Ever had that pizza that even when you were full, you still had to have another piece? Well, this is the place. Very reasonable prices too! Got the special two 14 inch with 6 toppings mix or match. (Unique offering) for $30. So, my son a pepperoni zealot had his one topping. We had our ham/pep/greenolive/onion/mushroom. Girls had the veggie sub with chicken. All very happy. Great Service. Very polite. The thing I noticed was beyond the quality food, I saved $15-20 over my local small town pizza shop! Definitely going here again. Kudos Mr Paradise! (Mrs maybe?) read more

The last 2 pizzas we ordered the crusts were burnt. I decided to just order their subs because they were the best around, but then the first sub I get the top bun was burnt as well. I don't know if they have under trained staff or what. I will say everything was fine before the new night manager. Coincidence?? read more

I ordered delivery from this place while staying in a hotel near the airport. My three boys (ages 7, 8, 14) shared a 16" half Hawaiian / half cheese pizza, I ordered the beef and bean wet burrito, and my husband ordered lasagna. Three for three! We all loved our food. My husband was so excited; his lasagna was really flavorful. My wet burrito was huge; I only could eat 1/3 of it but it will make great leftovers! And my kids thought that the pizza was perfect. My middle kid raved that it was the best pizza he's ever had. I tried a bite and I agree. We got traditional crust and added flavoring (definitely add the flavoring). Our delivery was fast! We will be return customers when we find ourselves in Caledonia again! We come to GR a lot for soccer. read more

Unfortunately haven't had the opportunity to get pizza a lot lately, but paradise has quickly risen to become my favorite place! Their sauce is mouth watering and addicting and there takes on some speciality pizzas are phenomenal! I tried the customer acclaimed tsunami pizza and though very non traditional in all regards it was super tasty. They're always generous with their toppings and their sauce is so tasty. This is the first time we've tried this pizza shop since they moved to Caledonia. I really liked the sign on the door- "no mask, no service, no exceptions" and all of the employees were masked up. My husband ordered the Big Island BBQ Pizza and said it was delicious. My daughter ordered the Bahama pizza and said it was great. I ordered the Veggie sub which was stuffed with very fresh veggies and mushrooms and it was HUGE! I ordered it with no cheese or Mayo and they got it right! For those that insist wearing a mask is against their inalienable rights , they also offer curbside service. We will definitely return. read more

Honestly, not worth the hype. Love that it's a small business and I want to support it. But the pizza and food was very meh, I was excited by the hype, reviews and it was over an hour wait (which made me think it was super good), but it was very meh. The customer service when I walked in was not super impressive and the pizza was a nostalgic type pizza, made me think neighborhood pizza party's. My office used Paradise Pizza to cater lunch today and the results were fantastic! They did a great job communicating pick-up and order status and even came in early today to make all the pizza pies the office needed. I had a slice of the BBQ pizza and a slice of the Tsunami pizza- both were excellent! The 6 large pizza pies easily fed 15 people and there is a ton left over. In fact people are fighting over who gets to take the extra home- it's that good. it reminds me of California Pizza Kitchen style in the look and taste in that these two options were creative and delicious. I don't get out to Alto often but when I have time on my next visit I'm going to make a stop over! read more

Have had Paradise Pizza a couple times now. The regular pizza here is a far better quality pizza than you will find at most places. The ingredients are fresh and the dough is hand made (you can actually watch them toss it by hand). However, what sets Paradise apart from all the other pizza places is the specialty pizzas. They are so good. The owner Rick definitely has mastered blending tastes together. I don't live in the area, so I don't often get to satisfy my pizza cravings with a Paradise Pizza, but you can put money on it that if I am on that side of town that I will stop to grab one. Paradise Pizza has got to be the second best pizza in the Grand Rapids area for regular, run-of-the mill pizza (we're talking pepperoni, sausage, plain stuff) and the #1 pizza joint in/near Grand Rapids for speciality pizzas. The building may not be much to look at, but the food you'll get from here is top notch quality and service is always impeccable. Like I mentioned before, the specialty pizzas really shine with the Tsunami being my personal favorite. I'll spare you the long laundry list of ingredients and let you hit their website to get the scoop - trust me when I say I know the ingredient list sounds odd... but it's one of the best damn things you'll possibly ever eat. Really though, any of the speciality pizzas here are awesome and you'll thank yourself for ordering off that list. Delivery to the Cascade area is always quoted with an accurate time window and the prices are moderate, but fair considering the amount of food you're getting and the love and attention that goes into each pie. F'real, it shows in the taste and even in the presentation when you first open that pizza box and lay your eyes on a little slice of pizza heaven. Even topping distribution, a nice doughy crust that is still sufficiently strong to support its precious cargo, served hot and fresh and topped with FRESH ingredients. Dang, dude, I could cop a slice right now. It should be noted for out-of-towners that this joint is strictly pick up or delivery. There is no dining area, but that's okay in my book. I mean, really, people eat pizzas at the restaurants they ordered them at? Friggin' weirdos... Very good pizza. Delivery service is willing to meet you half way if you live outside their delivery area. Owner even stocks random toppings that aren't on menu for regulars. Really a good place to become a regular at. We have 3 pizza joints within 2 miles of our house but we drive 14 miles to get pizza at Paradise. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas 2 nights ago and they were pretty lame. Sauce was too sweet and the crusts were terrible. I'm guessing it was old dough. Also on the pepperoni and pineapple pie there was very little cheese with sauce showing through all over. We do order their subs often which we really like so will give a rating of 3 stars and hope it was just an off night. Family members said they would rather have had Little Caesars so that says all you need to know. read more

Love paradise pizza. Every time I'm in town I have to get some. I worked at paradise for several years while I was looking for direction in life. Rick the owner became a close friend of mine and got me interested in disc golf and cars. It's a family business and they really care about what they do. Since I've grown up and made something of myself now, I really appreciate the time I spent not only working with them, but hanging out. The food is good and the price is decent. I love getting dinner from here. The place is truly a family business with husband and wife running it with their daughters. The buffalo pizza is the bomb. Just enough ranch and pineapple to even out the spice. And if you want an extremely different pizza, try the Tsunami. All those flavors shouldn't work, but the result is amazing. Terrible terrible customer service. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this isn't the first issue I've had with this place. They have Extremely rude workers working there. Had some troubles with a card and the workers were extremely rude when I was trying to figure out my issue. Never going back there. I have a hard time giving this place 1 star to be honest.
