There was a slight error in my takeout order at Marco's Pizza, and I didn't realize it until I arrived to pick it up. Upon entering the Oakland Park location, I was greeted by a friendly employee and informed him that I was picking up my online order. After giving him my name, he searched through the orders ready to be picked up, but none of them were mine. I was confused, so I went into the app to show the employee my order. It was then that I realized my order was placed for pick up at another location. Neither the employee nor I knew which Marco's location it was; however, after I googled the address, I found out it was the Pembroke Pines location. I immediately called the Pembroke Pines location to inform them of the error, as I was already on my way there. After an hour long drive, I received my order of a pepperoni and sausage pizzoli which was still warm, and a cold beverage. As I opened the box, I was impressed with how it looked. Similar to a stromboli, it was a fully loaded handheld with plenty of pepperoni, sausage, and cheese. The dough was baked to a golden brown and finished with a garlic sauce and romesan seasoning. Served with a side of pizza sauce. My taste buds were dancing after the first few bites; it was really delicious and filling. This could become my favorite snack to get during those late night cravings. I just got to be aware of the pick up location when I'm placing an online order from now on. read more

You know the old saying that Pizza is like Sex, and there's no such thing as bad Pizza. This establishment challenges that theory. I expected a lot more from a pizza restaurant that was not a chain, though my expectations felt well short. Plain pizza with just cheese was served to me on what was akin to a round piece of bread with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Ordered two pizzas and bread sticks.The service was terrible I got greated when I walked in but every one kept working making pizzas and talking and cussing in the back.I was amazed the girl wasn't wearing gloves that was preparing the pizzas.I work in a kitchen and it is mandatory we always wear gloves..She finished making the pizzas and didn't even wash hands.She came and helped me. Fantastic pizza! I am the Director of a summer camp program in Pembroke Pines. We brought our summer camp children to Marco's pizza in July 2021. The campers made their own pizzas and had an absolute blast! Afterwards, Marco's cooked all the pizzas and delivered them to the school so the kids could enjoy them. For being a chain pizza place, it is pretty much the best pizza in town. If you are expecting a gourmet experience, or coal-fired Anthony's pizza, then yes, this is not going to please you. It is your standard Papa Johns, Pizza Hut pizza, but better. The toppings are fresh, the crust is better than than the competition, and the pricing is perfect. One of the better if not best chain pizza places around. Still prefer the Mom and Pop pizza joints but Marco's is a close second. They pre-closed over an hour early and basically ordered for us as they could only make a limited style of pizza in order to not take out their supplies. As a previous server, I definitely understand the importance of pre-closing, but never have I worked under a GM that allowed us to pre-close so early and basically steer the customer away just because they want to not work or go home. read more

Best pizza I've had in a while. I got a 10.00 gift certificate in the mail when i moved into my new place and i would pay full price for what i got today. I ordered the meat pizza substituted bacon for chicken and added peppers and onions. The customer service was on point over the phone and the pizza got here less than 40 minutes which was the estimated arrival time. Marcos prices are very reasonable There is great customer service. Also what they advertise is what you get. The presentation is great and that's what they are about. They are very customer oriented. I love the specialty pizzas and the cheezybread. The bread is a big seller and for a great reason! Also the managers are very nice as well as the crew members. Marcos is a really great place to bring your kids. Although the seating area is pretty small, it's still a great place to sit down and take time to eat. They keep the stores very clean. The tables are always clean as well as the floor and the counter. The bathroom isn't a big mess like normal "fast food" restaurants. Nov 2021- I walked in and ordered a pizza. I watched 3 Uber eats cancel their order and walk out because the orders were not started yet. I watched a worker stick his finger on his dirty headphones and then stuck his hand in the lettuce tray without washing his hands. Finally after 15 minutes of watching the manager act unprofessional and yelling for no one to answer the phone which was so annoying but she asked me my name.
