help someone else . I just got off the phone with the district manager and got as far with him as the employee . He also insisted that I was wrong about the oil filter they incorrectly installed on my vehicle . A 4 cylinder and a 6 cylinder engine are not the same . The oil filter is not the same part number and just because it " FITS " it doesn't make it right . Piss poor customer service and unwilling to admit that their supplier or in house information maybe the problem . What else can you do for me Jiffy Lube district manager , you can come scrub the oil off of my brick pavers to start . Then you and your employees can take a class on customer service . I am sure somewhere out there you will find someone that will tell you that the customer is always right ! Especially when they are right . read more

Great news, I pulled right in,3young men ready to help. Kyle, Justin and Jose. That's it for the great news. As it is a drive thru now, my door was opened and asked how they could help. I said I would like the regular oil change. I was quoted 43.99 on the phone. Proceeded to ask me questions and to turn signals on and brake lights. Ok so far good. Asked to shut engine off and give keys. They lifted hood and started to work. I was brought and shown the air filter which was dark. Would you like this replaced? I said yes please. Any topping off wanted? no thank you. Ok, I watch as my same dark filter was put back on my car and cover closed. I ask " I asked for a new filter, and saw the old be put back on?" The man walks to the others and one of them gets a new filter from a box. I watch it installed. Oil wasn't visible to me to make sure that was put in. So Im questioning if its even been done. Anyway bill was $86.95. I said what am I missing here that's too much? I also showed coupon, for $10. So my final bill $79.93. Get home look at bill 43.99,3.99 5.99 3.99 tax 2.98 also 10 labor charge. LOL ok just lost a customer. Not ever going back. I feel completely ripped off and attempted to have paid for a new filter while the old one was put back on. read more

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very convenient if you need to be in and out. The price was a little high I thought.

I went for first time at this place, they start to do the job without provided a quote and when they finished charge me $ 94 for synthetic oil! I show them how much charge other locations $45 or $49 but they don't wanted match the price. I am So frustrating with this place they don't give you enough information and recommendations before start. Be carful with this guys read more

Usually like Jiffy lube, but never coming to this location again. First off it's hard to find, need better signage off Algonquin road. When I arrived I was behind one car, and it took me well over and hour to finish. Maybe I'll go back to a Jiffy Lube, but not this one. read more
