    Four dollar minimum, then when I canceled didn't even use the wash it still charged me four dollars. SUCKS

    4 dollar minimum! Very low water pressure and it takes a long time to go from soap to rinse. Place is a scam. Don't waste your money.

    Last saturday, my windshield cracked towards the end of the carwash tunnel. Immediately after, I…read morespoke with an employee who gave me the manager's # to call on Monday. So i waited monday morning to call and he didn't answer. I have been trying to call the store to get hold of the manager Anthony at two different locations for 2 days so that I can discuss this with him and left messages. I have been going back and forth calling the stores wenatchee and east wentachee. Everytime I call the employees would say he just left. Today I spoke with Dale at east wenatchee which I drove in person. First he told me to call and I said it didn't work. So Dale tried and it didn't work either then He told me he was at wenatchee location and I should drive there to catch him. so I drove there and I got there and employees said he was in the car. Anthon drove off and gave a hand wave shoo shoo( go away ) to the employee or me. That was extremely unprofessional. He can't even talk to me in person or on the phone. He can't even hear my story just keeps ignoring a customer. Why is he a manager? Employee saw what he did when driving off and didn't stop for the employee either. I am just blown away with the poor service from Jetpro's manager. The employees really tried their best to help but manager seems very shady. I really hope the owners see this, because we as customers shouldn't be having to hunt down the manager just to speak to him..

The truck behind me hit my car causing paint damage. Accidents happen and that's a given, it's about the solution to the problem which in this case was not great. Directly after the accident I was told that Jet Pro "will take care of me" as they have been having issues with the new belt malfunctioning. I filled out paperwork related to the incident. After a few days I reached out to Jet Pro to be told that they have been busy as they had a lot of claims with other cars being hit and that they will get back to me as soon as they can. Few more days went by and I called again and at that time I spoke with the manager and was told that Jet Pro "will not be taking care of me" and blamed the incident on me. Stating that I hit the brakes while in the wash. I have gone through this car wash dozens of times over the past few years with no incident. Why would I hit the breaks this time? And at what point did I hit the breaks, when I realized that I wasn't moving and was told to pull forward out of the wash. Attendants did not react to the situation fast enough to stop the car behind me from ramming me. A little more space between cars could have been given knowing that the new belt was malfunctioning. Also please don't lie to your customers that you will take care of them and no follow through. I missed my opportunity to collect the other drivers' information who hit me from behind due to the fact you told me that you will take care of me and had the other driver leave. As much as I appreciate the hard-working attendants at this car wash, I will not be going back to any of the Jet Pro car wash stations. I'm still waiting for my membership to be cancelled. I think we are two months in. Please refund me for those months as the funds will be going towards the car repair.
