We only needed a few things and don't often go to Walmart (I don't recall the last time we were there. In terms of inventory - they have everything and their prices are good. Many of the times we were there, it was messy - items on the floor rather than hung up or put back on the shelves, but this time it was neat and tidy. There weren't many shoppers, perhaps because it was a Sunday morning when we were there. The issue with Walmart like most other retailers these days is staffing. There isn't anyone around to provide help if you need it. This time was no different. The only workers we saw were manning the cash registers. If you know what you want, know they have it in stock, and have a general idea of the layout of the store, I'm sure you can find what you need. In cases like ours where we are not regulars and don't know the floor layout, finding items isn't easy and there is no one there to help you. So, for the cleanliness today and the fact they had everything we were looking for at the right price - 4 stars. But since there is virtually no customer service, I'm knocking it down one star to 3.

The worst Walgreens I've ever been to…read more The pharmacy is always incredibly understaffed. Expect incredibly long wait times, the drive through is frequently closed. They will cancel your prescriptions without notifying you beforehand to see if you still need it. I tried picking up a prescription for about a week, but every time I went the lines were so long I had to come back. Arrived tonight to get my prescription and they cancelled it so I had to wait until they could fill it again. I would recommend going to another pharmacy if you're in the area.

People are really helpful when you need to find something and this particular Walgreens carries a lot of different drink options when I'm in the mood for something different. Plus, Walgreens now sells wine. Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and eager to be of service. Other staff always ask if they can be of assistance. Store is always clean as are the restrooms. I'm glad to have such a quality Walgreens in my neighborhood!!! That is just fantastic.

Automatic refill doesn't work either, although I keep enrolling each time. When I call for a refill, and I have to talk to automated system for some reason instead of pressing numbers (who likes that?!) it tells me that the prescription will be ready in 3 days even when I'll clearly run out of my meds a day before that. It gives me no other option but to call a human pharmacist. I guess the staff are doing whatever they can, and usually are very helpful. However, when I asked pharmacist if it's ok to take estrogen pills with having a high BP, she said it has nothing to do with blood pressure! Wrong. Yet when I went yesterday to pick it up, I was told they never received it. This was after I had criticized their new machine at the drive-up window. And was told I had to come in the store. To get my prescription. I am handicapped and this store has 12 electric carts that are never charged. The New druggist behind the counter could have told me this at the drive through with the "broken" register, without me struggling to go into the store. The recently got a new manager. and several new pharmacists. I have been in retail sales most of my adult life, and if I would have had her attitude I would have been out on my ear. I told her I would be telling all my friends about her, and she just put her hand on her hip, struct a pose, and said "oh well". What ever happened to customer service? Very upset 77 year old.
