Our Signature Fundraiser "Cruisin' for a Cause" landed on a night with 28‑mph winds, microbursts, and conditions that made it impossible for the boat to leave the dock--but Ryan and his team handled every challenge with professionalism, calm, and genuine kindness. They welcomed all of our running around as we set up food, raffles, and the silent auction, and when the weather shifted at the last minute, they helped us move everything inside without hesitation. Their attitude was easygoing and supportive throughout, always reminding us that safety comes first, and making sure our guests were comfortable. Thanks to their flexibility and generosity, our "dock party" turned into a wonderful, memorable night. The view was still gorgeous, the bartenders were friendly, the beautiful boat rocked just enough to feel fun, and the atmosphere was full of community spirit. Ryan himself was an enthusiastic supporter of CWCO, and his partnership helped make our fundraiser a true success. We are already looking forward to next year. The Songo River Queen crew turned a windy night into a celebration--and we couldn't have asked for better hosts.

I absolutely adored it and purchased it. Not a typical purchase for me but the whole experience was so nice and genuine and made me so happy! So glad I stopped into this shop. If you are seeking peace and quiet, I would look for other options. But the water in the lake was relatively warm (ideal for swimming compared to the frigid waters of Maine's coastline). Also, the water was very clear and clean. One interesting note is that Sebago Lake provides the water supply for the entire city of Portland, ME. The tap water there had a delicious, clean taste from the fresh water of Sebago Lake.

My son had lots of questions and we were there over an hour. Other customers came as well and they were patient and attentive. My son purchased a kayak, paddles and paid a small fee to have a rack installed to drive it home. (See pic) They had a lot of tips to share and were very enthusiastic to share them. A side note I went there a few years ago for snowmobile gear and it was the same experience. I am completely frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service I have had with GND right from the beginning with my 1st purchase of the 2 pieces I bought in 2024. I actually looked around and sought out other dock companies before deciding that at least your company would have my original plans and dock design and it would be easier to assemble the next 2 sections I was buying, but I was WRONG. I had explained to you that I was having to tow this dock system across the lake and needed to have 2 floats on the floating piece. On the morning of delivery I was informed that there was only one float on both pieces. How did you really think that I was going to tow this setup across the lake with 1 float? Seriously? I had told you more than 1 time I needed 2 floats and it was probably on a phone call so it is not documented so it never happened You said to me that you can not attach floats to a dock that has not been set up to attach the floats, See pictures. I didn't have any problems attaching 3 floats to the pieces I just bought. So included here are pictures of you SCREWING up your measurements of hinge line up from this new piece to my old piece with SPECIFIC explanation of the dock hinge line up STATING that the hinge line up would be configured with YOUR dock measurements to ensure that they would go together correctly with the new pieces I was buying down the road, 2026 You totally messed up your hinge placement engineering of my new dock to fit my old dock pieces. I am totally screwed by your incompetence of YOUR customer service communication. Their porta potties were so nasty and smell horrid but guess what the one that they have chained closed that says employees only was such a clean toilet! there's hardly any beach there they allow too much people on there at the time so you're overcrowded and the small little beach area that there is so they can make more money!
