I usually do classes with Ivy and Gina, previously also Molly and Sarah when they're around, but it's all great! I wish I had the time to go more than 1-2x a week.

I wanted to join a place that kept me motivated to keep coming back. The instructors here at Hybrid do just that. Each class we learn something new and the instructors make sure that we are doing the moves correctly, thus not injuring ourselves. Mr Mike teaches most of the classes and he's great! Very energetic and passionate about his craft. He helps get you sweating those pounds off in the short and quick 50min classes. In a few months, I dropped a dress size and lost about 15 pounds! The option to go Mon thru Sat is awesome too and the schedule is accommodating to the busy-bee. The other members that go there are friendly and cheer each other on, so there is a lot of support. We all have a good time staying in shape, learning new things, and improving on what we know! Sign up for a few classes and give it a shot!

The classes and instructors here are truly some of the finest in the industry. A special shoutout to Sandy, Ruth, Reena, and Payal for world-class Yoga classes; Sakshi, Aanchal, Hollia, and Srividya for Zumba; and EJ, Marilyn, and Angela for Pilates and Total Body. Full credit also goes to Christine, who is a great leader and manages a wonderful team overall. The only downside is the front desk; they lack warmth and look unhappy to see a member walk in. But the rest of the activities in the club and the other wonderful staff more than make up for the hostility at the front desk."

Before I joined I was already eating healthy and running 5 times a week. CrossFit helped make me a stronger (injury free!) runner and keeps me on track with eating right. The coaching staff is incredibly supportive and encouraging. I think you'll get the MOST out of Stealth 2 if you're open to meeting new people. Classes move quickly, so you're not going to get a ton of 1-on-1 attention during every WOD. The coaches will correct your form and offer advice, but they can only do so much in a packed, 45 min. class. Show up on Thursday or Sunday for open gym if you want to do more targeted work. The gym's really starting to pick up steam, so make sure you download the MindBody app and sign into classes BEFORE you pull into the parking lot. I've made that mistake before. Forgetting to sign in or being late = Burpees. Arrive 10-15 min. before your class starts -- that leaves you enough time to stretch out and let's you watch the previous class finish up the WOD. When I was new, I found it helped put me at ease if I watched other people do the workout before I tackled it.
