Holy crap. I don't know why this guy has good reviews. He didn't even do the job yet he's the most unorganized mechanic ever! Each time we had an agreed time that he would come whether it was in the morning, he would call me a few hours after the scheduled meeting and says he has another job in a different city. STAY AWAY! I literally had to keep messaging him and calling to even get a response. See the photos I've attached. I rescheduled once after waiting until 5pm for him to get to the location and we rescheduled for the morning. I called him the next morning and texted him. He finally calls be back at noon saying he has another job to go to and what time I'll be at home. Dude, I can't keep waiting for you all day for you to just not show. Juan responded very quickly. My first good experience coming from out of state. My muffler was making a loud noise and he was able to take a look at it and the next day he came to work on it and sealed it to minimize the noise. He was honest as he did say it is not a guarantee and advise if the sealant didn't work he would return a portion of the money. That shows humbleness and I didn't feel it would be necessary. Juan came out to fix what was determined a battery issue as the car hadd low battery levels. The car then did not work at all with the window down a storm coming. Juan decided he could not fix it and LEFT. I had to track down a competent mechanic, and found one. Turns out, Juan installed the batteries WRONG and blew the electrical in my car. I brought it to another mechanic who explained what he did and what could be wrong because of it. "We have to figure out what else he blew out" It's now going to cost me over $700 and legal fees to recoup. You've been warned. read more

Juan, the owner and mechanic of JG Mobile Mechanic, recently (May 2021) did a very satisfactory job in getting my GMC Envoy operating smoothly again after only driving my car for a few miles and doing a brief diagnostic analysis for a pleasing total and satisfying cost. He quickly found the problems for the car's misbehaving and got the proper parts installed in a fast and knowing manner having and using his proper tools. Comparing his final cost to me with the cost an auto repair shop I had used previously in doing the same repair was a pleasant surprise. How about a cost saving of over $1000 in my case. People, do yourselves a due diligent comparison yourself the next time you need auto repair work done on your car. where's the No Star button? seriously I deal with people all the time and have s high standards for customer service especially when I'm paying for a service. if a customer explains to you that you did not tighten their lock light lug nuts you should not get upset at the customer. yes he changed my breaks and did an awesome job but forgot the one simple rule when putting the wheels back on the car to tighten the freaking lug nuts in an appropriate manor. i has Juan out checking my car for oil leaks this mans excuse was that he forgot his smaller flashlight. i asked if he wanted me to get my light with no reply to my question. just kept on having excuses. you know when you can tell when someone doesn't want to work. well that was his demeanor. he couldn't locate the leak because of not having good light so he place solid plates back on the car and suggested for me to power wash the engine so he can see it this is when i asked him to make sure to tighten and place all the screws back because he failed to do this with my lug nuts. he then finished and told me he was done with my car, i said you're done for today or are you done done with the car since he said it with an attitude. needless to say poor customer service and with remarks like that caused me to call and tell my family and friends to delete and remove him from any future jobs with zero recommendations. the first job he blamed his father for taking his tools and could not complete something because of it. full of excuses! try solutions and not excuses! So at first I was gonna give him a five star view but he came and fixed The lower control arm on my car and drove it around the block once after he fixed it and then left didn't check it underneath or nothing so I thought it was good so I thought he was excellent was gonna leave them a five star review. Then my kids have been stuck at home for weeks they're toddlers four years old and two years old so we took them to the science Center which is 30 minutes away from our house when we got out from the science center I heard a clicking noise so I asked my husband to look at the wheel and there was brake fluid dripping like a water fountain from my car I took a video of it sent it to him to show him what was going on he went on to say that it was like that before basically blaming me. Now if it was like that before my entire garage would be filled with brake fluid all over the floor that's how bad it's dripping and why didn't he say anything to us if it was like that. So now he isn't answering me back I've been begging him to do the right thing and come back to my house and fix it because it was not like that before the car has been up on a jack in my garage for a week for actually three weeks so if it was dripping like that the whole time like I said before my whole entire garage would be filled with brake fluid whatever he did whatever he messed up he isn't even going to make it right. This is a family car that I drive my kids around and that I trusted someone to fix that I've been begging him over the phone to come back and make it right and he's ignoring me. So I will definitely not recommend him because he's not taking responsibility for what he did he left me in a very dangerous situation I had to drive 30 minutes with my brake light on with brake fluid pretty much squirting down the highway with my kids in the car. He wouldn't even come to the science center to help us basically blaming us this is not how you treat people we were nothing but polite to him and his wife gave them water treated them like family. Made sure we had a fan for him and this is how we get paid back our car is worse off than it was before. Now the CV joint is spraying grease everywhere which it wasn't doing before and the break caliper is squirting brake fluid also which it was not doing before unless I would've had him fix all of those things and the fact that he didn't even mention anything to us that the brake looked bad and he is the only one who took that off and even touched that part of my car which I asked him also to look underneath and let me know if anything else is wrong and he said no. I mean this is not us none of this was happening before he touched our car so if that sounds reliable to you make sure you call this guy I mean don't. None of those two things were damaged on my car before he touched it now I have to fix the two things that he damaged and he won't even make it right. I have a video of it and it's horrible but it won't let me download the video but trust me people will see it because this is horrible what this man did to me and my family. We could've been killed. Not to mention I also left a review on their Facebook page and they erased it immediately and blocked me so nobody will see it . when they were here they told me in the past when people give them bad reviews that he calls them and cusses them out so I can kind of understand them erasing it right because they know they did wrong and they don't want anybody to know because they already told me what they do when people leave bad reviews. So now I'm questioning all these five star reviews I'm sure it's their friends and family I should've listened to the one star reviews they have I really wish I did because now I have to pay for the damage that he did to my car. And I never received any statement or receipt or anything from him and I am supposed to get one that is illegal. Just him basically telling me he's not gonna fix what he broke because he didn't like the way my husband talked to him so he pretty much admitted it but he's not gonna fix it. My van wouldn't start on a Saturday afternoon. Not wanting to wait till Monday, I did a search for a mobile mechanic. I'm thankful that JG Mobile came up in my search. I called and talked to someone right away. An appointment was made to come out and diagnose the problem late afternoon. After determining that I needed a new fuel pump, an appointment was scheduled for the next day (Sunday). All went well and my van was up and running in no time. This business was very unprofessional. I contacted them to look install a radiator in my car. After installing the new radiator and noticing some parts that were in my car we're still outside the car, my car wouldn't start. They then said it was the belt in my engine but they couldn't look at it right now but would return on Friday. Friday, they could not come because his truck broke down and I was told to contact him on Saturday. Saturday he ignored my calls until I called from a different number and he said he would come out later that day. After waiting 4 hours, I called him only so he could tell me he wouldn't be able to come out because his truck was broken down and he had a house to fix up. All I'm saying is had he said that from the beginning, I could have found another mechanic in the time wasted waiting on him. This is so unprofessional and horrible business practices.
