I started off virtual in the middle of the Covid 19, and that is what convinced me. They are legit virtual workouts, not someone just saying "go, lift higher, yes, great, you can do it". I LEGIT came out of those workouts sore. On top of that, I started going to outdoor workouts. And like I said, when my body is sore then I know the workouts are effective. The coaches and the members are so welcoming and they teach you technique, they are not just trying to conduct class, and "peace'ing out". Also, you get VARIETY. I can't even explain it, the workouts are programmed differently every month or so... I suggest you give it a trial run, and let me know what you think. I've seen them training school-aged and college athletes, soccer moms, pudgy dads, Spartan-racers and everything in between. I do "bootcamp" 5-6 times per week, which is a one-hour, high intensity butt-kicking that can include anything from chin-ups and pushups to tire-flipping and sledgehammers. And squats. Lots of squats. The workouts are flexible and scalable depending on the individual's needs, so a wide range of people can work out together. The trainers all do a great job of understanding the needs of the athletes, and keeping the workouts varied so it doesn't get boring or repetitive. There's great camaraderie among the boot camp crew, and we occasionally go to happy hour at the Riverside Inn, so there's that too.

Trainer comes up with attitude that I'm using the space despite walking away for 30+ minutes. Came really disrespectful specifically to me despite others also using the space. Came up mid set of mine and only placed a ball down and told me I can't be using the area. What irks me is that there were two people also there using the cable machine. And I've seen other people using it. There was a 30-1hr gap between his clients in which no other trainer was using the area. I was already using it for a while completing 4 sets prior too. I don't mind moving if you have a client but just gotta lmk since I don't see any schedules posted. Otherwise a good gym with good equipment

I'm a proud ClassPass member, and I noticed that this business has been offered on the CP platform for well over a year now, with the slimmest availability--Usually the classes will say "notify me when a spot becomes available." So for the first time I saw an open class and was so excited to finally experience this... I have a strict budget around fitness/wellness classes so if it's not offered under my ClassPass I won't participate. Upon booking the poolside sound bath class for 7/7/25 at 7:30pm on a Monday; I invited a friend to meet me there. My friend does not have ClassPass, so I encouraged her to book through their website so we could go together.... Only to wake up the morning of to a cancelled reservation. So I called... No answer. Then I sent a message through Instagram and the owner responded promptly just to tell me that they mistakenly have availability out on ClassPass but do not accept bookings through this platform... How irresponsible?! There's always so many rules in place for lateness or no shows but what happens when the business is on the other side of this? No accountability taken whatsoever. People move things around in their schedules to show up and support businesses like this so not only did I feel like my time and money wasn't valued because "I'm a ClassPass member" but the owner had no remorse for her wrong doing of offering classes on CP to begin with. She was so worried about "filling tonight's class" that she wouldn't even look at the situation for what it was and accommodate us... All I asked was that my friend be either refunded or credited for the class since we couldn't go together anymore. This establishment is greedy! And the owner is very money hungry. I was offered a 50% off discount to book this one time after going back and forth... I honestly feel like it was only offered to shut me up. So I will NOT be using the discount code or supporting this business ever again. Experiences like this are supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable; why would I book a class here after feeling like I'm not wanted in the first place? I can't believe them!
