However, would suggest flavoring the icing to really bring out that lemon flavor and maybe even placing a few fresh blueberries on top. Going to assume the dryness is just because they were premade and being a festival they had to be cut prior (assuming all prep would have to occur the few days before). Judging by the look im sure a fresh cut piece is much moister.
