We began our home project journey in June 2023 when we obtained many estimates from various construction companies throughout LV. We decided to extend our living room and turn the patio into our living space which would add 190 ft.². We also added a shower to our powder bathroom downstairs along with converting the upstairs balcony into a bedroom which would add 165 ft.² We were impressed with Jennifer's proposal and signed on 12/5/23. After several months of architectural designs and submittal to the city of Las Vegas, we officially began construction on 5/3/24. Arnaldo, the construction manager for our project was unbelievable. From start to finish his communication towards us was open and professional. He kept us appraised of every step of the project and what was being done for each individual day. His workers were top-notch from demolition all the way to the final punchlist items. We were very impressed with the easy flow and momentum of the project and that there was never a lull in the process. Jennifer stayed in communication with us with regards to payments and any issues that came up. We were so happy with the final outcome of our home project and it turned out better than we had imagined. See attached photos of before and after. Jet development will be our go to company for future projects. They deserve 100 stars. Save yourself plenty of time, money and heartache and go with Jet Development. They are the best in town. John installed a wood-burning insert in our fireplace. He stuck with it making sure it was done properly, in spite of installation guides that were poorly written. Pleasant, timely, hard-working, honest, and reasonable. Recommeded !! read more

Great team at Jet. They built a 300 sq ft Gym for me to match the existing home construction. Things came out great. Jennifer and Edward were my primary contacts and both were very responsive. And they did it at a very competitive price. Can't wait to get the equipment in to start using it! read more

This project was completed nearly a year ago, but I wanted to make sure that I gave Jen and Jet development review on their hard work. We needed a garage conversion, an addition, and gut of our main living space. We received many bids. Not only was Jens the most reasonable, but she was able to explain every single cost. We picked out all the finishings and her team did all the installation and construction. We had people working every day. When COVID hit she gave us the option of what we wanted to do. We had no kitchen LOL so we decided to keep moving forward. Her tile workers are excellent and pay attention to detail. We worked with an architect prior and went through all the permits. We never had any issues at all. She would send invoices through out the project, was timely with all our questions, and worked with us when we made changes. I would recommend Jen and her team. read more

The JET Development team demonstrates exceptional professionalism and is a pleasure to collaborate with. Their workers were courteous and hardworking. Our Casita/Floral Design home office exceeded expectations; while I selected the interior finishes, the overall workmanship was great. We are very satisfied with the outcome and commend the entire JET Development team for their work. Thank you for your outstanding service, you have our vote as the best construction company for casitas/home offices, renovations and new build projects. We will be posting photos once landscaping around the casita/ home office is complete. Again, thank you! Arlene & Evan Levitt Henderson, NV read more

I contacted Jet for a price bid for a loft I am trying to get built for my home. They were very prompt on the scheduling and were on time and very professional with my family. If I do use their business I would definitely post pictures and more of a review. read more

Jet Development was truly amazing! I added on a modest 130 sq foot addition as living space for my elderly mom who needs assistance on occasion. We also renovated the shower to be ADA compliant. The project took over 3 months but honestly we couldn't be more pleased! Arnaldo effectively leads a great team of friendly hard workers! We got 3 quotes for this reno and Jet was over $35K less than the 2 others believe it or not! Such reasonable cost and excellent workmanship! I couldn't rave more about this company! My mom now had an adorable living space that she can call her own :) Before and After pics included read more

As a homeowner of more than 20 years in Las Vegas we have employed many contractors for a variety of services. Jennifer and Jet Development were one of the best we have ever used. They were very professional, performed excellent work, were reasonably priced, and very accommodating to our numerous changes. They did a removal and redesign/construction of a large patio that is attached to our house. During this process we had numerous change orders and subsequent visits from Jennifer, her husband, and their designer. I have counted over 50 emails that we exchanged and at least 10 phone conversations. I would not say that we are the easiest people to please - but each time they were more than accommodating and very patient with us despite our (over?) attention to detail. If something was wrong, they made it right. The project turned out very well and for considerably less when compared to other estimates. Their quality of materials and finish was excellent and the patio looks as good as when they finished building it. In summary, I would not hesitate to use Jet Development again and would highly recommend them for any project of this considerable scope. read more

Jet Development has been our general contractor on a wide variety of projects since 1998, including construction of a brand new commercial building on a vacant lot, construction of office and retail tenant improvements, construction of a single family residential subdivision, installation of heavy industrial equipment, building reconstruction and repair after vehicle collision damage, perimeter block wall construction, construction and repair of commercial storefronts, and resolving building department problems. Plans and permits are expertly and efficiently handled. Construction work is completed on budget and as agreed. Punchlist items after the job is complete are cheerfully and promptly completed. They are completely honest and safe with large sums of money. All subcontractors, materials suppliers and vendors, and labor are promptly paid in full, so there is never any mechanic's lien scares or dramas. Highly recommended without any reservation or hesitation whatsoever. read more

Jet did a great Job for us. Many of the contractors I called would not even show up for a smaller job. Jet showed up the next day, gave me a reasonable bid, always kept the work site clean and finished on time. Thank You so much Jennifer. read more

Jet Development did an amazing job with our kitchen/family room remodel. Jennifer and Alex were a pleasure to work with and all subcontractors were prompt and on time. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Very professional and high quality construction. Jennifer and her staff were very responsive to our concerns during construction and follow up. The casita is beautiful! read more

I would NEVER use or recommend them again. Jen always has excuses and since taking our money there has been slower than slow progress. We were led to believe the project would be near completion by now, however, the actual construction has NOT even begun. They blamed the Building Dept. but when we checked with the building Dept. they said they had NO work in progress for our address. As another reviewer said Jen defends their lack of progress and makes you feel like you are bothering her when inquiring about the lack of progress. We would gladly take our $4000 deposit back. We don't know what to do. When they sent someone to get our deposit money (months ago) that person went on a political tirade. read more

Jet Development is the worst contractor company we have ever dealt with. They never completed our remodel. A project that was to take 2 months took them over a year and they claimed it was our fault. We are still struggling with all the wrong they did to us. We complained to the Nevada State Contractors Board and somehow the first inspector sided with them because he refused to read the contract then we asked for a second opinion and after many postponements the NSCB inspector gave a long list of findings. The NSCB gave Jet Development time to do it but they did not get it done but claimed they did. Again the inspector was to come out and asked for more time, but by then it was Christmas and we had out of town company so we withdrew our complaint. We told the inspector our issues are not resolved. We still need to hire more people to correct all wrongs and redo the mistakes. Also there were many things in the contract that they got paid for but never did such as: master bedroom closet, lights in closets, shelves in the linen closets, finish installing kitchen and bathrooms cabinets and shelves, finish the interior fountain, install garage cabinets, fix the electric problems, and many more. The contractors office told us we only exercise the very minimum standards and therefore they did not even consider all the damages due to negligence such as scratches, broken and damages to the countertop stone or grout haze (which they tried to clean some but a lot is still left) or installing a defective front door that we had to redo and install new front door costing us thousands of $. The contractor says she lost money on this project that we have paid her over $246000. So far, we have spent over $45000 to correct and redo or do things not done to make the house livable. The contractor was proud that she never checked on her workers who most of them did not speak English. So there was no supervision by the contractor and that is one reason things went so badly. In addition, we still believe her electrician and plumber had no license. This company, in the past has got in trouble before for hiring unlicensed workers. We asked to see their licenses and she never showed us. She gave us an inaccurate list of sub-contractors who many never worked on our house. We still have major problems with electric and plumbing work in this house . We found out underneath the kitchen sink there was leak and damaged the wood already and when checked the screws were not tightened. Electricity is still a problem and we are trying to resolve. The trash of taking the steps going to the attic was left all in the attic. The AC duct work for the addition was not done. There are so many problems that in this little space it is not possible to write all. She overcharged us by thousands of dollars claiming change orders. It is important to note that we were remodeling the house to move to from another state and therefore we were not here during the remodel and wrongly we trusted the contractor Jennifer Wampole who we thought by being a woman would be more detail oriented. She promised us at the beginning to treat the project like her own but never kept any of her promises. In short, we absolutely do Not recommend this company. Update: we just found out the indoor fountain that was not done properly and sealed to work was connected by this contractor's plumber to the hot water. So when we finally got the fountain fixed to work hot water flowed into it!! The electrical outlet adjacent to the fountain was not gfci protected either. Shocked!! Called Mr Welch the inspector for the NSCB and let him know. Again he asked for an email requesting them come and redo it but I refused because I do not wish to let them in my house Ever again!!! read more

We had been looking for a contractor for a year. We had so many issues w/ no call backs and frankly with the lack of knowledge, customer service and ridiculous bids, we had given up. Then we found Jet Development. I mean it when I say they are BEST in class. We will not do business with anyone else. Period. They are: professional, timely, talented, courteous, astute, fairly priced, and the customer service is second to none. Alex and his crew were amazing-even with my dogs! We had a new kitchen, bath, laundry room and flooring done. look no further-Jet development is outstanding. They do all size jobs. I am not being paid to write this review, I am just that happy! read more

I hired them to build a casita with a bathroom /laundry room. Also a sink It was a small job. They told me 3 months and it took them over 8 months to build. In 8 months they could of built a whole house. On top of that they did not install the AC so now instead of a casita I have a sauna in Vegas triple digit weather. I had asked them the whole way through and they strung me along.and at the last minute they want to charge another $2500 to install a ac. They even had me buy it now it's just sitting there. They totally installed the sink cabinet on the wrong side and did a bootleg job to remedy it. The roof doesn't match floor colors don't match. In the process they also broke my awning. , damaged my RV and did not finish all the punch list items. They also left damaging my electricity for my fridge and awning. They left the place like a train wreck. What a nightmare. Please anyone reading this save yourself your money time and frustration. I literally paid 30k for a sauna. I should of made a claim in court. Still considering it. read more

I would not use this company again. I would rate their work a "I tried" at best. Jen is horrible about getting back to the client and will defend terrible work. Alfred is good, but without a doubt Jen is a terrible person to work with. read more

Just had my addition completed by Jet Development (Tucker construction). We are extremely happy with the outcome. Attention to detail was amazing, and they did not cheap out on materials. Jesus the foreman always kept me updated about what was scheduled, he was very easy to work with and was always available if we had questions. He would explain things in as much detail as we wanted. Changes were very easy to make. We had them do a custom closet with a lot of shelves, as their finish guys were working on the closet before they installed them, they showed us how different spacing would look (they made suggestions, but they seemed very concerned that we were satisfied). When the painters did their final touch up they asked us to see if everything looked good, they wanted to make sure we were happy before they left. I inspected the work they did at the end of each day after the workers left (I am a very fussy person when it comes to doing a job right). I was very surprised at how good of a job they were doing. You cannot go wrong with Jennifer's Company. read more

After signing the contract we never heard from jen except for payment. refused to fix punch list items. have to nerve to say she lost money on the job as if it is my fault they bid it wrong. they were not even the low bid. did not show up for days. blamed the city for delays and the city verified they were never called. construction manager made promises that jen refused to stand behind. all we got was daily lies. had to hire other contractors to finish the job. jen did the design that did not meet city code. read more

There are a few times in life when things turn out better than expected. Jet Development built and designed our brand new Breakfast Nook onto the rear of our home. Jennifer's capable construction crew were kind to our children, comfortable to be around, professional, and capable on all fronts. Jennifer's multi- talented workers were at our disposal and were flexible and dependable meeting all our changing needs. Jennifer also responded with patience and compassion when our job came to a sudden halt due to my husband's unexpected unemployment for 3 months during Christmas. We highly recommend Jet Development for any of your construction concerns. read more

Jet Development - Our new Breakfast Nook designed and built by Jet Development. Owner Jennifer's talented construction crew made our dream come true! - General Contractors Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

All went well in the beginning. My light was not centered and now I must find a handyman to change the support and hang my light fixture so that it is centered in my addition. Also, Jennifer never came back to do a final walk through...my gutter was never finished. The tile guys left a few places with no grout. My window was finally put in after I had to have the men come back and measure that it would fit!!! read more

We finished our project last year and we are still having issues with this contractors work. I just want to cry daily with all the crap we have had to go through. We asked for a laundry closet for a stackable washer and they put a 110v in. Professional contractors would know that you need a 220. Now we are trying to get it installed and electricians are telling us that we are way over on the panel and that the people that built the casita should have known and replaced the panel. They also said a contractor should have know what to put in. There are so many more problems. I have 100s of pictures of terrible craftsmanship and Jennifer's excuse was I should have noticed. What do you mean? I have to point it out? You are the professionals, you should know. We had cracks in our walls and I should have noticed it? Give me a break. The AC has gone out multiple times and we keep needing a repair person. You can tell she used the cheap of cheap for our extension even though we spent over $80,000. The roof was put on so badly and had nails sticking out from the bottom. Again she blamed it on us for not noticing. She sent people out to fix it but again they should have noticed it because they are the professionals. If you want to see pictures of their work, email me at shastauop@gmail.com. I can show you any of the work that was done. They repaired most after we sent the pictures but we shouldn't have had to do that. Lastly, Jennifer's text messages are terrible. Super unprofessional and it takes her hours to get back to you. Save your grief and go with someone else. I regret it everyday. read more

NIGHTMARE! Started on 10/7/13 & told approx. 5 days to complete, job completed on 12/11/17 after endless arguments. They were to remove a 10' x 10' wall separating the family room & a butlers pantry, to increase the size of the family room for $4000. Once this was done, the flooring on the one side was tile, & the family room has a wood floor which was to be carried over. 40 sq ft of wood was to be replaced. Now I'm told the wood is discontinued. It cost me an additional $7000 more to fix their oversight to remove all flooring, to match the floor. Call Joe at 249-5906 for a complete review read more

We have used jet development for our general contracting needs for nearly 20 years

We had Jet build an observation deck for us and it turned out great.

After wasting our time for several months trying to work with another general contractor, we finally engaged Jet Development. Jet was professional, new exactly what needed to be done and completed the work in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the work performed and would give them additional work opportunities if ever we need a commercial property general contractor in the future. read more

I found Jet development through the home advisors website. I requested a quote from Jet and one other company at the same time. Jet responded within minutes, and even gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone. The next day they came to my house to give me a firm quote, which they emailed to me just a few hours later, along with a simple contract. The quoted price was very reasonable, and in fact slightly less than I expected it to be. Once I let them know I wanted to move forward with the project they got started right away. Everyone I dealt with was extremely capable, professional, and pleasant to work with, even when I made changes and requested additional work half way through the job. They finished the job on time (including the added items), the end result was flawless, and there were no hidden charges. I own 3 other properties and have dealt with several contractors over the past few years. Jet is hands down the best! I would definitely hire them again! read more
