Still on a quest for the perfect slice of pizza I ordered one deep dish cheese slice for $3.00. The slice was ready in about five minutes and was presented in a box the size of my hand. The slice was extremely small in diameter although had a high crispy cornicione with a semi charred bottom. The first bite provided a surprising burst of tangy sauce flavor and an incredible crunch. Loved every bite. Big taste in a small package. There are two dining tables inside and two patio tables with red umbrellas outside. The bathroom was locked and said "Employees Only". Upon request, they would not permit it's use for paying customers. Not sure what the issue was here. read more

The owners are so nice and the location is great, plenty of parking, doesn't take like for your pizza to be ready. The restaurant is so clean. I was mostly happy for the variety of options with health restrictions. I have a Gluten Intolerance and sometimes it's challenging to find a good pizza place that has it on the menu that doesn't taste grainy or fall apart too easily, but this was fantastic. I had a gluten free vegetarian and by far the best one I've had. Definitely going back! read more

One of my favorite pizza places. The lines get long so I recommend ordering online. I ordered online and my order was still delayed due to it being a Friday evening. Parking was hell as there was a car show and they literally had cones in every close parking spot. Pizza was hot! There was a tad bit too much sauce, but definitely not too bad! When you've been looking for great Detroit style pizza in South Florida as long as I have... this was quite the exciting moment to walk into Jets. Pan style, a soft buttery crust, lots of toppings, quality cheese, and a BBQ sauce base option makes this MY perfect pizza. The online order system was easy to use, prices are fair & the staff was very welcoming. The ambiance was typical of a smaller pizza chain. Menus on the wall, order counter, two tables placed next to the glass & a TV. We ordered, sat down, got my phone eats first pics then got right into it. As we were eating, a literal hailstorm started outside. The wind was blowing the rain & hail to the point it was bouncing off the glass. We were watching the insane storm outside as one of the staff was mopping some rainwater from the floor. I appreciated the diverse range of choices they offered, which included the option to build your own pizza and gluten-free selections. As well as select your preference of deep dish, hand tossed round, New York style, or thin crust. Our friends and I chose the deep-dish style crust, which had the perfect crispy crunch on the edges and a soft interior. We ordered the veggie pizza, the SUPER SPECIAL, and the JET 10. All was great. Even with a few slip ups. Until I ordered food. Got a confirmation it would be ready. Went to pick up at time it would be ready. Got there. And told 10 minutes. After hearing the young kid in the front tell about 5-6 plus other people "10 minutes": thru a 30 minute period. I knew something was funny. As I waited I sat there with others that were waiting there before me. And everytime they asked, were told almost. Or "10 minutes". Here's my biggest issue. When you constantly lie and tell people 10 minutes because you think it's the sweet spot to think someone won't get mad and will wait. Is wrong. In fact worse then just being upfront with your customers. One give people the chance to not sit in this tiny uncomfortable seated store with no rest room, for 35minutes to an hr plus. Being told almost. Instead I can leave & come back. Stay home and wait until it is really ready. Or even go somewhere else. All of which is a better option then avoiding your customers and telling them inaccurate timings. Other than that The pizza has been & is good. I've came back for it as a repeat customer on the regular. Wings- not so great. But other then that this has made me an unhappy enough customer to leave this review. Ever since having Jet's pizza in Michigan. My pizza cravings have been taking flight!! I guess you can say. I did not know there was one in Florida too, until I saw that there was one on yelp and right in my neighborhood! I usually go with the super supreme pizza which is topped off with a mix of protein and veggies. It's a good balance of healthy and unhealthy. I love how the square pieces are perfectly toasted and the ingredients are super fresh. My only thing is I am not sure how much pizza is these days but 25$ for a fast food pizza (technically) might sound about right these days. But they do have a 20% off yelp check in as of 1/19/2024! When I was a kid growing up in Howard Beach, NY there was a local restaurant named Pizza City. What I liked about Pizza City was their Sicilian slices. The crust had caramelized cheese on the edges that I loved. Pizza City is gone but the memory of that crust never was forgotten until I tried Jet's Detroit style pizza. Their crust is very good and their sauce is not too sweet and the cheese has a nice "pull" to it. I just wish they used sliced sausage instead of crumbled. Their pepperoni slices are also good. I deducted one star due to the inefficiency of their staff. I noticed one member sweeping the floor who left the pile of dirty sweepings at the entrance and the counter person did not know how to ring up my order. I won't let that stop me from going back when I'm in the mood for Detroit style pizza with that caramelized crust read more

It's been a few years ago now that I heard a friend of mine talking about this cauliflower pizza from Jet's Pizza. Looking for healthier options I looked it up and found that it's right near my house. It's a small local pizza joint that's surprisingly pretty busy. I finally visited and placed an order for a veggie cauliflower pizza with chicken breast, well done. I've been hooked ever since. I order it quite frequently on Fridays as my treat for eating healthy during the week. Now I'm not quite sure how much "healthier" it really is but it sure does taste good. Now I will say once or twice I've made a complaint because my pizza was haphazardly prepared but they've always apologized and made it right by either refunding me or making the order over. I must also say that once a I had the pleasure of having my pizza made by who I believe is either the owner or a higher up manager and it was amazingly picture perfect! A symmetric masterpiece. You know we eat with our eyes first! Anyway, I haven't tried anything else from here, but like I said earlier it's always busy so they're doing some things right! They usually deliver on time, except once when they didn't--pretty annoying, but they gave me a discount for the late delivery, so I can't complain too much. Easy peasy it was with Jet's Pizza! They have several ways to order, including a text option where you get 20% off your order. Obviously I did this as it was more convenient for me being on the go than say doing an online order or actually calling it in. Anyway, the delivery was actually on time. I am shocked. I can tell I am way too used to other pizza places and areas just being terrible but not the case here. I honestly had no idea what to expect, especially looking at all the menu options. I mean, I had heard wonderful things about this pizza chain, but I had never bothered with them until now, and well, where have you been all my life? So many choices! I chose a deep dish chicken parmesan pizza and I'm just falling in love over and over again remembering it. Properly made, a decent amount of toppings, combined flavors that were just joyous to eat. The deep dish pizza is good just a tad bit oily but what do you expect it's pizza. The buffalo wings are ehhh. Some are fatty and it lacks some flavor. The barbecue wings are good though. To me their ranch tastes too much like buttermilk but it's not terrible, I just probably wouldn't get it again. Overall, the pizza is good not amazing though. This has now become one my Favorite pizza places. If you like Detroit style, deep dish with really chunky crust and crispy edges this is the place for you. I order this for delivery, it's a little expensive but so worth it. Every bite is a perfect balance of cheese, crust and sauce. It's a little greasy, not too bad. Their cheese bread is really good as well. I'd recommend getting the Cajun crust, it's got the perfect spice that doesn't linger. Overall, a fantastic pizza place. read more

Jet's pizza was running a special on their BBQ chicken pizza and I just needed to have it! Ordered online for pickup super easily and arrived 15 minutes later. Pickup was super quick and easy, pizza was hot and ready, and I was in and out in seconds. I got home and we dug in. WOW this pizza is good! Often with thick crust pizza, it's either not cooked in the middle, or overcooked on the edges. This pizza was cooked all the way through, and the edges/corners were caramelized but not burnt. There were tons of toppings packed on as well- felt like I got my money's worth! Overall, I loved this pizza and will try Jet's again soon, especially with a great coupon! read more

I'll preface this review that in general the Detroit deep dish from Jet's pizza is probably the best "fast food" style deep dish you can get. The service is just fine. Unfortunately I only gave 3 stars because every single time I order my pizza I request it be cooked "well done" and unfortunately every single time it's made and I take it home it is not. I can somewhat understand that ppl complain about things being well done, and baked past a certain undesirable darker color may in turn make a customer unhappy BUT when a customer consistently makes it clear and goes out of their way to request they want their pizza well done and the pizza place consistently fails to take the customers preparation request seriously you do start to feel you are not being heard and frustration sets in. Jet's Pizza has to do better when a customer requests their pizza baked to their liking. read more
