I had a cash delivery $70 worth of food but they forgot my anchovies for my Greek salad (I know I know, who even orders anchovies) but they forgot to put them on my salad. I called to ask can they bring them since I paid extra for them and also paid a delivery fee AND tipped the driver and the manager told me she wouldn't send the driver back with 2 little pieces of fish (I didn't know it was 2 pieces) but still that wasn't right! Horrible!! I ordered on line, and paid online. Told they have nothing for me. Walking out and my phone notifies me that my order is done and ready to pick up. I go back in and ask why I got the message? After the girl in the front argued some more she found my order. Now waiting for them to finish it. Very RUDE employee with no apology at all!!! read more

We ordered online at 6:40 pm ... their website says 40 minutes... it's an hour &1/2 and it's not delivered.... we called... the manager said we should expect 1&1/2 hours if we we used the website, and that we should have phone in the order... no Apology ... The guy at front counter was pleasant and courteous. The Detroit style pizza with sausage and pepperoni was crispy on the bottom and cheesy on the top. They are very generous with their toppings. read more

Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and marinara. They forgot the breadsticks. Called them and the manager over the phone they tried telling me I did not pay for the breadsticks and the side of marinara was like $3. Then we try the pizza and it was bread and cheese. No sauce. Never again. read more

I hate to leave a negative review, but have to for this establishment. I usually give a place 3 strikes before I am done with them for good, tonight was #3. (#1) rather than giving us the pizza we ordered, we discovered when we opened the box at home the whole pizza was covered with nothing but banana peppers. Not sure about your 11 year old, but mine will not eat that. (#2) after ordering online and reviving a confirmation, upon pickup the store claimed the did not have our order and we would have to wait for it to be made. To ad insult to injury, when we got home, there was long brown hair baked into our pizza! (#3) ordered online again, confirmation again for a 20 minute pickup. After my husband sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes he finally received our order. Now we are done with this place!! read more

Food is good, prices are good but unfortunately not all of the staff are. The past few times I've gone I've always gotten a very rude lady. She doesn't welcome you, and she does not seem happy to be working there. Recently, I ordered pizza and she talked fast, acted as though I was stupid for asking the simplest questions, and just hung up after giving me the total. I almost wanted to just go somewhere else. Great service and patience on a day where tragedy on CR 6. They did what they could to keep food hot . Road (CR6)was blocked for hours.
