Little did I know that the parts I needed are usually in their truck. I had to call them back, because they shut off the water and didn't turn it back on. In the meantime a friend was able to turn it back on. So I called and told them never mind. All of a sudden I see someone in my shed doing something and it was them. Never let me know that they came back. Said they were coming back the next day. I called because I did not hear from them and they said it would be around 3-4. Then I got another call that said around 6. I cancelled them, They were supposed to come out originally on Saturday and I got a call that said nobody was available. I am still waiting for my money that I paid them. I was required to put down a 50% deposit. Linda C

I've used Blue Sky since 2019, and when I called again, they got a crew out within 2 hours. This house has a weird plumbing situation; Kevin & his coworker didn't just jump in; they listened very carefully and were able to research Blue Sky's database to find notes left by that first plumber way back from that 2019 visit. That was key because he used that information to save me a bunch of money. Also because of the weird house construction, they had to work harder to solve the problem and did it all with a good sense of humor. Can't recommend anyone more highly.
