VERY BAD CLINIC SERVICES!!! Walked in for a appointment at 4:30, kios showed no appointments coming up through 7pm. When i reached scheduling it showed no appointments available. The nurse practioneer was one the phone in an empty room. She looked at me and closed the door. The door said busy with patient. Knowing she had no one, I knocked and asked could I be seen. She replied we don't have any appointments. Clearly Knowing that the kids is empty, I asked are you closed? She said " no, 7pm" and closed the door back. read more

This used to be a great pharmacy. I'm not sure what changed, but service has become extremely slow. Depending on what medication you're on, the lag can be dangerous. There are also employees working with masks around their chins and under their noses while there's a mask mandate in Illinois. read more

I have found the pharmacy staff to be nothing but helpful and accommodating. When we need an emergency refill because we forgot to phone one in, they have it ready quickly. The entire staff in the pharmacy is pretty outstanding, in fact. Not just the pharmacists -- but everyone back there. They do tend to be understaffed at times, but I think that is more a directive from corporate than it is the fault if the folks in the store. They could definitely use another body or two back there. Your standard pharmacy - but the manager is super nice. We go here for everything from cough drops to soda when we're in a pinch and don't feel like going far. The only issue I've had is that their automatic notification that my prescriptions are ready doesn't come through - pain in the rear. I'm supposed to get a phone call so I don't know what the problem is. Everyone that works here is knowledgeable, kind and quick. As mentioned, the manager is super nice. He always greets people when they enter and he's carried out small talk on a few occasions. He's younger and kind of a hippie I think. Sweet. I will mention that I try to be super aware when I arrive and leave because one time when I was there I witnessed a crime! Some guy came in and stole a camera off a kiosk in the front of the shop. Word on the street was that he was homeless but I have no idea. Yikes? The police arrived right away and I have no idea if they caught the guy. read more

Out of the last several prescriptions I've needed this CVS was out of stock on most of them which meant I had to go to another CVS much further from home. Today was the final straw for a regular shopper. I called last night to check status of a prescription that was confirmed sent by Dr. yesterday. The pharmacy employee said it was received but they didn't have it in stock and I could get it at another CVS in Brookfield. They said they confirmed the other CVS had it in stock and I could pick up the next day. I drove to the other store today. They did NOT have it in stock, so now I have to come back. Additionally, the tech in this Ogden store filled out the quantity and use directions wrong which the pharmacist at the Broadway CVS caught. Had it not been caught, I could have become ill from getting prescribed the wrong dosage. read more

Good morning. I shop this store regularly. Eveyone is usually very nice. Not this morning. I encountered 2 girls that I haven't seen their before. Well, I walk in to shop. Their is no one minding the store. So, I'm a bit worried at this point. I even went to their back storage room and opened the door and yelled for soeone. Mind you if something was wrong, I'm taking a chance with my life just checking on them. No answer. I've checked the whole store. I go out to call the police. And a gentalmen drives up. I tell him what's going on. He goes in with me. I scream at the top of my lungs, is anyone here!!!! Finnally a girl comes out of the office, I'm like where have you been? I could have robbed you blind I say. I was about to call the cops because I thought something was wrong I say. She proceeds to get an attitude with me. Then goes back to the little room, and another employee pops out!! I'm like really, theirs 2 of you here and you leave your store unetended. How stupid!! She gets attitude and tells me they have to count their money!!!! Shouldn't that be done before the doors are unlocked!! Why are they both in the back and leaving the store completely unetended!! I ask her her name and she tells me it's non of my fucking business and proceeds to tell me to leave the store!! Unbelievable! Someone better be reprimanded for this rediculous behavior!! For pharmacy only- they rely solely on their computer systems which are set up to just take as much money as they can from customers. The pharmacists don't even check if the customer needs the medication or if it's time to refill or if the customer even knows what he is being given. So disappointed- if that is the case what is the difference between a pharmacist tech and a cashier? They could've made a fatal mistake and the response was "I have no idea how that got refilled." I am so upset with their service. read more

This review pertains solely to the pharmacy. I've never had a great experience at this pharmacy due to long wait times, but it has never been awful. Until recently. I have an automatic refill on a prescription that I've never really had a problem with. However I didn't receive a call this week so I decided to go in. The pharmacy never refilled my prescription because they were out of it and apparently had been for a few weeks. And they decided not to tell me this. When do pharmacies run out of standard items and not inform the customer? They then were supposed to refill the prescription at another CVS 15 minutes away, and have that CVS call me. I have yet to receive a call. Time to switch to Walgreens! read more

We gave this store one more try when we needed to pick up a cane for an elderly family member who forgot theirs while visiting. They didn't have any. There were about 20 boxes in front of the cane section of the store but no canes. This is a drugstore to come to if you want a pool noodle or candy but don't consider it if you need any actual medical support. By the way, Walgreens, down the street, had 30 canes of various styles. read more

This is by far the friendliest CVS in the area. The manager and all of the employees are very helpful and talkative. It is quite surprising when the employees greet you upon entering a drug store. They follow through with friendly banter. There's a nice neighborhood feel to the store. I get my prescriptions filled at a different, closer CVS yet every time I go to the Ogden location, I think it's definitely worth the trip. Also, they never hassle me for using coupons or looking for sale items. read more

I have been a customer of this Brookfield CVS Pharmacy since day one when they bought out Fisher Drug Store about 15 years ago. I have now switched all my prescriptions to Walgreens. I had such a horrible experience dealing with the head pharmacist Bobby Ann last week that I will never set foot in that pharmacy again. Bobby Ann was so rude and showed no sympathy for me when she made up a bunch of stories of why she could not fill my prescription after having back surgery. I was first told it would be ready in 1 hour. Then it went to Tues morning, then to Wed morning. She was raising her voice and denying that I even dropped off a prescription to her. She needs to go back to school for customer service 101!! Walgreens nor my Doctor could believe that they ran out of the medication that I needed for pain from my surgery. Why was she not on top of things to have this medication ordered and on hand. I have never had a pharmacist raise her voice to me and could care less that they could not fill my prescription. She never even offered to try to get the medication from another CVS. I had to ask her to check the CVS on Broadway. She didn't offer to check any other pharmacy when they did not have it either. Unbelievable!! They have lost a long time customer due to Bobby Ann's incompetence and rudeness. I was able to get my medication with no problems from Walgreens the same day. read more

I've used this pharmacy three or four times in the past 6 months and every time it's been a disappointment. I will not use it again. The pharmacy is understaffed and incompetent. The store is shabby and poorly managed. On more than one occasion their projected 15 minute wait has been over an hour. This CVS store and especially the pharmacy is the epitome of poor customer service. read more

This place is unprofessional and disorganized. I had a prescription ordered and their system put it as "ready" in 5 days. I figured they were out of stock. No, they needed a 3-month RX per my insurance. Instead of calling me to let me know, they just let this go on and on to the point where I was seriously ill and could not get my medication. My doctor kept sending the script over but their system was "down" and they weren't aware. Did I get my RX? NOOOO. I'm sitting here, cannot breathe, and literally that place could have had this problem solved if they had contacted ME, the actual patient when it wasn't going through. This has happened to me before with them, where the system automatically says it will be ready in 2 days or whatever, and then is NOT ready. You show up and they tell you some problem. Why not contact your actual paying client?? They are lazy, unprofessional and don't care if you get sick and die. Luckily I have new insurance next year and will never step foot into this joke of a pharmacy again. read more

I don't like this CVS because every time I go to get what's being offered with a coupon or on sale, they never seem to have it in stock. When you ask someone for help, they are sort of crabby and never really have an answer for you. They say it should be in aisle such and such and when you tell them you already looked, they just shrug their shoulders. read more
