Deluxe pan pizza 12 inch without cheese
Andrew C.

Unfortunately haven't had the opportunity to get pizza a lot lately, but paradise has quickly risen to become my favorite place! Their sauce is mouth watering and addicting and there takes on some speciality pizzas are phenomenal! I tried the customer acclaimed tsunami pizza and though very non traditional in all regards it was super tasty. They're always generous with their toppings and their sauce is so tasty. Great place to get a great pie.

I was quite skeptical of trying their Tsunami Pizza as something that off the wall is often times a disappointment. However, the Tsunami Pizza was by far the most amazing and intriguing pizza I have ever consumed. They have nailed it! My only regret is that I only got a medium and not a large! I have high hopes this place will continue with their amazing quality!

The food is really good. Every time I went there they were very nice to use. They have the best pizza around.

Went here literally a day after we moved into alto. Was throughly unimpressed. The pizza was mediocre at best. Mikes is a far better pie

The Ham and Pineapple pizza is one of the best pies. Fresh pineapple not from a can! Yum!

I have been a regular customer for years of this particular location. Something has changed in the…read morelast year. Ownership? Morals? Their "HOT N READY" slogan no longer exists. A normal pepperoni pizza is anywhere from 15-20 minutes regardless of when you go in. First, I was told that the offer is valid only after 4pm. Fair enough. I wait until after 4pm to even think of getting a pizza. It has become so bad I made a comment to the staff regarding how I would drive by, and look in the window to see if they have any pizzas available. Less than a week later, they began putting EMPTY pizza boxes in the HOT N READY area, so it appeared they had pizzas ready when someone looks inside. Employee turnover seems to be an issue. Management and owners are never around to even field a single question. Employees will look at each other if they are asked if there is a manager around to speak with. I have talked to two "managers" that are not managers the next week when I see them. How much does it cost to make a HOT N READY pepperoni? Four? I know they have new ovens and can turn pizzas out quicker than they did a few years ago, so it seems to maybe be a matter of not wanting to waste money on dough, sauce, a little meat, and some heat. I don't understand. Speedway GAS STATION across the street takes the risk and has a roller grill that I'm sure they lose money on loss daily. How much can you possibly lose in making a few pizzas, and sticking to your slogan? At the amount of disappointed people I see going to McDonalds and Subway, they are losing more than resources. They are losing customer faith. "HOT N READY" implies there is a pizza ready to buy, and take home to my family. All pizzas seem to be "made to order" now. I would love to buy this franchise, and turn it around. But- as most, I am stuck buying pizzas for $7 from someone who is probably not around unless it's time to count the sales. I honestly expect nobody to read this, and I expect nothing to change. I think this business model may be outdated, and we aren't going to see a quality Little Caesars. Dough, tomato paste, a stick of pepperoni, and an oven are too cost-prohibitive. Finally- this is a pizza place that serves "to go" pizzas. There are no places to sit and dine. There is no waitstaff. This is not a "service job" in the legal sense. Your staff makes pizza. That's it. So how come you have a TIP menu on your pay machine? BTW if you tap your card instead of selecting a tip (or NO tip) - it adds 15% by default. I won't drone on anymore about how I grew up with the thought of Little Caesars always being an option. If you want people to wait for 15 minutes for a pizza you advertise as being HOT AND READY and asking for (nay- default taking) a tip for a job NOT in the service industry. Someone will be asking about this. If you are paying your staff "service" wages (less than minimum wage because they are tipped) You should get some dining space- AND a lawyer. I don't believe the simple fact of the customer being able to leave a tip would allow the owner to pay them a "tipped" wage. EDIT: Not sure why it's giving San Francisco as my location. I'm in Caledonia.
