The instructor Kim was thoughtful, checked in with me after all the exercises that could've been challenging post-recovery, and she was also hilarious! She gives out a free pair of grip socks during classes, hiding them in the boxes used during some workouts, and she worked the class hard, correcting posture and keeping us motivated! I really enjoyed the class and was pleasantly surprised with the studio's menu of classes. There's a small room in the back for private pilates classes and a nice selection of class options from aerial yoga to jumpboard! Kim also talked about themed classes around various holidays of the year which sound really fun! Cant wait to come back here!

Natallia understands that everyone learns at their own pace and is extremely patient and supportive. What I as a senior citizen appreciate very much is that at the beginning of each session Natallia asks whether any body part is particularly painful that day and then adjusts the exercises to accommodate my limitations. She pushes me to work like any normal person even though half my body is weak and spastic. She forces me to work on symmetry which is the opposite of my body's natural state. The studio is calming, beautiful and very clean. It is also very handicapped accessible for me. I have become stronger and more stable in the time I have worked with Natallia. I am 75 and my wife has recently been going to Planet Fitness for half of what I pay at RWJ Fitness. I am seriously considering ending my membership here because of the cost. i have spoken to various managers about a senior discount, but only get an apology. I am disappointed that there is not a senior discount or some flexibility for long standing members. I would appreciate a response to this feedback. Thank you.
