In May of this year I went to get a new partial not covered by insurance. They gave me a price and took a deposit for exactly half of that. I paid the balance they requested on the day of service. After that a new manager and staff said I owed another $1,200 but said the entire staff I dealt with had been fired and they had no notes or computer entries saying they had given me that price. It was my word against theirs. The receptionist was incredibly rude and District Manager was nice at first and then turned nasty when I asked for documentation. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office for unethical practice. After 20 years of being a patient there it was unimaginable that they would do that even though they are new owner. This place is a scam.

Dr. Bialko is incredibly unprofessional. He squirted my daughter and I with the water from the…read morewater flosser. He never uses lidocaine for filling cavities. He's very rough and works too fast. My daughter requested lidocaine for a 2nd filling because the 1st one was painful without it. Dr. Bialko seemed irritated at the request. He injected the lidocaine into her gum and then right into the filling. Did not wait for the lidocaine to take effect. After the filling was complete, he proceeded to slap her on both sides of her cheeks, informing her what side not to eat on. I have never witnessed such terrible behavior from a Dr. He has also told my daughter he was going to make her gums bleed, which he happily did. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The doctor was very friendly and helpful, the staff were all really nice, and they took care of me very quickly. I had a retainer, so the doctor even suggested that maybe I didn't have to get a permanent if I didn't want to, which I appreciate in terms of he wasn't trying to sell me anything he didn't think I needed, but he was also very nice and respectful of me just wanting to get a permanent in to make sure I didn't have any movement or in case my retainer broke. If I were staying in the area for longer, I would definitely come back to get my bottom teeth straightened, it's a very pleasant and helpful office to visit and all of the staff (including the Orthodontist) were wonderful. He also worked quickly and made sure my permanent retainer was placed in a way that allows me to floss easily, which my old orthodontist had not done. They could not get my mouth numb and kept on drilling . I finally said no more . my mouth at this point was throbbing. She ordered me an anabiotic and still had me pay half of the appointment and was told to come back in a few weeks. I never thought that I would pay $1700 for a procedure and be sent home as uncomfortable as I was. I let them know that I was still in pain and I was told call back tomorrow and maybe they can get you in $1700.

I'll be honest...I hadn't been to the dentist in about 10 years, for many different reasons. Recently, I had a tooth break that was causing me a ton of pain, so I gave in and finally decided to go to a dentist. I did a Google search for what was near me, and Dr Rao's office popped up. I'm glad I went with her. After not going to the dentist for a decade, I KNEW I had some issues. When you don't go for that long, part of the anxiety of going comes from feeling as if you'll be judged or questioned about why you hadn't been. Dr Rao's staff did nothing to make me feel awkward or guilty about not being to a dentist for years. I believe Dr Rao's exact words to me were "you're here now, and that's all that matters." Her staff is friendly, and she herself is very personable, but she's also honest and straight to the point about what you need/don't need done. Another part of anxiety that comes from going to the dentist is, much like any service you pay for, you worry that you may be charged for services you don't need. Dr Rao alleviated those worries for me when she told me that there was a very expensive procedure that I COULD choose to do, but she did NOT recommended it or feel I absolutely needed it. She could've told me otherwise, I would've known no different, and paid a lot of money, but she was honest and straight with me. I've been to her three times now and have never felt any pain after a procedure and feel very comfortable with her, and that's an important part of choosing a dentist. She makes you feel comfortable, is honest, personable, friendly, and most importantly, good at her job. I'd recommend her services to anyone.

He…read moreapplied a veneer to my front teeth after I had explicitly told the office I did not want this procedure. As he applied it, he stated to his dental assistant "I want to see if it changes/hides the stains". Years later the treatment is wearing off and my enamel is now ruined, all because he wanted to see how it would work.
