The eight corner pizza is amazing. Crunchy chewy corners, absolutely delicious. They have the nicest folks working there. Every time we walk in, we're promptly greeted with a smile. Love this place! Highly recommend. read more

What an awful experience we had a the Jets pizza in Milford on Meijer drive. Ordered pick up, so when we arrived saw that we had to call to let them know we were there and they would bring it out. First negative the girl who answered the phone didn't sound happy. Said they would be right out. Long story short 3 more phone calls to Ms. Wonderful and 40 minutes later we got our food. Needless to say I was frustrated. Emailed to let the owner know about the terrible experience. I got a hand written note from the owner asking me to give them another chance. Why would I risk wasting my time and money with zero incentive to return. Not so much as a coupon. The guy had the nerve to say he considers Jets as the Ritz Carlton of Pizza. Well guess what buddy, last time I stayed at the Ritz and my fridge wasn't working they gave me 10k Marriott points for my inconvenience. I will most definitely take my hard earned $$ to businesses they value me and don't give me old pizza and waste so much of my precious time. Not to mention my 2 kids and who were at home starving while we waited. He did mention his second store is in Anderson which happens to be where my office is, so he won't have that business either. One of my go to pizza places... Love the deep dish Detroit style pizza. Mushrooms, Tomatoes, onion, black olives, and garlic flavored crust.

No napkins no forks no plates. Couldn't eat pasta. Way overpriced to not get these basic things when getting takeout. Ruins the whole experience read more

I hate to do this, I really do, but I have had a poor experience here 3 times in a row. I love Jets. We order it all the time at our office from the Newport location and get great service. Milford however, is a whole different story. Experience 1: Their opening week. We order a large super special pizza. It takes over 2 hours and 2 phone calls to the store to get it. By the time it got there, I had fed the kids something else and put them to bed. Experience 2: 3 weeks later. I beg my husband to give them a second chance since the first time I thought it was just opening week chaos. It was not. An hour and a half for pizza after they said 45 minutes. Experience 3: Last night. They sent the wrong order. After waiting 45 minutes we got a plain cheese pizza. Seriously? None of the toppings we ordered? Really? Strike 3. You're out. read more

Extreme WOW moment. A daughter out of town and a Mother with a broken heart...my moms last sister passed away this morning, I couldn't get to her to comfort her...what will bring a smile to her face and let her know that I am there in spirit? flowers! Hours on the phone and no success, not one florist is open and/ or delivering on Sunday. Okay, what to do? I'll order pizza and ask them to put a note on the box....when a nice young man answered I got a sudden Crazy idea....he transferred me to Brandon Bertram the manager. Jake took on the delivery. 30 minutes later someone knocked on my mom's door. There stood a young man with Pizza and flowers with a note that said I love you. It's the little things we do for complete strangers that makes the world a better place. Thank you to your staff in Milford Ohio, Oh and seriously amazing pizza! Brand new place in the area and since we have our favorite pizza spots, I was in no hurry to give Jets a try. I even stopped in at one point for a carryout menu and I have to be honest, nothing blew my bangs back. But I came across some 1/2 price deals on halfpricycinci.com which gave me reason to give this place a try. Just from their customer service alone, they are receiving 5 stars from me. The staff was so friendly! An employee held the door open for me and greated me as I came in to pick up my order. The cashier was extremely friendly, showing me my pizza before I left and explaining all the different crust flavors they offer. As I left she said, "Thanks for trying Jetts Pizza and be prepared to be impressed." Nice touch! Then they opened the door for me and thanked me again as I left. Now that's service! Pizza was good, cheese was good, crust was good. I'm sure we'll be back. read more

3 stars are for the great service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Too bad the pizza was greasy and doughy. It was not cooked all the way through, leaving the crust slimy and chewy. Overall my family wasn't impressed. . Probably the last time I'll order from them. read more

Since we had tried Jets Pizza this is the take out pizza we order now. We have hooked our family and friends on it as well. We recommend the deep dish turbo crust. Only negative is that there online ordering is a bit clunky. read more

We have ordered Jet's a lot. However this past time it made the whole family sick (5 children and 2 adults). I brought back over 50% of the order that was left, and asked for a refund. I was met with the attitude it could not possibly be their fault, and they denied a refund. I will NOT go back, and I encourage you to do the same. read more

Jet's is my new favorite pizza place. Their cheesiness, sauce, and crunchy crust on their deep dish are wonderful. I've never had a bad customer service issue, except for the peculiar 40 cents (excess) sales tax they collect on a togo "combo order" which only has a 20 oz soda bottle on it. (the tax on that should be .15) That's what kept them out of five star territory. I don't even bother with carry out from that "other" place any more. read more

I am from Sterling Heights Michigan, have eaten at 15 and Ryan the 17 and Ryan store,etc. This Jets in Milford Ohio is the worst representation of Jets I have ever eaten at. I live now in Milford and was craving Jets, the pizza was cold, the deep dish would have had Gene rolling over in his grave. John would be totaly embarrassed. I do not recommend this at all. What a shame there used to be nothing like it, was a must have. read more

I love jets pizza, but the customer service is lacking. I phoned in an order, and was told it would be about 20-25 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later, and they did not have my order in the system. 3 people checked on it, and could not find the order. the manager came over and tried to find it, and it was not in the system. The manager remembered my order, as he had to OK the coupon I had. Another employee needed help with something, so the manager walked away without taking care of my situation. The original person that tried to help me came back 5 minutes later and asked if I had been helped and I said no. He went to ask the manager what to do, and he said to take my order. I asked if it was going to be another 20-25 minutes and he said yes. No apology, no,I'm sorry, let me make this right, nothing. I could not wait the 25 minutes because I had my dog in the car. Pretty poor on the manager's part, especially knowing I had placed the order. Doubt I will be back. read more

Worst Pizza Ever. I have tasted better frozen pizza from a box. I have never tried Jet's but had heard good things from a coworker. I ordered to take home. The pizza had no taste. Very bland. The toppings were only lukewarm at best. Nothing had any flavor. Looked great, but I had to check twice to make sure I wasn't eating the box the pizza came in instead of the "pizza". Sorry, but do not waste your money. read more

Great service. I had initially ordered online but had to change it to a phone order which they handled quickly, but forgot to remove my online charge. After calling them they did so respectfully and promptly. The managers that I spoke to were extremely friendly and stuck out to me as people who are very passionate about their job. I have ordered from jets many times since they opened. I love the pizza. Larosa use to be my favorite pizza but since they opened I haven't ordered from larosa since. I don't think I ever will. They customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend you try jets if you have not. read more
