Incredible! I have used 3 moving companies in the past year and these guys are the best! Alex who answers the phones, so polite and helpful, Jason who supervises the crew (I can only hope he participates in every customer's moving experience) is so professional. This last move was local, but I understand they do interstate long hauls as well. There are no hidden costs, no hijacking of your goods ( as does Charm City Movers and National Capital Movers...horrible experience!). You do not settle your account until AFTER items are off the truck and in place. Every item was individually padded, shrink wrapped. No damage whatsoever. Multiple large and heavy items, delicate artwork carefully packed and handled. The young men in the crew so polite, really seem to enjoy their work...what a great bunch of guys! I have never left a review about any service I've used in the past, but feel obligated to share what a wonderful experience these guys were! Thanks so much guys! What an amazing moving service! Jason was very easy to work with and gave me a highly competitive and reasonable quote. I needed their help to move a very old and VERY heavy antique printing press from Philadelphia to Baltimore. Jason and Dominiq were extremely careful and efficient. Even the seller of the press took the time to share how professional and overall amazing they were (I wasn't there for the initial loading). When they arrived at the delivery address they were very careful and great problem solvers when it came to some challenging moments in the reassembly. Alex and Jason were wonderful to work with. Before the move, Jason did a free site visit to assess my home so they could get me an accurate quote. Alex was able to work with me in (slightly) negotiating price for a couch that I needed hauled and not moved to my new house. Day of the move there was a mishap with a donation center that was supposed to pick up some furniture I did not want. I called Jason and he was happy to take the furniture and drop them off to a donation center free of charge. Fortunately, a church across the street took them instead. Jason and his team rocked it. We had a last minute move we needed done . Not only did they make themselves available, but on a Sunday showed up early,never stopped and moved us over state lines. They got to the new house immediately and masterd the move in. This was not a easy move We had large furniture going into a 1900's row home with smaller stairs. I had never used a moving company before and this company made it the easiest experience ever! They quickly responded to my messages and I got the best rate quote out of all the other company's I contacted. The movers were so kind and very capable, they had all my roommate's and my large furniture out of the old house and into the new one in an hour!
