Unassuming from the outside but cozy and intimate on the inside. The wait staff are all Thai and friendly and efficient. The food here is delicious -- there isn't one thing on the menu that doesn't tantalize the tastebuds. My personal faves are the Pad Thai (so moist with plenty of shrimp and tofu), the beef panang curry (super flavorful), and any of the soups is spot on. Plenty of free parking in the lot or in the garage. Don't delay, visit Jetta today!

The restaurant offers a cozy and elegant atmosphere, with comfortable seating arrangements and warm lighting that adds to the overall dining experience. I also appreciate the vegetarian and gluten-free options available for anyone with dietary restrictions. ..... VEGAN GLASS NOODLE WITH TOFU: 4/5 decent dish, liked that they had a lot of veggie toppings - but I do think the flavor is a little on the milder side

Went to this Thai restaurant on a saturday afternoon, we actually went 30a minutes after opening time of the restaurant, but still it felt like it was not completely open for dining. There were no one at the reception, after few minutes a lady came out and asked us to sit wherever we want. She didnt greet us or anythi g. We ordered the food and it did come out relativelyfast.the taste was ok but i have definitely had much better ones. The quantity is also compared to many other thai places. The plates given were pretty small to eat comfortably. The seating and space is cramped. Overall we are not satisfied and we might not come again.

This place is a cute, friendly lil spot that's perfect to come for dinner and catch up with some friends. I found this place on Yelp wanting to try more restaurants in this area and was pleasantly surprised! It's in a lively, vibrant plaza with lots of other restaurants. There is a parking lot in the plaza but it was full when I got there (luckily someone left as I was about to exit the plaza). The restaurant itself was a cute, quiet spot. Plenty of seating inside and out, great/ fast service, and good food. I got the yellow curry not spicy, since I don't feel confident in my spice tolerance, but it was still great and had a lot of flavor! My friend got pad see ew which was good as well. Another thing I wanted to note was the beer was so cheap! We got the Singha which is a Thai lager and it was so light, crisp and refreshing (and only $5 for draft!)

Came with coworkers for a team dinner and they were able to easily accommodate a party of 10. The restaurant has a nice interior and is tucked in a plaza. Parking out front or in small underground lot. Service was fast. I got the crab fried rice with fried egg instead of scrambled egg and the runny yolk complemented the slightly sweet and very fragrant rice nicely. Though it's on the pricier end at $18, it is so delicious that I'll be coming back for it. Papaya salad was also really good because of the refreshing sauce that they use.

We beat the Friday night crowd by about 10 minutes which meant we found a parking spot only steps away and we were seated immediately. We noticed the beer tower right away - a good idea if you have more than 2 beer drinkers or heck, maybe 2 can tackle the tower, who am I to judge? Except for a forgotten chili/hot sauce refill, service was pretty terrific. Swift, friendly and helpful. In my opinion the portions are smaller than a number of the Thai spots we frequent - this didn't pose a problem though, I kind of enjoyed not having loads of leftovers. The menu isn't as extensive as other spots, but the options are decent and we didn't have any issues filling our bellies. We enjoyed the chicken satay which was tender and delicious with some of the best peanut sauce I've tasted in a while. The veggie egg rolls were served nuclear hot and eaten with the sweet sauce, a dollop of hot sauce and a sprinkling of the cilantro were super tasty. The coconut shrimp were tasty dipped into the sweet sauce though next time we'd likely order the Thai wings - they looked delectable as the table next to us devoured them. We ordered a couple of bowls of Tom Kha with chicken, he ordered level 5, I ordered 2 but I should of ordered 5. Soup was quite tasty, but I sort of missed the hot pot service - I rather like ladles of piping hot soup over and over again. I had the the garlic pepper chicken with steamed broccoli and with a few shakes of soy sauce and some chili sauce, was a yummy choice for me. Our friend had the Pad See Ew which was at first a little different, the texture of the noodles takes some getting used to (we're an al dente crowd), but again with some soy and chili the dish grew on her. The Glass Noodles with shrimp, mushrooms, cilantro was the most underwhelming entree. This one simply wasn't bold enough for my spice loving guy...no amount of ginger or chili redeemed this dish for him. He packed most if his entree for home and is looking forward to making a brothy soup abundant with veggies and spice to make a 2nd meal for himself. I'm not a fan of either flat egg or glass noodles and I prefer much more veggies so these dishes were a miss for me - they didn't taste bad, they were just underwhelming. Overall the food was good, but we'd likely only visit again if we were in the area.

I went to Jetta when they first opened in El Segundo, and I am very happy to find that they are still one of the better Thai restaurants in the South Bay. Chicken Satay for $10 is a classic Thai appetizer and they do it well here, with nicely marinated skewers and an earthy peanut sauce. I love rice noodles and their pad see ew for $14 was a good rendition without the greasiness that many places serve up on their plates. I enjoyed the glass noodles with shrimp for $21 as a light dish that is still fulfilling enough to satisfy.

Kevin C.

What I like about this place is that they offer different types of spice levels and thai being the spiciest. I got the Panang beef at their spiciest and I really enjoyed it. I didn't think it was too spicy but that was a personal opinion other people thought it was too spicy they don't give you the option to ask for extra chili on the side. I thought the beef is very flavorful and well seasoned the spice and the flavors of the broth/soup brought everything together. For me this is my favorite dish. I thought the Pad kew mow noodles we're also extremely flavorful and having it along side the panang beef was great. The Shrimp had great flavor and the noodles werent to oily compared to other places overall the plate itself has so much flavor. I would definitely recommend this dish. I thought the Thai tea was pretty good standard Thai tea flavor. I just wish they glasses were bigger haha Now my least favorite things were the appetizers I just felt like the underperformed. The fried shrimp wonton had no flavor so it was a bit disappointing. But my least favorite were the wings I thought they were way too salty and unfortunately one of the wings was still undercooked/raw. So if I wouldn't have had the appetizers I felt like I wouldn't have missed out on anything.

Photo looks bigger than it is. This is a small soup bowl.

I never write a 1-star review on a Thai restaurant. But, this place deserves it. I am a self-proclaimed "Pad Thai" expert in that it's the only dish I ever order in a Thai restaurant. I began by asking the server for a large portion because I had not eaten all day. (I offered to pay extra, as well.) In any respectable restaurant, a server would say "SURE, no problem". But, not at Jetta Thai. She told me "NO, it comes in one size only!" So, I hoped for the best. When it arrived, it was served in a soup bowl. It looked like the portion you would expect on a "Child's Menu". But, I was hungry, so I dug in. I have never been disappointed in a Pad Thai recipe before today. These were not Thai Noodles, which are flat like Fettuccine. These were like Spaghetti noodles AND there was TOFU in it. Who puts Tofu in Pad Thai? Still being hungry, I was going to order another item to-go, but she just approached me and set the final bill on my table! This woman is the worst server I ever experienced! So in summary, we have a server who tells her customers "NO", we have child's portions, we have the wrong noodles and Tofu added, and she didn't care to offer me anything else from the menu, before bringing the bill. There is another place called "Siam Bay Cuisine" right around the corner. They are amazing! I would have dined there, but they don't open until 4pm. I highly recommend dining there instead.

Franklin M.

We were hungry for dinner and in the mood for spicy food. I ordered my favorite Pad Thai spicy hot, vegetable rice, Thai tea, and Thai soup extra spicy. The portions were not big but the flavor was just right. The Pad Thai had a different style of noodles but was full on flavor. I started with the soup which was a bit too watery for me but those big shrimp and the spicy heat level had my mouth on fire.

Yellow Curry (vegan) w/veggies and brown rice for (+ $2)

Holly S.

Main street's best restaurant. Mina provides excellent service and she, along with the rest of the staff make you feel like you are family. Yellow curry (vegan) with veggies and brown rice is excellent. Love the detail that is put into chopping/slicing the veggies. Portions are the perfect size and not over-abundant. The curry had the perfect texture and creaminess compared to some places where the curry is water-like. I was so impressed with the first visit that I returned the very next night. I stuck with the yellow curry, but opted for a side of broccoli (extra charge) instead of rice. The portion was as big as the serving of curry and was steamed perfectly! I also ordered the tofu appetizer. It was very lightly battered and crispy when served. Can't wait to return.

Mango sticky rice, fried banana wraps and coconut ice cream.

Ha L.

I was wandering in El Segundo downtown after eating dinner and looking for a dessert place. I saw this Thai restaurant and gave it a try. I ordered three desserts: mango sticky rice, fried banana wraps and coconut ice cream. They came out beautifully garnished and decorated. The taste is mouth watering as well. I have to say their coconut ice cream is a bomb, it's one of the best coconut ice cream I've ever tried. It has some nuts, coconut meat and jelly mixed in the ice cream which created a very deliciously unique taste. The price is cheap, like $9 each dessert plate. I will take my friends and family to this place. Highly recommended.

Amber T.

I came here to have dinner with a friend and really enjoyed my stay. I ordered the glass noodles and we both shared the Thai wings. We didn't have to wait too long for our hot food which was good. During each bite I absolutely loved my glass noodles! The Thai wings were listed as a staff recommendation so I was under the impression that they were going to be one of their best items. To me they were just okay though. It was a bit of a let down but at least I had my glass noodles. The ambiance was very nice, it was cold in there but the server was nice enough to turn the AC off. The service was also pretty good. They did not over do it with checking in nor did they do minimal checking- it was just right. My love for those glass noodles was so great that I went back 4 days later to get them again! This time instead of the Thai wings, I ordered the crispy shrimp wonton to go with them. Again, I was let down. The crispy shrimp were pretty flavorless. They were literally just shrimp wrapped in a wonton. I was not impressed at all. Luckily I had my glass noodles though because they saved the day and this review. I failed to mention that when I went back I called in my order and picked it up. The service was very fast! I walked in paid and walked right on out!

After working a double shift and attending a four-hour rehearsal, I was dying to order something to eat. I even got myself dessert, which I hid away in the delivery bag until i finished my entree. Their Pad Kee Mow Noodle was tasty and a good portion size. However, I reached into the bag, ready to eat my well-earned (I thought so, at least) dessert, and saw a super small portion of their Mango Sticky Rice (pictured below). I enjoyed the meal and don't want to leave a bad review! I just felt the dish could've come with more for what it costs. read more

Consistently awesome, tasty, and fresh Thai food. If you're ever feeling a little under the weather, get the Jetta Soup! I get it every time, even when i'm feeling well. Have had the Pad See Ew, Pad Kee Mow, Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, Roti Bread... it's all been super good, great portions, and awesome service (both takeout and in restaurant). It's a great, quiet place to catch up with friends over a meal, or some authentic thai beers at their little bar. If you're tired of Jame Enoteca and Metro Cafe (both super good and close by) or are looking for a smidge more value or change of flavor - this is a hidden gem. read more

I have only ever ordered Jetta Thai to go and it has always been like unwrapping little treasure boxes when we get our order home. With each dish we open, a new lemongrass aroma teases through the air, or a perfectly spiced panang curry scent. We always order the fresh spring rolls, because--duh--they are the food of the gods with peanut sauce that I literally hide from my husband (a necessary evil, sorry, not sorry--he'll eat all of it if he finds out how good it is! Lol) The Tom yum and the Tom Kai soups feel so nourishing and taste like a family recipe passed down and improved upon with each generation. Like I used to tell my kids when I dropped them off at preschool, Mommy always comes back. I will definitely be coming back to Jetta Thai. No fresh spring roll left behind! :-) read more

Was in El Segundo tonight and felt like trying the local Thai so I picked Jetta based on the reviews on Yelp. Parking can be difficultI here; I ended up having to park across the street at the Chevron. I ordered the Pad Kee Mow to go. The order taker asked me for spice level 1-5. Not sure what the standards are (but I appreciate that they offer it as five levels) so I asked for 4 (she said "ooh, spicy!"). My orderr was ready promptly. When I got to my hotel room, I was somewhat disappointed by the size of the dish but my doctor would approve and it was tasty as all get out. Level 4 was properly spicy -- just right by my standards -- and it had loots of chicken and vegetables. Next time I'll order in and see if the portions arE larger. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. No idea how their food tastes because I never got the food. They use Grubhub for delivery. Delivery was overdue. I called them and they told me "delivery guy has it. Call Grubhub if there's a problem. We just cook the food" and her response was so immediate I am convinced it was just a pat response she gives when people call to ask about late deliveries. There is no way she could have looked up our order that quickly. And Grubhub is complicit. The driver either stole our food, or tossed it, and their process has NO security checks to keep this from happening. Even worse, they will not admit this could possibly occur, and I had to fight with them to get a full refund as a "one time only courtesy." Beyond insulting. read more

This is an authentic Thai place. For most people, the medium spice level on the spicy dishes will be good. The Pad Kee Mao aka drunken noodles is awesome at a medium heat level as it is already a spicy dish. If you want it spicy, understand you are ordering based on Thai heat levels. Ask the staff and they will help you get the right level of spice. The flavor is awesome I'll say that again- the flavors are awesome!! The Panang curry beef was also fantastic with a very thick sauce. If you are tired of your regular Thai places in South Bay and want to increase the flavor- this is the right place read more

The menu is uncomplicated. What they offer they do pretty well. The place is exponentially better than the other Thai place in El Segundo as well. However, as someone who loves Thai food I think the portions are a bit small and a bit bland at times. I've eaten here about 4 times so far and I still think my go to in the area is Ayara in West Chester. Very good Thai food in the heart of El Segundo. The inside is clean and the menu is a step above most Thai places. On this maiden voyage, we tried a few items and ate family style. Really recommend that at most Asian restaurants anyway, so you can try a bit of everything. The flavors all complimented each other. We tried them again for take-out a week later. Food was hot and ready. Great spot and I hope they do well. There is a private lot for parking. read more

A little unassuming tiny Thai restaurant in the heart of El Segundo. My boyfriend and I went in on a Monday night. Reviews were mixed but we wanted to try for ourselves. We ordered the chicken Satay to start then yellow curry and pad see you. The chicken Satay was to die for. The chicken was so tender- my BF said it was the best he's ever had. The yellow curry was a little watery but tasted great.the pad see you was also awesome. Although it was empty when we walked in at 5:15, it filled up nicely while we were there. So it was late-ish on a Sunday night and my wife and I were trolling Yelp for a different restaurant to go to then our usual ones. Lo and behold Jetta Thai popped up and we got the craving so we headed over. Jetta Thai is a relatively small place so it was nice to be able to get a booth. We ordered the Fried Tofu as an appetizer - my wife really liked it - very soft on the inside and crispy on the outside and I thought it was just ok. For entrees, I got the Pad Thai Noodle with shrimp and tofu - the dish was really well made and for certain I would have it again. TIP: My wife is a vegetarian and all of the entrée dishes listed had meat on them. They will make them with tofu - you just need to ask. She had the Yellow Curry with tofu and really liked it. The service was pretty decent and the wait staff were nice. At the time of this review they didn't seem to have their liquor license yet so the beverage list was limited. As a whole, Jetta is a good add to the Thai restaurant list in the South Bay - and it's at the top of our list to re-visit compared to the other Thai places we've tried. The flavors seemed to be a little better than the rest. read more

Wow. What a find! I hope this place sticks around. My son and I went looking for Thai food and took a chance on Jetta Thai. Had a little concern as we walked up since it was pretty empty. Both my son and I expected a typical Thai place that was nothing special, but boy were we wrong. First the decor is warm and welcome and devoid of the typical cheesy Thai restaurant kitsch. Next we slow began to get whiffs of Thai food smells which heightened our anticipation. We ordered the fired tofu and the curry roti to start. Both did not disappoint and we eagerly devoted them. Moving on to main courses, we tried the pad Thai and the spicy basil beef. I was floored by the explosion of flavor and just the right amount of spice that was hot without overwhelming the rest of the flavors. The pad Thai had delicate noodles and none of the typical stick mess that you usually get at your run of the mill joint. Then there was dessert....chocolate butter roti. Just the right amount of sweet and fat to Finnish the meal. Can wait to go back and try more of the authentic Thai cuisine! read more

Accidentally found this place while we were waiting for italian place next door. It was long wait at italian place, so we decided to try this place instead since we went to thailand last year. We were worried at first, because this place was empty on saturday night and they looked more americanized. Our server was very nice and suggest us to try pagna beef curry which was the best curry ever. My boyfriend ordered patthai and rotee bread curry. Both were excellent especially patthai. Sadly mango was not in the season, so we had the grilled banana with creamy sauce instead. It was so good, my new favorite sweet. They don't have khow soy yet, but our waitress said they might have it soon. We can't wait to try it next time, we will be back. read more

The yellow curry is delicious as well. Parking was easy in the front of the restaurant. This is my new go-to Thai place!!! So, so good. read more

Horrible, never going back again. I stopped by to get to-go order. The sticky rice and mango is my favorite Thai dessert but this place makes it really bad. First of all, the portion is too small for $8.00, the mango was not peeled, the rice is very mushy and compressed, and I didn't get fork or napkins to go. What kind of service is that? read more

Portions were small even for a smaller sized person at lunch. I had the Pad Thai noodle. It was $14.00. It was a small bowl, about 1/4 to 1/2 cup size w 3 shrimp and 3 pieces of tofu. I guess with inflation this is what one may expect in higher priced areas but I won't be returining. read more

At last, real Thai food in El Segundo!! Thank you Jetta Thai for being so delicious. I am not a frequent reviewer but when a new place opens in your neighborhood and it delivers at this level, well a review must be written. Yesterday was the soft opening and here are my impressions: The food: Freaking delicious. Started with spring rolls with a peanut sauce. Seriously considered eating the extra peanut sauce straight off my knife. Then it was Pad Thai and Green Curry. Pad Thai was perfect. Not too fish saucy, not greasy. Subtle, savory, perfect. Green Curry managed to be spicy without burying the rest of the flavors. The vibe: Run by 2 sisters (on front of house making you feel welcome, the other rocking it in the kitchen. Nicely decorated. Family run but not homey. This place is right next door to a new Italian joint that has incredible reviews as well. Life in the Gundo keeps getting better. read more

Lady didn't seem too happy working there and the place is definitely not kid-friendly. They only had one high chair. She saw us carrying a child when we came in and didn't even ask if we needed a highchair. She didn't even give us a cup of water for the child, nor did she give any utensils like plastic forks, spoons or even a small bowl. I don't know if I'm expecting too much but this is automatically provided at other restaurants I've been to. Got the tsukemen and honestly it's the worst I've had in my life. The chasiu pork is overcooked, yet not overcooked at the same time- if that even makes sense. It wasn't braised enough and the fatty parts weren't even melt in your mouth- it was chewy and extremely difficult to break apart. It also seemed like they just reheated it too much and the edges were curled up. It was also very porky tasting. The noodles weren't exactly cooked properly either- some of the noodles were still undercooked. The egg is really embarrassing to look at. It's a fully cooked egg, not soft-boiled. The dipping sauce was extremely disappointing out of all the tsukemen I've had. It's watery. All the ones I've had are thick broths. They give complimentary green tea ice cream in a small sauce cup but the ice cream is already full of frostbite. It's also super sweet and I can't even tell it's green tea ice cream. Super empty on a weekday- not really understanding why it's highly recommended by others.

I've been going to Tomizo since they opened. There were a few months after the initial visit that I…read moredidn't go and I'll explain in a sec, but since then I come probably twice a month now. Ironically speaking, I do not like Sapporo style ramen. I've never been a fan of Miso ramen, and for some reason Sapporo style is just something I do not enjoy. That being said, everyone I know that does like Sapporo style ramen say it is good. But then, why am I giving this place 5 stars and why do I eat here so often? Tomizo added tsukemen to their menu, and they have the best tsukemen in the area. It's a very rich heavy fatty tsukemen, and it blows away everywhere else's tsukemen in the area. The portions are always extremely generous as well. The most important thing is, they use actual tsukemen noodles, they are fat and thick, while a lot of places near here give you ramen noodles for their tsukemen. The other thing I absolutely love about this place is that they have seasonal ramen, and while I'm not a huge fan of some of them, other times they are just amazing. The current seasonal ramen is a cold cream tonkotsu style, and it is absolutely divine. My partner got it last night and it was so good, I wanted to come back tonight to get an order of it myself. I absolutely hope they decide to add it to their main menu permanently, because a cold ramen dish would be a god send to have readily available. The staff are all wonderful, incredibly attentive, and are all very cheerful and upbeat. The music variation changes quite a bit. Sometimes it'll be vocaloid heavy, other times it'll be very late 90s sounds of Tokyo (Fantastic Plastic Machine, Pizzicato Five), or sometimes an early 2000s jpop play list. As someone a little older I don't think there's ever been a time I didn't enjoy the music being played. They also always have dodgers games (reruns during the offseason) playing on a tv for the local fans. The only real bad thing about Tomizo is the parking lot is tiny and shared with a sushi place that can get busy. So parking can be difficult sometimes.

The consistency wasn't too thick. The skewers came with a nice pickled cucumber side and a peanut sauce. The kids enjoyed it. There were a lot of dessert and vegetarian options. The interior is quaint and good for smaller groups. The bad: The greens in the pad see ew were very bitter and the flavor was salty. I felt like it didn't have great wok flavor. There's no outdoor seating. The interesting: I paid for metered parking right in front of the restaurant but there's also a parking garage across the street. There are toy cars in the cabinet. I'm not sure if they're meant for display or for kid guests to play with.

I've been going to Thai Dishes for over a decade. It's nostalgic for me every time I visit. From…read morethe atmosphere, to the staff, and to the food, it feels like home to me. My usually go-to is the pad kee mow and tom yum soup, but lately I've been exploring new dishes. Their lunch specials are pretty good too. Parking is pretty easy, at least it is for me. They have a small parking lot, but somehow I always find parking. It's a great spot! I'd recommend it.

However, for a place that specializes in ramen, the noodle soup bowls I've tried so far sit at a 4/5 for my friends and I. The broth is nourishing but a bit thinner than we expect. The shoyu is my go-to. It's a standard offering at a ramen place, and this one is in-line with other eateries - doesn't blow me away, nothing that I can point to that makes it unique and special here, but that is okay. Prices are a touch high for the quality and size. I've had some of their smaller appies like the Musubi and buns - not a must try, but I do typically suggest ordering dishes that aren't as easy to find on a menu (as opposed to edamame, as an example). Appies can range from 3-4/5. The interior is cute, the ambiance is laid back and casual, and you should expect a bit of a wait during peak dining hours. Plenty of free parking on the premises. Silverlake Ramen is in the middle of the shopping center, in between CPK and Alo.

It looked like a nice spot hidden where food is made fresh to go. I ordered the chicken Mushrooms and veggies and a wonton soup. I didn't realize they also advertise their daily specials on a board outside. My dish was very decent and not too salty. I would rather a not so salty dish so I can dose how much spicy sauce I want on it. The food came fairly quickly and I was back with lunch at my hotel in no time. Great service and easy ordering process. I really like the big board with the photos of each dish underlined with price. It makes it easy to choose the meal that you are craving for. So, give them a try. The portion is very generous! Bon appetit!

The pork were thin slices and the taste was not flavorful. The fried rice tasted okay. Rice was a bit mushy. The menu looked good. One good thing is the restaurant didn't ask you for tip. It's the price of the food and tax, that's it. The interior looked clean. There are about three or four bar chairs for eating.

It's casual, laid‑back, and nothing over the top, just clean tables, friendly faces, and food that hits exactly where it needs to. My experience with the service here is the kind you appreciate without even thinking about it, warm, quick, and genuinely attentive. No fuss, no attitude, just people who make sure you're taken care of and your meal lands hot and fresh. Pho House leans into what makes a Vietnamese eatery great: flavorful pho broth, fresh herbs, and bowls that feel like comfort in liquid or dry form depending on what you order. The broth has that deep, slow‑simmered richness that tells you they're doing it right. Noodles come soft and silky, and the toppings are fresh enough to brighten every bite. The spring rolls are crisp, fresh, and exactly what you want before diving into a big bowl of pho. And that sauce, the one that perfectly complements the rolls, ties everything together with a sweet‑savory punch that makes you go back for another dip. I went with the house special, and that's the move. Loaded, aromatic, and full of flavor, it's the kind of bowl that feels like a full experience. Every spoonful hits with depth from the broth, brightness from the herbs, and that satisfying mix of textures that make the house special... well, special. Pairing it with the spring rolls was the perfect combo, fresh crunch before the warm comfort. Overall this place is just a tidy, welcoming space where you can sit back, enjoy your food, and not feel rushed. It's the definition of a casual neighborhood pho spot done right. Miguel C.

Rode out to Gardena/Torrance after work to meet up some friends and started off our evening with…read moresome pho! I hadn't eaten close to 24 hours so I was absolutely famished. I had just told them that I was very picky about pho, especially recently. A lot of my go-to spots have been disappointing lately so I was craving a good bowl of pho - one that really hits the spot and Oh My Pho did just that. The moment we pulled into the parking lot I was like, "I have a good feeling about this place." I walked in and was immediately greeted with a deep aromatic smell of pho in the air. All 3 of us ordered their Pho Combination which has it all: Sliced brisket, sliced eye round, tripe, tendon, meatballs. We also ordered their shaken beef rice platter to share. Before digging into my bowl, I took a long deep smell of the broth as if I was taking the fattest bong rip known to mankind. It only got better from there though because the broth tasted as good as it smelled. Incredibly flavorful. All the flavors were balanced -- salty, sweet, umami. The noodles were cooked almost perfect (I like my noodles very al dente), but the doneness was definitely the kind that would suit everyone's preference. The shaken beef was delicious too. The meat was very tender and they mixed fries in which isn't typical/common, but it was really good! The rice was made perfectly too, at least to my preference. Only (minor) complaints were my bowl not being hot enough which is funny because I like my food cold, but certain things need to be piping hot like noodle soup. Also there wasn't very much meat in the shaken beef dish. Service was great and the staff was very friendly. I'm pretty far from OMP, but will definitely come back again soon with my friends since they're regulars here!

Their filet is very tender. The meatballs are sourced elsewhere as they taste different from the norm in a good way. The brisket cut wasn't too thick. Their tendon is very easy to eat as most places can tend to overly hard. Good amount of tripe as well. The portions of meat given were a lot. There are only 2 things which could make this a solid 5/5 bowl. Hopefully owner reads this. The broth has to be served piping hot. Like burn under the gums temperature. After getting to the second half of finishing the meal , you get fatigued because the soup isn't hot enough which makes it harder to finish. Secondly, the broth needs just a little more salt content. The broth is good but just missing the "ommph" trifecta.
