While the facility is clean, there's ample parking, and the machines are always in working condition I think it's best that I try another location. Also, I understand that the gym wants to maintain safety and reduce clutter by requiring no bags on the gym floor... but when you want to bring items like water, towel, a jump rope and other things it seems idiotic to have to carry all these things in your hands. Possibly the club should invest in small cubbies upstairs for people who want to bring in items for workout purposes. 3 stars for working machines, clean facility and parking.

There is no pretentiousness here, staff is always friendly and encourage people to try different classes. They have many different classes all the way from Tai-Chi to HIIT, and the most popular and numerous class Zumba! The classes are 45 min classes which suits your average Y member just fine. All of the instructors are very encouraging and nice! They have a gym area with a lot of cardio and weight machines, a small area in the back for all the hardcore types. They do not pump music into the gym area. They also have a Kinesis studio and a cycle room. All areas including the locker rooms are very clean and well kept. Free childcare is also offered! There is a small cafe in the lobby that is open during the day. The other gym on Tucker Ave is where the pool and indoor basketball courts are, they have a small gym there too, but it has older machines. The price is great; I pay $83 a month for a family membership. Many times during the year they offer free signup.
