They finally turned it down when a family with kids walked in 10 mins later and turns on the "lobby" speakers with what I would assume is an approved TB playlist. Whoever is in charge obviously doesn't care. I didn't even ask her name. She was younger - management can see who was working if they care to know. I did ask for the supervisor on duty to share my concerns and let her know I thought it was pretty unprofessional for them to have that music blasting. She just looked at me and said " Thank you for your feedback" and walked away as I was still talking. Horrible service and if she would have apologized or showed some sort of care of concern I wouldn't be leaving this review. Management at this location needs to improve and actually give a damn.
