My dad is very sick again and my mom and I ordered a sausage pizza with extra cheese and the owner actually delivered our pizza to the hospitality house we were staying at. He was concerned that the delivery time would be too long if he didn't personally bring it to us. Such amazing service! Three nights ago when my husband and son drove up to MI to visit my dad we picked up a pizza. They were so kind when we picked up the pizza. My husband and son agree with my mom and me that this is amazing crave worthy pizza. Tonight my mom and I ordered another pizza. I had promised to meet the driver downstairs and outside of the Renucci House. I got sidetracked with laundry and left my phone in our room and missed multiple calls letting me know the pizza was here. 10 minutes after their first call I finally answered. They were standing in the lobby patiently waiting for me on a busy Saturday night. Extremely tasty pizza and amazing customer service from people who care. That is always important but when you are going through something very tough it means the world!

I used their website to order and it was quick and easy. With discounts the total was $13! Incredible deal for some really good food. Upon arriving for pick up they have easy parking and even some car side pick up spots. Inside the restaurant it was very clean. You can also see over the counter to the pizza station and everything was clean and organized. I checked my tracking online and it was pretty exact because as soon as I walked in it was ready for pick up. The staff was so kind and friendly! Apart from great service, great price, clean space I was also impressed with their packaging of my food! I ordered a sub and added lettuce. The lettuce was packed separately keeping it crisp and fresh! No soggy lettuce! I definitely recommend if your looking for a good pizza at a good price!

I hate to be a party pooper but I can't see anything I agree with on these reviews. First very small storefront. Seems like most people order take out. Not me I'm looking to sit for lunch. Decent menu on paper. I see homemade spaghetti and sauce $5.95. What? Could this be true? For an up charge of $2.00 you can get 2 meatballs. I'm going all in. So let me say this. I'm an Italian from New York. I'm sure the standards are a little lower in Grand Rapids. So. Sit down and in about 8 minutes my meal is out. Spaghetti comes in an Aluminum tray. On the aluminum tray are spots of black burned something, but the food was not hot. Maybe warm at best and the meatballs were very dense, I'm guessing frozen store bought. A disappointment to say the least. If I'm back in Grand Rapids again I'll probably go to Olive Garden.
