Upon receipt of the truck, the vehicle still idled high. Took taking to a separate company to have it rectified. I brought my vehicle back, giving another chance to a local shop, this time with an exhaust leak and they charged me 100 more than originally quoted, (not the end of the world had the repair actually fixed the issue). They were also an hour and a half past when they stated they open getting to the shop, leaving me just waiting, then took all day with the job they said would take about 2 hours, I use this truck for service calls. The repair they did also didn't fix the leak. I attempted to give them a final chance at swapping out a wheel bearing (fairly simple job). Came by, tech in the shop told me to swing back by shortly and the other guy who was out test driving would get it done. This tech also asked if the bearing I had purchased to provide (Napa Fleet) was for the left or right, in my truck they are interchangeable in the front, which confirmed my suspicion of a somewhat lack of knowledge or experience related to my vehicle. Upon return they told me that I could leave the vehicle and they would get it done the following day. I understand having to schedule out which is typical, but to say you're going to do something and then change your mind a half hour later is bad practice. I've made getting the work done on my vehicle as easy as possible for them and in the end, nothing has really been fixed. I cannot recommend this shop anymore. Honesty and integrity are number one.

Customer service is zero stars. Price is 1-2 stars. The only plus is the 2% off price if you use cash or local check to pay. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Been coming here a long time when we make trips back and forth. However on our recent trip we were pumping gas and suddenly the pump stopped after only 8+ dollars. I thought it was weird since I had used my credit card and was filling up. I drove up to the next pump and finished gassing my truck. Then an attendant came out and was very confusing. Eventually he communicated to me that a woman in another car had mistakenly prepaid my pump and I had used her gas. I was skeptical since the pump had looked like it ran my credit card. A woman appeared next to him. He then asked if had any cash to pay the woman. As a point I do not carry cash when traveling for obvious reasons. Something about the situation made me uneasy. I said sorry I don't carry cash and showed them my empty wallet. I asked him if he could charge it to my credit card and he started looking around and said he didn't think so. My family was in my vehicle and at this point I was getting nervous. Finally the attendant told me to come inside and they'd "try something." I told him I hoped this wasn't a scam and that I'd cooperate. I went inside and they tried running a "loyalty program" transaction for the amount. It was declined on all 3 of my credits cards. Something was fishy as I never get declined. I told them I wasn't going to run my debit card as it didn't seem legit to me. I turned around and saw the woman in question zooming out of the parking lot. Eventually the attendant let me go but the whole thing seemed very odd. I checked my credit cards the next morning and didn't see any fraudulent charges but I will keep monitoring them for a while. To anyone reading this, if something like this happens to you here please call the police as its an obvious pattern of fraud. It may have been an honest mistake but something didn't smell right.
