I honestly assumed one day I'd check out move!, another day Gold's Gym or Riverside Fitness, and basically spread the variety. Instead I was warmly greeted by Kurt, took his Les Mills step class, sweat my butt off, and returned promptly the next day for Pound with Kara, and then again the next day with Kurt with BodyVive/CX combo. We are all well aware the options in Long Valley are few and far between. Basically, this little gym could offer anything and I'd probably still have stopped by and taken the "first class free" promo. But the intensity, enthusiasm, and overall warmth of the instructors and fellow classmates is what had me hooked. Maybe I'm a little nostalgic here, but everyone was super nice and it made me really miss the coziness of my hometown. See you all again next Christmas :-)

After neglecting exercise all of my life, my body began feeling the consequences. For years I bounced between yoga, physical therapy, personal trainers, boxing, deep tissue massage, with little to show for them, and an accelerating rate of injuries. Pilates has helped me understand my body and physiology in ways I never could (sometimes in ways that still don't make rational sense). To not rant on for too long, I can confirm I am hooked on pilates for life. 2. Six Degrees is an incredible studio. Every teacher is supremely skilled not just in their practice but also in coaching. But instead of just taking my word, I think the best evidence is simply the number of students that have been coming to this studio for 10, 15+ years. I can't imagine many other studios and teachers have that kind of track record. It's a special place with special people. P.S. the massages offered there are incredible too. A perfect pairing!

I started at this studio in 2018 and am still going there to this day. My core is strong now and the pain I used to live with even in my younger years is gone and this is happening as I am aging! However, I would be remiss if I didn't say I started Pilates quite awhile ago so these positive changes don't happen overnight. I began Pilates in 2014 in Brookline MA at Integral Pilates ( Coolidge corner)where my pain was so bad I was at wits end. By the time I moved from there in 2018, I was like a new person. I was happy, stronger and thinner. Pilates is different than any other kind of exercise. The closest to Pilates is Yoga but it is still quite different. It makes you feel good about yourself and Pilates is truly an investment in yourself, your health and your happiness.

Came here via classpass yesterday for a Tower flex pilates class, after several months of no…read morepilates due to an injury. The instructor Kim was thoughtful, checked in with me after all the exercises that could've been challenging post-recovery, and she was also hilarious! She gives out a free pair of grip socks during classes, hiding them in the boxes used during some workouts, and she worked the class hard, correcting posture and keeping us motivated! I really enjoyed the class and was pleasantly surprised with the studio's menu of classes. There's a small room in the back for private pilates classes and a nice selection of class options from aerial yoga to jumpboard! Kim also talked about themed classes around various holidays of the year which sound really fun! Cant wait to come back here!

I paid for 2 accounts of their 1 week UNLIMITED pass. It's $50 or so. 1 week is 7 days. They rarely…read moreanswer phone calls and they never answer e-mails. Just beware before pre-purchasing any membership, that they have every limited spots and most days are "waitlist only". It's like this for at last a month out. I kept calling to inquire, and finally the studio manager got back to me, and I asked her if she can roll over the days I won't be able to get in since most of the days were waitlist. The only things she responded with were to gaslight me and say, "well look at it this way, even if you only take 2 classes in your pass, it already pays for itself since one class is $45". I was flabbergasted at her response, that I just laughed it off. No girl, I paid for unlimited classes 7 days, I expect to take at least 1 class for exactly 7 days, whether you have to roll-over the credits due to your over bookings. If you're having issues with not having enough carriages, or your clients overbook, then why advertise to new clients? It's a bait & switch marketing, and scummy. She did help me with delaying my membership start-date to my request. Also she kindly called me early morning the next day to alert me of a slot opening up. Which brings me to my next point, that she eased my concern of "waitlist" bookings, which can open up on the spot or half hour before, even mid-day classes. I'm not a retired person or just laying doing nothing where I can't attend an opening for their waitlist with little notice, or random times in the middle of the day. That comfort gave zero relief to me. I am still waiting to join my first class, and already another issue arises. My 7 day UNLIMITED pass isn't allowing me to book now without prompting me to pay $45. I tried calling, texting, emailing. Nothing. I'll update for any developments.

My friend took me to a…read morepilates class at Pilates Body and Anina, the owner, was so welcoming and her studio was beautiful & clean. I could tell she has built a strong sense of community there. All of the regulars were also very welcoming and helped me with different exercises even though they didn't even work there. I ended up asking my friend if we could go back to do pilates there together a few more times before I had to return back to San Diego. I'm already looking forward to my next Morristown trip and going back to Pilates Body! I feel way stronger even after just 4 workouts. You can tell the owner and other instructors there take pride in their attention to detail to get you the most efficient results!

Super clean, friendly staff, people in the class were super real and nice, and the instructor made it very peaceful and relaxing. I did a restorative yoga class and it's hooked me ever since. I highly recommend!
