I was there twice on Saturdays and they always have multiple cashiers to help ring up customers. We did picture processing here too, and you can upload pictures straight from your phone. Just ask them for the USB cord and you don't have to bring yours! The parking lot is the biggest issue with this place. With people all up in arms about getting their Starbucks or JJ sandwiches, there is a lot of chaos in the lot. I do like though that you can exit onto Plainfield to get back onto first ave without making a left.

Ok then why didn't you call the doctor's office the 3 days you knew about the script? Why does it take me coming over here every time just to get you guys to do anything of value? Of course, I am often paying for these "free" items in another way. By their marked up prices. $10 for Maybelline mascara??? Wow. Some cold medicines and other necessities are also marked up, making for a place to shop only in emergency situations. I honestly think Jewel Osco is much cheaper with those same types of items. This CVS is pretty clean, but the associates are touch and go. Sometimes you get a friendly and talkative staff member, sometimes you get a disgruntled employee. Takes all kinds, I suppose. This CVS is local. And has a Redbox outside. Can't say I have it. At all.

This particular day I went to get a passport photo. The cashier who assisted me first looked to see what kind of shirt I had on. I had a sweatshirt with writing on it so that wasn't going to work. So I told her I'd change shirts and come back. When I came back she immediately called someone to come take the picture. They lady that took the picture was very nice. The camera wasn't charged so she said she hoped we could get a few taken before it died. Luckily we got 2 good ones before it shut off. It took a few minutes to process so I browsed the Christmas clearance and grabbed some vitamins while I waited. When it was ready she found me and let me know. When I went to check out my picture was there waiting. Upon checking out, there was an issue with the card sliding out of the chip reader. The cashier had to hold it while I put in my pin and waited for the transaction to complete. For some reason the debit transaction kept taking forever and we learned debit was down so we had to had to then do it as a credit for it to work. The cashier was so patient and helpful through the whole process. The great customer service I always receive is why I prefer this place and keep coming back.

It started with my mother needing a walker on short notice. Her LaGrange Park doctor recommended two brands to us mid-March, and I worried we'd be challenged to find someone who was open and stocked them. Even amid lockdown, Shelly was more than willing to meet us, fit my mother, and get her on her way rather quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased to find someone in the area. As the weeks went on, my mother's health declined, and I called upon Shelly many times for various medical supplies, and she always came through, even delivering them to my door; that's no small thing when one is sole caretaker for someone with great need. I wound up managing home hospice for my mother, and was so grateful to have NTS in my corner across multiple needs. Shelly either produced a solution herself or recommended a resource for anything I needed, and I will ever be grateful for her service and dedication! I had heard great things about Bob's one-on-one rehab work. I was hoping we would get to the stage of engaging his work. The entire staff in the pharmacy is pretty outstanding, in fact. Not just the pharmacists -- but everyone back there. They do tend to be understaffed at times, but I think that is more a directive from corporate than it is the fault if the folks in the store. They could definitely use another body or two back there. It's a busy store.

VERY BAD CLINIC SERVICES!!! Walked in for a appointment at…read more4:30, kios showed no appointments coming up through 7pm. When i reached scheduling it showed no appointments available. The nurse practioneer was one the phone in an empty room. She looked at me and closed the door. The door said busy with patient. Knowing she had no one, I knocked and asked could I be seen. She replied we don't have any appointments. Clearly Knowing that the kids is empty, I asked are you closed? She said " no, 7pm" and closed the door back.
