Natallia understands that everyone learns at their own pace and is extremely patient and supportive. What I as a senior citizen appreciate very much is that at the beginning of each session Natallia asks whether any body part is particularly painful that day and then adjusts the exercises to accommodate my limitations. Still, Natallia still challenges me in every lesson and I feel that I am getting stronger and more flexible every week. She pushes me to work like any normal person even though half my body is weak and spastic. She forces me to work on symmetry which is the opposite of my body's natural state. The studio is calming, beautiful and very clean. It is also very handicapped accessible for me. I have become stronger and more stable in the time I have worked with Natallia. She takes a very no nonsense approach and takes this seriously. Sessions are all business. I highly recommend Rightway Pilates to anyone especially if you are trying to recover from an injury.

I honestly assumed one day I'd check out move!, another day Gold's Gym or Riverside Fitness, and basically spread the variety. Instead I was warmly greeted by Kurt, took his Les Mills step class, sweat my butt off, and returned promptly the next day for Pound with Kara, and then again the next day with Kurt with BodyVive/CX combo. We are all well aware the options in Long Valley are few and far between. Basically, this little gym could offer anything and I'd probably still have stopped by and taken the "first class free" promo. But the intensity, enthusiasm, and overall warmth of the instructors and fellow classmates is what had me hooked. Maybe I'm a little nostalgic here, but everyone was super nice and it made me really miss the coziness of my hometown. See you all again next Christmas :-)

I am so happy that I discovered this place during the holidays last year! While visiting family, I…read moream always looking for ways to stay active despite being away from my local gym and yoga studios. Not only is this place close to where my family lives, but it's beautiful! Even though I only go to 2-3 classes here a year, the owner always remembers me and greets me warmly. The instructors could not be nicer or more professional, but the workouts are always well planned and fun. I also appreciate the gentle hands-on assists to correct my form and find them very helpful. I've noticed that instructors tend to call people out by name as well, which is very motivating and frankly pretty impressive. As mentioned earlier, the studio is beautiful, immaculately clean (this applies to the bathroom as well) and well stocked with tubes, balls and different weights. I can be quite a judgmental germophobe at times, but it's so clean in the barre room that I did not think twice about allowing my hair to touch the carpeting or using a studio mat. A few other nice features are the water bottle filling station, cubbies for storing your stuff, a boutique with some super cute workout gear and easy parking in a huge lot. The schedule offers classes at many times throughout the day and for all different levels. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a member here!
