We got to the JetBlue terminal from Orlando and it was a great and perfect experience. At least to us! We were told that our baggage will be in the lane 6 and as soon as we got there they started to come out. I got notifications by email of my luggage and I loved that. We got them all without any issue. They have a good amount of chairs which I liked since we needed to wait for our ride. read more

They are worst airlines , I booked a flight since last night of 8/21 and now it's 8/22 the flight is till delayed , first they said the pilots were not available now they are saying it's a maintained issue . Please don't book them you will regret it go to another air line read more

Flight delayed over and over , I checked again and again , then they act as if if it was my fault that I missed my flight. I have been standing here 20 minutes waiting for them to give me a new boarding ticket. I have been flying with them for 20 years and they are now the worst airline in America read more

We flew from DC to SFO on Jet Blue yesterday, with a layover in Boston. SWA is my usual US based airline, and I have not flown Jet Blue for years. I was impressed with the level of customer service, from the ticketing/check in at DCA, to the flight crews on both legs of the flight. Their boarding process is easy to understand. You have a preassigned seat. There were no hassles about carryons. Tge flight attendants were very helpful as people were boarding and stowing bags above. They offer a choice of four free snacks, and they have some nice beverage choices, like the Bubly blackberry sparkling water. It was a long travel day for us, flying coast to coast, but Jet Blue did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience. read more

I have been a loyal JetBlue flier for years but it is now obvious they don't care about quality any longer. My flight was delayed due to operational issues not weather and when asking for help they said I can rebook tomorrow or cancel and get a refund. I explained the inconvenience calmly and specifically and was told I can ask for help on the website and will hear back within 7 business days. So my time or satisfaction does not matter to them. Maybe it will matter to another airline. I intend to find out! read more

Alexis was helpful receptive and kind at gate C28 Fri July 18 flt 1441 direct non stop to MVY. Had to go to the desk for a few things a few times. She updated my account profile to include global entry (pre check) for future flights. She also checked my carry on bag at the gate without charge. The flight was on time, easy and the landing was notably smooth. read more

Garbage airline... Force you to check bags when you're with a group. Extremely unfriendly flight attendance who yell at kids. This was my first and only experience with them as I typically fly American, United and Delta... Even a lower tier airline like frontier is preferable to these people. Not only will I make it a point to not select them personally, but I will be writing a letter to the school to avoid this airline. read more

i booked a flight by jet blue airlines from washington iad to boston logan airport. one way on the 21st of march at 1255. jet blue booked it on united airlines. i had to cancel the flight on the 17th of march four days before the flight. when i called jet blue airlines to cancel they refused to refund the money. instead they gave me credit and they withheld the taxes paid, around 25 dollars tellling that taxes are not refundable. in other words they kept the taxes on a flight they i cancelled. avoid jet blue airlines at all costs. a most dishopnest airlines read more

Me and my mom woke up knowing that our flight was delayed 2 hours, because there was a "STORM". THAT IS JUST THE BEGINNING OF A 9 HOUR WAIT IN THE AIRPORT!!!! We got to the airport and everything was normal, then we got to our gate and #1 the chargers didn't work at our gate.of course. Then we checked her phone and it was supposed to board at 11:45, let me remind you that currently it was 2:00. Then we kept checking and checking if our flight to Boston would actually depart. It was 5 45 and the plane has not even LEFT the airport that it was supposed to leave to pick us up oh wait I JUST got a notification MY FLIGHT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE AT 12pm IS NOW POSTPONED TO LEAVING AT 8:11PM!!!! We ask to get on a different flight to Boston and guess what?!?! IT LEAVES THE AIRPORT AT 8:30!!!!! WHAT TYPE OF AIRLINE DOES THIS!?!?! I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PLANE TO LEAVE BOSTON SO I CAN GO TO BOSTON!!!!! (And the storm is now in Pennsylvania and I am in Washington DC!) read more

I had a 8:00am flight to and it's 13:32 and here I still sit. My first time using JetBlue because it was the only airline with direct flights. Funny thing is I still had the same 5 hour layover before f even got one a flight. Hopefully the flight is one to remember... so far 2.0 stars read more

Jet Blue sucks rocks! My flight was supposed to depart at 7:00am this morning. It is now 11:00 am and I am still sitting in this damn terminal. Every other hour they delay the flight further. Yes... I get it the airplane needs to be fixed. Now that being said I really don't want to get in this "fixed" flight but my family is expecting me. I will definitely avoid Jet Blue like the plague after this horrible experience. Keep treating your planes and passengers crappy and you will go out of business like the rest of the sub-par airlines read more

We have been JetBlue flyers for a good 23 years now. Only airline we've took to Florida from Boston for many years, and occasionally to Las Vegas. JetBlue has joined the rest. Now they are another airline. Not only did they separate my son and I on a flight, they made us and others haul almost a half mile in minutes to catch a flight. While in flight, one of their employees on JetBlue chat told me to "wake up the guys next to me, for the confirmation number of my travel ticket." Idiots. It takes a lot to make me angry, but Jet Blue said "go to the gate afterwards." I did. Nice ladies but I was told to call 1-800-Jet-Blue. 30 minutes of wait time. The lady I dealt with was kind, especially after being dumped twice with "sorry for the inconvenience " with the chat feature. Yet she said her manager, despite my sprained ankle being swollen, "refused to do anything." I had compromised "waving the luggage fee," as a way for the airline to take responsibility. Not a chance. Their stock has dropped a lot with investors and I see why. Jet Blue, you used to be the best, now you are the modern US Airways, as you absolutely don't care one iota and it shows. I will pay extra to fly with any other airline. read more

Save yourself the hassle!! They don't even have an email to reach them with concerns when your flight doesn't go as planned. This is what happen to me on April 2nd 22. My flight was canceled 2 hrs before my flight was expected to depart from the airport. My initial flight was scheduled to leave Saturday, April 2nd at 11:45am. I wasn't notified until after I paid the taxi to transport me, paid for a COVID test, and needed to find a place to stay for the night. The JetBlue employees were no help and didn't know what to say when I asked about hotel accommodations. They asked me to wait around the airport until someone could figure out instead of suggesting to call or text me. If my flight is canceled and I haven't eaten why would I want to wait around for an update that hasn't been given a time frame? By the time they called to give an update on the accommodations it was two/three hours later. They expected me to travel back to the airport with my finances to get the voucher, but I asked how long it would take and once again they weren't able to give me a response. They expected me to travel back to the airport and wait around for the bus driver but we're unable to give a set time of their scheduled arrival. As a result of missing my flight I have had to pay back deposits to customers that I will no longer be able to service. My flight was rescheduled for Sunday, April 3rd at 11:45am the next day. I arrive at the airport at 8am and receive an email that my flight has been delayed until 2pm. Shortly after the first notice I received about the delay in the flight that no one at your company knew about, the employee told me my flight was still scheduled at the original time and to grab my bags. Maybe 15mins later the system updated and she was able to see what the email had already told me. Why am I as a customer getting notified way before your actual employees? Maybe 10mins after the JetBlue system finally updated the JetBlue employee then informs me that my flight was once again canceled and wouldn't be leaving until tomorrow afternoon. At this point I have traveled to the airport 3 times at $40 a ride and another $40 to leave the airport yet again. I asked again on this second day of cancelations and was informed that none of the JetBlue passengers would be compensated with hotel vouchers or anything. We were instructed that we needed to figure it out on our own. The two extra nights in Jamaica cost me $500 total to take care of my sleeping arrangements. The worse part about all of it is even after all of these inconveniences I was still put on another flight for Monday, April 4th that will be taking me to Orlando, Florida for another over night stay that will be paid for by me because JetBlue refused to make accommodations after canceling multiple flights. As a result of JetBlue canceling two flights back to back and blaming the lack of crew members being available has cost me my job. I have been taken off the schedule until things can get resolved somehow. And on top of that my family is dealing with some pressing issues that I am needed for but haven't been able to attend due to the unprofessional and just outright despicable behavior from JetBlue and it's trained employees. As a result of all of these issues created by JetBlue, with no attempt at correcting the situation I am requesting 4 complimentary round trip tickets to destinations of my choosing equal to the flight cost necessary to travel to Jamaica and neighboring islands/countries. There needs to be an email address available for customers to make formal complaints. The live chat agents are not effectively or efficient with handling important issues. The live agent I received was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. So when I want to file a complaint against the live agent, I am expecting to contact another live agent? That makes no sense!!! How is a JetBlue customer or employee suppose to email the company concerns? Why don't the supervisors have this information ready for customers. The Supervisor, YesAnne, was rude, unknowledgeable, and lied about being the supervisor when I asked to speak to one when arriving on Sunday after the first canceled flight. She gave me two different emails and both of them did not work. read more

After a terrible experience with Jet Blue where our luggage was lost on a 1.5 hr flight from Boston to Richmond (and not sent to us until 6 days into our vacation) I was so pleasantly surprised to get outstanding help (and empathy!) from the Jet Blue Richmond ticketing agent, Jennifer. She originally helped us file the report when we arrived at Richmond and then helped us get reimbursed for the costs we incurred from the lost luggage on our return flight to Boston. She was so sympathetic to everything we had gone through during this trip. I can't say enough about her stellar customer service. It changed my negative feelings about Jet Blue. read more

I'd give this piece of shit airline no stars if I could. DO NOT FLY JETBLUE. They suck ass. 25 hour flight delay due to their raggedy ass windshield cracking. & no one gave us advance notice. Just got detained and questioned by federal law enforcement for a same sex kiss (a peck on the lips!) on a flight because some homophobic passengers complained. I would like commend Gary , DCA Regan. Going Above and Beyond in customer service Jet Blue need more Employee like Gary This is a little late but I never forgot. 2016 August. I had multiple Murphy law happen to me at the airport. Nothing was going right. I was early for my flight and everything got checked in. But somehow I still did not make it to the flight. I needed to be back to Las Vegas asap. I approach Gary at the counter at Jet Blue. I explained to Gary my issues and problem. Gary showed compassion and apathy to my issue. His wiliness to help me and was able to find the best possible scenario impressed me. I went to 6 other airline counter I was given the cold shoulder. Gary's Customer Services and Knowledge surpassed them all. If anyone in Jet Blue truly deserves a commendation, it is you. Thank you for all you do everyday dealing with passengers Murphy law like mine. Your excellent performance and professionalism have really changed my perception about Jet Blue services, and I really appreciate your hard work and commitment to make Jet Blue Excellent Gary thanks for the help. sorry for the late review read more

Absolutely terrible!!! Felt like I was flying Spirit, with the bait and switch costs at the gate. Upon boarding, we were told we would have to check our carry-on bags. They charged us $65 to check each bag, but nothing was mentioned about any of this until we were actually boarding our flight. Find another airline. This company is predatory and tries to scam families. Thought I was booking with a legit and reputable airline, but turns out they are no different than other budget companies. Just be up front about total prices, instead of forcing consumers to pay hidden exorbitant last-minute fees on top of flight costs. Also, no video was available on the headrest monitors for entire duration of the flight from FL to DC. Total scam. Will never fly another mile with this shady company again! read more

Jet Blue located in National Airport was easy to get to. Both my hubby were TSA pre checked. Lots of gates at this airport and my families flight to Boston was conveniently located at the next gate to Ft. Lauderdale's. The gate itself lacked the amenities of a charging station. This is always a necessity these days especially if you have to entertain yourself from your phone during the flight. Thankfully this flight had screens located in the seat in front of us to watch our favorite television program. That I did by watching two continuous hours of the Housewives of Orange County while hubby watched sports news from his seat. This flight had a smaller aircraft so seating was in two's from your left and right sides. Perfect for us as one of us would have a middle seat normally as I prefer the aisle and hubby the window. On the flight to DCA the flight attendant made my day and fixed me a cup of hot tea as I slept through the regular service. Also was very happy as I booked these flights six months in advance using frequent flier points for me and hubby. The good news is that going and coming to DCA no one took our carry on as we had limited time to spend at our destination and hate when they take passengers bags because they oversold the flight. read more

This was the best airline experience I have had and we actually left early for Washington from JAX. The pilot was incredibly nice and reassuring when we encountered heavy turbulence in a storm. The crew from Boston were so nice and helpful. Thank you to them! read more

It does the trick. DC is not that big on JetBlue however it's a reliable airline. More like 3.5 in DC. They hardly have any place for the baggage claim area. Two other JetBlue flights' baggage was coming the same time our flight's baggage was coming. So it took longer than expected. Your first bag is free but the second bag is $50. They increased the price from 25 bucks to 50 in May 2014. Double price is just no fun. I guess I will be traveling super light next time. The lady who informed us felt bad about the situation, I'm sure passengers give her a tough time about it. And we tried not to make a big deal about it. Positive: The employees of JetBlue are super nice and consistent in their customer service. Overall a good airline to fly on compared to others who charge you for everything such as snacks, drinks, even for one baggage and other hidden fees. Safe flying.~ read more

My second favorite airline after Delta. I love that they have televisions. Watching a good movie or cool documentary makes a flight ten times better. They took away the free checked bag (be warned they board back to front so overhead space is tight up front sometimes) but still have free TV/satellite radio as long as you remember your earbuds. It's $5 if you forget them but still beats reading the in-flight drink menu for the duration of your flight! You might get lucky like I was and your flight might be one of the lucky few where they're testing free wifi which means you could theoretically live Yelp them in the air. They do have free soft drinks and your choice of a few different snacks from a basket which sadly puts them above some other airlines these days. Everyone with the airline has always been friendly and they're cheaper than most so they'll due for an airline these days. read more

Zero starts if I could..... I was to catch a flight from DCA to FLL to Kingston. In short they said stay here at DCA for their next open flight in 2 days or get on this flight to FLL and your on your own. ....They held no accountability for I had to rebook in FLL at another airline and got to KINGSTON 10 hours later at my own expense. My experience flying with Jetblue this week was awful. My flight was significantly delayed on both legs of my trip and JetBlue took no responsibility for any of it when I called to cancel my future flight with them. I've never had issues like this with any other airline and I fly quite frequently. My departure flight was delayed and we were only told after we had already boarded and left the gate. So we had to sit on the plane for almost 2 hours before even taking off, for a flight that should've only been 1.5 hours. JetBlue said once the plane leaves the gate, it's no longer their fault. My return flight was delayed 3 times, and I found out as I was already on my way to the airport. My pre-selected seat was also mysteriously changed by the airline when I arrived. JetBlue said delays were due to weather, although there were no bad weather alerts anywhere along the route (I checked online). The customer service agent then looked again and said the weather delays happened 2 flights before mine, in which case the airline would've known about them more than 2-3 hours before my flight. Completely ridiculous, and clearly trying to avoid blame for handling it poorly by saying it was the weather's fault. The least they could've done was refund me for the cancellation fee of my future flight (which I have cancelled because of this terrible experience), but they wouldn't even do that. They clearly do not respect their customers and I feel I was treated unfairly. I will not be flying with JetBlue again. read more

First time flying with jetBlue, and I must say it was a great experience! I almost wish they would replace some other airlines (such as Delta) on international legs. What I liked? The experience was different from even before they started boarding. The announcements were prompt and clear, and they seemed to make an appropriate, repeated effort in seeking cooperation from travellers to make it easier for those needing extra assistance to wheel through the crowd and board. The legroom was impressive, crew were friendly and efficient, and the drink and snack options were great - bottled and canned drinks and an interesting variety of bags of chips and cookies (corn chips, blue potato and sweet potato chips, etc.). I also appreciated their effort in collecting rubbish using two separate bags for recycling cans and plastic bottles. All in all, what a surprise! And oh, thank god for none of the Delta's awful and tired pretzels and biscuits. read more

Shamefull service, no values as a company. 40 some kids, delayed since yesterday from flight 1979 from Reagan Airport. They are 11 year old kids waiting since 5 pm yesterday. Even food we as parents had to complain in order for the airline to react. They are still waiting 8 + hours, and every single hour they get another delay.... stop playing with humans, especially with kids. Aren't you parents as well??? Send them to a hotel to sleep properly, they are kids! First delay understandable due to weather, the rest only sorry excuses, lack of coordination and no care for humane behavior.
