A Masterclass in Fitness, Community, and Consistency…read more I've been a proud member of Rise Fitness for years, and I still catch myself saying, "This is the best and most challenging workout ever!"--only for the very next class to top it. That's the Rise effect. Ayo's programming is nothing short of masterful--precise, intentional, and incredibly well-designed. Every workout builds on the last, helping you move better, get stronger, and (let's be honest) look your absolute best while doing it. His approach is both science-driven and people-centered, which is rare and refreshing. But what truly sets Rise apart is the environment. The space is electric, the energy is contagious, and the community is one of the most supportive, encouraging groups you'll ever sweat alongside. These are the kind of members who cheer for you, challenge you, and celebrate every win. Ayo, Sarah, and the entire Rise team have created something genuinely special--a place where showing up feels like leveling up. If you're looking for a gym that transforms you from the inside out, start here. Rise Fitness... just show up. The rest will follow. -Floyd A. | Bloomfield

Something I actually enjoy and look forward to. The welcome and onboarding I received was unlike no other. Jason talked to me for an hour on my intro call! After only 5 minutes, it felt like I've known him for years! They really care about your well being and they take the time to get to know you and your goals (and not just your fitness goals). I haven't missed a class I booked yet. I mean. Never in my life did I roll out of bed willingly for a 6am class. Never! The members are all awesome. And the banter. Hilarious! My favorite part...I get Bootcamp, HIIT, Upper, Lower, CrossFit and my new found hobby...Boxing. I'm never bored and it feels like the first class every time. Utmost respect to the coaches here. Thank you.

If you want to be treated disrespectful by the owners, this is the gym for you…read more I've been going to this gym for a year, and honestly, the only reason I stayed that long was because of my amazing personal trainer. He is professional, kind, and extremely dedicated to his clients. A few other trainers who still work there are also very friendly and respectful -- and they are truly the only good part of this place. Now, let's talk about the gym itself. It's a disaster: * The place constantly smells bad. * There are not enough cleaning or sanitizing products available. * And the biggest issue of all: the air conditioning hasn't worked and the owners say they won't fix it because the building isn't theirs. If you're not happy with it, you're told to leave. Yes, that's how they treat paying customers. In the afternoons, the gym becomes dangerously hot and humid. The floors are so wet .A serious safety hazard. The women's bathroom door has been broken for over a year and still hasn't been fixed. Out of three stalls, one doesn't work.. The gym has apoorly maintained, and the owners are completely negligent and disrespectful. If it weren't for my personal trainer, I would've left a long time ago. If you care about safety, hygiene, basic respect, and a decent environment to train -- stay far away from this gym.
