Last saturday, my windshield cracked towards the end of the carwash tunnel. Immediately after, I spoke with an employee who gave me the manager's # to call on Monday. So i waited monday morning to call and he didn't answer. I have been trying to call the store to get hold of the manager Anthony at two different locations for 2 days so that I can discuss this with him and left messages. I have been going back and forth calling the stores wenatchee and east wentachee. Everytime I call the employees would say he just left. Today I spoke with Dale at east wenatchee which I drove in person. First he told me to call and I said it didn't work. So Dale tried and it didn't work either then He told me he was at wenatchee location and I should drive there to catch him. so I drove there and I got there and employees said he was in the car. Anthon drove off and gave a hand wave shoo shoo( go away ) to the employee or me. That was extremely unprofessional. He can't even talk to me in person or on the phone. He can't even hear my story just keeps ignoring a customer. Why is he a manager? Employee saw what he did when driving off and didn't stop for the employee either. I am just blown away with the poor service from Jetpro's manager. The employees really tried their best to help but manager seems very shady. I really hope the owners see this, because we as customers shouldn't be having to hunt down the manager just to speak to him.. read more

I had a great experience coming here in the past until they changed their belt that moves the car. My car stopped moving in the middle of the wash while the car behind me kept on going. The truck behind me hit my car causing paint damage. Accidents happen and that's a given, it's about the solution to the problem which in this case was not great. Directly after the accident I was told that Jet Pro "will take care of me" as they have been having issues with the new belt malfunctioning. I filled out paperwork related to the incident. After a few days I reached out to Jet Pro to be told that they have been busy as they had a lot of claims with other cars being hit and that they will get back to me as soon as they can. Few more days went by and I called again and at that time I spoke with the manager and was told that Jet Pro "will not be taking care of me" and blamed the incident on me. Stating that I hit the brakes while in the wash. I have gone through this car wash dozens of times over the past few years with no incident. Why would I hit the breaks this time? And at what point did I hit the breaks, when I realized that I wasn't moving and was told to pull forward out of the wash. Attendants did not react to the situation fast enough to stop the car behind me from ramming me. A little more space between cars could have been given knowing that the new belt was malfunctioning. Also please don't lie to your customers that you will take care of them and no follow through. I missed my opportunity to collect the other drivers' information who hit me from behind due to the fact you told me that you will take care of me and had the other driver leave. As much as I appreciate the hard-working attendants at this car wash, I will not be going back to any of the Jet Pro car wash stations. I'm still waiting for my membership to be cancelled. I think we are two months in. Please refund me for those months as the funds will be going towards the car repair. read more

Been using Jet Pro for 10+ years. Always courteous, the tunnel moves fairly quickly, and the hand drying is decent. They do appear to use DI water for a final rinse, so no spots. My only gripe is that at the moment they are the only tunnel in town, another coming soon, and they haven't had a fully functional system in like 2 years. One of the right spinning brushes is dead. I asked them a few times and have a similar excuse, waiting on the part, it just arrived, waiting to install it, yada yada yada. Yet, I get charge full price for the wash. I do not expect a free vacuum, even though this is typical in Montana and Idaho. I do like they offer a monthly rate, but add sales tax so it does creep up. read more

I've enjoyed using Jet Pro Express in East Wenatchee since we moved here three years ago. Last week, they really went over and above. When the Automatic Express Wash didn't get all the baked-on bugs off, I showed the attendant and he invited me to pull my car into one of the self-wash bays. Their Vacuum hose blew under my car as I was backing out of the parking area. Of course I was looking behind me not to the front. About $2000.00 dollars damage to my bumper and fender. I do have the incident on dash cam video. Very poor response to a damage claim, they tell me they will not pay to repair the car. Be Careful. I was on a road trip passing through Wenatchee. I went to Jet Pro and purchased the "executive" car wash for $14. No vacuuming done, and clerk told me the vacuums are old and don't really work. I was given 2 wet wipes to clean my car interior. After the wash, I found dirt streaks all over the rear of my car, and worst of all, the paint had been scraped off of the backside or both rear views mirrors! If you value your car, don't bring it here! read more

Have to wash my truck after washing my truck. This was a great car wash for the first 3 years and has slowly gone down hill but today was a total fail and no explanation. Sprays the car but only takes the brush to 3 sides and does not do the back window. No antennae removal. Get to the end where the blower is supposed to dry 80% of the rig and the kid turns it off and has me pull forward where he hand drys just 40% of the truck. When I ask what's going on with the dryer and why only partial hand dry he just shrugs and looks at me. As soon as my last 2 prepaid washes are done I am done with this place. I've been coming here 15 years with no problems. That streak ended today at 8am. I and the customer if front of me had to wait 3 to 4 minutes while the 2 employees shared some story they thought was funny. As I exited the employee who was supposed to wipe down my car finished his texting first and then proceeded to due a terrible job. I have rain guards over my windows, he never touched these. Nor did he wipe the grill. And only half wiped the windows. All the way home I had water and soap blowing on my windshield and down the sides of my truck. When I arrived home I had to wipe the whole thing down. I HOPE this was an isolated incident. If I it occurs a second time I will be going elsewhere. read more

Went in with my pickup, explained to Jose(employee) that last time it didn't get clean, tires, wheels, & the back. I was told that I have to pay extra to get a clean vehicle & these items aren't part of the vehicle, an argument ensued I was asked to leave which I did. One of the biggest rip off companies to the public known to me for car washes in my other states I've lived in Utah California Las Vegas they have companies that have car washes that pay by the month and the price is super affordable vacuums included excellent vacuum cleaners by the way excellent car wash they even clean your wheels and wax and the price is incredibly more affordable in my time that I had to live here I couldn't keep my carpets clean because of the shitty vacuums that they have and it would cost more than it was worth for the time limit that you were allowed which is ridiculous I feel sorry for everybody in Wenatchee County Washington Chelan county with whichever Wenatchee the city I hope one day that somebody big comes in with a professional car wash company like the ones I've had in California Las Vegas and Utah and takes over you guys are being ripped off out here financially for this type of car wash they suck you know if they charge so much a minute to vacuum your car and the vacuum cleaner is the worst design I've ever seen it doesn't suck up anything it's horrible I am moving back to Utah and this is one of the biggest things I can't wait to go do shampoo vacuum my car the right way and that affordable way this is a rip off these people make bank on you guys here in Chelan county Washington hopefully a big boy will come in here and take over one day read more

Consistently good car wash, with friendly, helpful staff that are willing to go the extra mile. The system always gets the dried Wenatchee bugs off my truck, the guys hand drying do a thorough job, and they are always happy to remove and reinstall my antenna. At only 3 bucks more than an automated wash that doesn't come close to this quality wash, why go anywhere else? My truck always shines like new after Jet Pro. read more

Great wash! They only wash the outside of the car and it's a drive through so you stay in your car. It's all automated except at the end where a person hand dries the car quickly. I got the "executive wash" which was $14 and cleans the underside of your car as well, what with all the winter dirt. They hand you a cloth with armor-all on it so you wipe down the inside of your car while you are in the wash. This was very fast and I would go here again, much easier and faster than doing it yourself out in the cold! read more

I like this place! The prices are expensive, but the service is nice. They always scrub our tires and give us a damp cloth with armor al on it so we can wipe the interior down while in the tunnel. Fun for the kiddos too the staff draws silly faces on the windows for them before we go through. The price is the only drawback. I wish they had a punch card. read more

They broke our antenna off and offered no remedy. The car wash employee took a pair of pliers and yanked at the antenna and it broke right off at the base. Estimate to repair is $395.00!! They refused to pay for repair saying was not their fault when it clearly was. We did not ask the empl to take it off. It was way before entering the wash. Their total disregard is infuriating!! I purchased the Executive Car wash yesterday at 2:09 pm. After my car wash, I stopped at a fast food restaurant for lunch then drove to Costco in East Wenatchee. It rained ! I called Jet Pro and asked about your rain policy and he said if I return within 24 hours I could get a free car wash.
