The instructor Kim was thoughtful, checked in with me after all the exercises that could've been challenging post-recovery, and she was also hilarious! She gives out a free pair of grip socks during classes, hiding them in the boxes used during some workouts, and she worked the class hard, correcting posture and keeping us motivated! I really enjoyed the class and was pleasantly surprised with the studio's menu of classes. There's a small room in the back for private pilates classes and a nice selection of class options from aerial yoga to jumpboard! Kim also talked about themed classes around various holidays of the year which sound really fun! Cant wait to come back here!

Shari is the best Pilates instructor I could possibly imagine. I had tried Pilates before her and…read moredidn't think much of it, but Shari has 25 years teaching experience and really understands the whole body and how to customize training to what you need. I went to her after knee surgery because I was having trouble rehabbing my knee without aggravating some arthritis, and she has helped me strengthen in ways that don't cause any problems for me. She has the knowledge of a physical therapist and can help with all kinds of physical issues, but she can also kill you (in a good way) as a personal trainer--IF that's what you want. At 43, even as a prior serious athlete, I am stronger and more toned than ever. She is also fun to be around while she's working with you. The physical therapist for my knee had suggested Pilates to me but said, "Pilates is only as good as your instructor." Shari is THE BEST, so if you want to do this, go to her!
