There is also the PT space for smaller classes, in the event that two classes overlap. They have all manner of props including some I've never seen at other yoga studios. They have classes at all times of the day - I've been to ones as early as 5:45 AM and as late as 7:30 PM. But what makes it especially great is the many talented instructors. No two are the same, each approaches yoga differently, and most have a great sense of humor. Shout outs to Heather, Sharen, Alison, Kate, Billie, and many others who keep me coming back.

That is not the type of mentality I'm looking for in a yoga studio and should never be promoted. Updating to add that Ali just called me to explain herself and the type of yoga this studio practices. She called it "militant" and stood by her actions in calling me out during class.
