Staff was super friendly and they were helping an inexperienced customer next to us become confident enough to try this fun sport. I think they gave her some free ground school before launching them, which is A+++. $25pp/hour was a reasonable rate, and they didn't mind we went a little over our hour. Staff carried boards to town dock for us to launch. Only thing that would have earned 5 stars (and a tip to the staff) would have been seeing us on our return trip and helping us transport the boards back the shop (it's right across the street though). With a 13 year old niece I could manage carrying both, but if one or both of the young helpers were around it would have been a quick $10 tip IMO. All in all, great small business and it's the 2nd summer I have rented from them. If I haven't bit the bullet and bought some boards by next summer I will be renting from them again! P.S. They are selling off their rentals right now for around $650 a board... great time to pick up a lightly used SUP!

The staff was incredible starting with Mike Soucy working with me to secure a boat for the week that we needed it, after securing the dates the communication was amazing as they reached out multiple times via phone calls, text and email keeping us updated on everything that we needed to know to include an online safety test so that we were 100% familiar with the boat and the rules governing the pond or lakes that we were on days before we actually got to camp we received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Ben this is another staff member at Port Harbor Marina he told me that he would give me a call a day before we would arrive and let me know where the boat would be dropped off and let me know a member of the Port Harbor Marina staff member would meet us the day that they drop it off at the boat ramp insure enough that morning they called us to let us know that they were on their way and that they would meet us there we get out to the boat ramp just as they were backing down I met up with Nate another member of the team at Port Harbor Marina he went over the entire boat with me asked me if I had any additional questions showed me where all the life preservers were and once again asked me before I actually took off for the boat if I had any additional questions I shared with him that I did not and I appreciated him going over everything with me he said that someone would call day before it was going to be picked up just to double check in on everything and make sure that we were still on sure enough on June 30 I received a phone call from Ben letting me know that he would meet me at around 445 at the same boat ramp that they dropped it off at. During this week we cannot even imagine being without this boat now because we had such a great time my family and I on this boat we enjoyed our trips around the pond and just relaxing on this boat I would highly recommend Port Harbor Marina for all of your boating needs they have a professional knowledgeable staff super helpful and the boat was absolutely beautiful and in great condition, Port Harbor Marina has a A+ operation

It was super luxe with an awesome sound system, a canopy for shade, plenty of storage and tons of room for everyone to sit. They don't call it the minivan of the boating world for nothing! Lol The team that set us up was great and they took their time orienting us to the boat. Adding on the SEA BEAST took the adventure up a level and the kids had a blast being pulled behind the boat. We lucked out with beautiful weather the water was amazing. The lake was warmer than the ocean, clear and refreshing. Even though my husband thought leaving our beach vacation for a day on the lake was nuts-- he thanked me later. We can't wait come rent a boat again!

It's different from some of the larger boats I've been on, and I liked it just as well. There is definitely a more intimate feeling on the smaller boat. I am completely frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service I have had with GND right from the beginning with my 1st purchase of the 2 pieces I bought in 2024. I actually looked around and sought out other dock companies before deciding that at least your company would have my original plans and dock design and it would be easier to assemble the next 2 sections I was buying, but I was WRONG. I had explained to you that I was having to tow this dock system across the lake and needed to have 2 floats on the floating piece. On the morning of delivery I was informed that there was only one float on both pieces. How did you really think that I was going to tow this setup across the lake with 1 float? Seriously? I had told you more than 1 time I needed 2 floats and it was probably on a phone call so it is not documented so it never happened You said to me that you can not attach floats to a dock that has not been set up to attach the floats, See pictures. I didn't have any problems attaching 3 floats to the pieces I just bought. So included here are pictures of you SCREWING up your measurements of hinge line up from this new piece to my old piece with SPECIFIC explanation of the dock hinge line up STATING that the hinge line up would be configured with YOUR dock measurements to ensure that they would go together correctly with the new pieces I was buying down the road, 2026 You totally messed up your hinge placement engineering of my new dock to fit my old dock pieces. I am totally screwed by your incompetence of YOUR customer service communication. I will NEVER Recommend your company and will only speak of my DISSATISFACTION of your integrity and lack of customer service Bruce S. Pierce
