Another repair company suggested that we contact Able. I called them and explained my dilemma. The receptionist talked to one of her mechanics and he graciously took on the job. 15 minutes later the car was repaired and we were on our way. Where can you get service like that anymore! Fast, thorough diagnosis and repair. Just like the old days. Definitely would use them again. THANK YOU Able employees!!

After a phone call where I was told service was closed until Monday morning but could use the drop-off service, I had the vehicle towed to Town Chrysler. I left a brief note stating the basic issue and the keys, with a promise to call and answer questions. I was contacted before I could call and was promised a rough diagnosis later that day. As promised, I was contacted that afternoon. Bent pushrods, probably a timing chain failure. We agreed on a engine replacement. Expected time for the new engine was 5 days; they had it in 3. Installation and checkout took about a week and a half. They were very thorough and kept me informed along the way. My service rep, Doug, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience for an out-of-towner.

They were so honest and helpful the whole time. Vinny did my estimate at the beginning and explained the breakdown so I actually understood what was being done and the costs. They followed through on everything they said and my car was even finished over a week earlier than the original pickup date. They also coordinated with the outside shops on the other things my car needed done with the wheel and clear bra and handled all of that for me which made it way easier on me.
