So I've gone here twice so far - first for x-rays and a cleaning, and the second time to have a large cavity filled. It's not a "conventional" office per se, and the first time I went I wasn't even sure that I had the right place. It's run out of a house, and I didn't see any signs. There were also a lot of vehicles that looked like they needed work in the parking lot. For a second I considered that it might be a mechanic. But it is definitely a dental office! I have read numerous reviews that mention rude staff, but I have not experienced that at all. Both the dentist and the hygienist have been extremely talkative and friendly. There IS a cat, which I actually really like, though I have only seen it once chittering at birds from the window. The waiting room has comfy couches, a tv with streaming services on it, magazines, and some other random things to keep you busy. I DO have to agree with reviews that say the office needs to be cleaned. The waiting room is nice, but back where you have dental work done the place needs some love. It would really be my only complaint so far. I was surprised that he was going to use gas for my filling, though he did not have a problem with me declining it at all. He said they do it because most people hate the needles, and it sounds like it is their standard care for dental procedures. A plus for those that have anxiety, for sure. The filling process itself was great. It was probably the easiest filling I have ever had, honestly! He used something called air abrasion instead of the traditional drill, and I got through it without gas, needle numbing, or any discomfort whatsoever, which I was very happy about. I can't comment on whether or not they are good about emergency visits, because fortunately I have not needed one of those yet. And I have also read one review that mentioned dental work like fillings not lasting. I can not comment on that either because my filling is new, but I will definitely update if any issues arise! read more

Don't be fooled by the appearances. This office may seem "confortable with a good staff" but it's all a joke. The instruments never pass the sterilization test, so you can catch a bacteria in any moment; if the doctor is by himself be prepared to catch a infection too bc he's re-using equipment without cleaning it; the back office is a disaster and looks like a basement (boxes everywhere and old machines that doesn't work but he will re use in order not to spend some bucks in new ones); you can see cat hair flying over the patients open mouth; the doctor constantly lost track of procedures in patients because doesn't follow the appointments book; he doesn't keep record of payments and double charge patients that clearly already paid so if the patient didn't ask for a receipt they will find a big problem because the doctor always forgets everything and won't remember that you already paid). This doctor may seen "nice and kind" but behind his warm personality theres a sick and a liar person. He has a taste in young women in their 20's and every time a young patient comes he starts to do comments about her looks and ask them about their marital status to offer them job in this office with more personal intentions. Not to mention his "fake hugs".. You can see the uncomfortable face in the patients when he does that without asking first. He's dishonest, don't have ethic and treat his assistants like trash this is the reason why all the assistants he had do not last more than 1 month, but he will tell you another story(that didn't work out bc she was problem). A person who knows their value and has ethics will never stay in this unprofessional place. So if you are a mom who has a young daughter or you are thinking in working in this place please please keep looking. I'm not saying this because of hate, I'm saying this because I wished someone who knows what is going on in there and works in that place would have told me this before. read more

Dr. Chen is awesome. I have been going there for a couple years now and every time I've been there he treats everyone with respect. The office is clean and Dr. Chen knows what he is doing. He's always considerate of his patients. I've been to other dentist where they do more than necessary just to make a buck. Dr. Chen understands to take into consideration to help his patients. My daughter has also been going to Dr. Chen longer than I have and always treats her with respect. I would recommend Dr. Chen's practice to everyone and I have. I read the other reviews and I don't get that first one, I'm guessing a disgruntled employee. read more

That doctor do not have education, he yells and treats his assistant with bad attitude in from the patients. He also hires his assistants for personal reasons and harasses them constantly, thats why they dont last in that office. read more

I've been going to Dr. Chen for almost a year now and I totally like him. The treatment area is always clean, and he has never been inappropriate with me. I have never witnessed him treating his employees badly, and I've had a lot of work done on my teeth there. read more

Doctor Chen has been my dentist for 9 years now. He also did wired braces. My teeth still look natural and the price was fair. I love him and Corin and the new cat, Puma. It is very comfortable and homey feeling. You can watch what you want with roku too. But the important stuff.... He has saved a couple of my teeth with fillings instead of pulling them. Dr Chandler in Naples told me i needed 2 root canals. Who has $2500 +/- laying around for 2 root canals.... that I never really needed. So thank you for saving my teeth Dr. Chen! read more

This office is a joke. The dentist himself lives in the back half of the office, there is always a orange harry cat walking through the office and shedding everywhere, this doesn't seem right or very clean. The staff is rude and you have to jump through hoops for anyone to answer the phone. Called to make an emergency appointment for my 6 year old and they can't seem to "fit her in" this isn't surprising being that its not the first time I've not been able to make an appointment. They have just lost 3 clients. Still waiting for them to figure out whats going on with insurance information from over a year ago. read more
