I love working out at Fit Body Workx! Whenever I visit my sister in Kearny we start our weekend off kickboxing, and the classes are always such a good workout. And they are really welcoming too, sometimes you go to a gym and feel out of place, but not here! Through the stay at home orders, Diego has been hosting daily workouts via Zoom. This has been a great way to stay in shape while being home! I would highly recommend the virtual classes and in-person classes. read more

Diego at Fitbodyworkx is one of the best around. In just one month of training, I've dropped 21.6 lbs. No weights! Just using my body as resistance. I came in at 261 and am now 240. Try the free week. You have nothing to lose except weight & excuses. Fitbodyworkx rocks! read more

I love Fitbody Workx! Diego and Mark have helped me achieve my goals and I look forward to our sessions. They make class fun and enjoyable, they're both motivational and will push you to be your very best. I have a history of sports-related injuries and they both modify the workouts to ensure I am still getting the best workout while strengthening. I hated going to the gym in the past but now I look forward to attending these classes daily. Everyone that attends these classes is very welcoming. Diego does very well working with beginners personally during group classes to help everyone understand the workouts and to prevent injury. This also allows you to work at your own pace, but beware once he knows how far you can push he will push you to that level every time..lol. Now with the pandemic and the health restrictions they do a great job of sanitizing the facility while classes rotate in and out. Everyone needs a fun stress relief to look forward to at the end of the day, this is the place. They even let you try the classes out before you commit to joining. This is an investment you will not regret making. read more

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. I have been coming to FitBodyWorkx since July 2017 and I have been loving it ever since. It started with the location, so close to home and the Owner/Trainer Diego!! Diego makes you feel comfortable, and will support you and motivate you the whole time. He will even text you multiple times to make sure you don't slack lol. The Trainers are very knowledgeable and eager to help and will take their time to teach you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I highly recommend this place! read more

Great place for full body work out. Training is awesome so worth every penny can't find a better deal anywhere ! Trainers are amazing and care about each and every person ! Excellent work out and highly recommended! The instructors Diego and Mark are fun, enthusiastic and passionate - they pushing you to do your best, without being tyrants :) This is a wonderful new gym to the neighborhood and I hope everyone will give them a try - you'll be surprised how fun working out and sweating can be. read more

What a great work out at Fit Body Workx! What I like most about the gym is that it is not the same work out every day like other Kickboxing gyms that I have been to. Every day is something new and exciting that makes me want to keep coming back, I definitely feel like I get a great work out here. I've tried it all! From different gyms to different weight lose regimens. They were all quick fixes and I grew tired of them. I needed something I wanted and craved to continue doing. This is my 2nd yr with Diego and I couldn't ask for a better trainer! With his continuous help I have been able to slim down to my lowest weight ever and have discovered muscles I never knew existed! Mark, is our 2nd trainer and is just as fierce! U will soon discover upon entering Fit Body Workx that u have another set of family, we are all in this together - we motivate, laugh and push each other to do more n to excel! Diego and Mark are Fit body workx! They eat/ sleep/ breath training . There capable of dealing with all levels of trainee. They will push you above and beyond your limits. The classes offer a challenge that integrate focus / breathing/ conditioning. One my fondest attributes to recognize is there ability to find modifications for you. Including , helping you build your strength and flexibility to get past the modifications! I wanna conclude my review by stating You can get on treadmill and burn 525 cal. In 45min. Fit Body Workx offers a few different workouts. I attend the Kickboxing, full body conditioning and the yoga classes. Ive been working out here for almost 2 years, I wish I would have started sooner! Diego (owner/instructor) is the best. He knows how to push everyone to their personal best during each workout. The yoga instructor is awesome as well. As someone who hates building and toning muscle, the classes here keep things interesting since they are constantly changing and challenging you. Diego helps make sure your form is up to par so results are guaranteed.
