The…read moreowner, Mark, promptly returned my initial call for help with repairing an almost 10 year-old refrigerator that suddenly stopped working. He walked me through several diagnostic questions and was confident that the appliance could be repaired and that he had the parts on hand. He came first thing the next morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, checked for any other potential lurking issues with the older refrigerator and quickly completed the necessary repairs. He was very conscientious, thorough, and neat. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

Jet Appliance Service of Rapid City, Michigan provided the worst appliance repair experience of my…read morelife. I waited one week for a technician to come to repair my dishwasher. Mark came and worked on the dishwasher. When he was done, he put the door back together incorrectly and the door made a loud metal popping noise when opened or closed. I immediately called Jet Appliance to request that Mark return and fix the door. The owner of Jet Appliance, Josi, never returned the call or several other calls I made to her. I tried calling the technician Mark as well. They both hid behind voice mail and wouldn't call back. They had no intention of standing behind their work. I had to hire another repair service to fix the door problem that Mark created. Meanwhile, Josi cashed my $130 check as fast as she could. The reason I'm writing this review is that I want prospective customers to know what kind of people they'll be dealing with if they make the decision to hire Jet Appliance Repair and allow these people into their homes. The owner, Josi, sets the tone. She fosters an unprofessional environment of shoddy workmanship and a "cut and run" greedy mentality. People who conduct themselves like Josi generally repeat the bad behavior again and again.
